Dr. K and his staff are amazing . Jessica at the front desk is the best! I have had to reschedule visits several times, and she has always been very understanding and accommodating. Dr. K is very professional and courteous. I struggle with anxiety, and his calm demeanor is very reassuring. I know I’m in good hands. I feel the same about the hygienist. She’s extremely gentle and explains everything she is doing during the cleaning, and that puts me at ease. I no longer dread going to the dentist. And Dr. K’s assistant is also very professional and friendly. My husband is now a patient as well, and he is very pleased. I highly recommend smile now dental. You will not be disappointed.

Jessica was such a help in getting me in. Stefania was very informative and cleaned my teeth so well, they feel brand new. The x-ray tech was courteous , I didn’t catch her name. And the doctor was very nice and willing to help me with my wisdom teeth discomfort. Will be returning :)

I felt very comfortable as soon as I walked in Jessica at the front desk was very sweet and very helpful. Dr Kalafatic was very thorough with his explanation of procedures, made me feel.at ease. I did not catch the name of the dental hygienist who did my deep cleaning, but I can tell you this, she was amazing. I definitely recommend this dentist office.

I honestly love the place, the staff is very welcoming and kind. Even if I canceled and rescheduled 100 times, the front desk girl was out of this world nice. I had my cleaning scheduled with Alissia( I am 100% I spelled it wrong, sorry ) sweetest girl ever. My gums usually bleed a lot after cleaning, but this time I had zero bleeding , so I can say she is the best .I recommend this place.

I had re-located from the Northeast a few years back and needed a local dentist. A co-worker suggested I contact Dr. K since he was very pleased with his experience there. I have been a patient at Smile Now for over three years and have had nothing but wonderful care from Dr. K and his staff. They go over and above what is necessary to make sure things are done correctly and painlessly! I have also referred friends and they are just as pleased as I am with the care they receive. The office manager, Arleen, is particularly helpful and accommodating which, along with Dr. Ks wonderful chair-side manner, makes it as pleasant an experience as possible (very few people look forward to dental visits anywhere).

I went in with a horrible toothache and the dentist was very polite, caring, and helpful. I am making this my permanent dentist office. There prices are affordable as well. This was the most pleasant and professional dental visit I have ever experienced. The front desk was friendly, helpful, and organized. Dr. K had excellent bedside manner, as he took the time to actually speak with me; did I thorough examination; and gave me educated information and advise. The dental hygienist was also thorough and kind. Saving the best for last, at the end of the appt. I was brought into a smaller office to go over a treatment plan, during which I was explained the results of my exam, the pricing, future appointments, etc. Overall, this was an extremely professional and thorough dental experience that I would recommend to everyone!

Front desk is AMAZING, I have NEVER called once and not get a friendly, jovial, personable greeting. Always so helpful and caring. From front to back it’s a great experience. I hate doctors (despite working in the medical field) and I’m always so comfortable visit here. Dr. K is a superb physician !!!!

The dentist was ok in demeanor, and the hygienist Nicole is wonderful! I am used to a very high level of service from my dentist in Chicago, and I was disappointed in the receptionist continuously hounding me about x-rays. Overall, it makes my insurance increase, the preparation for the pictures is completely unpleasant, and I am exposed to radiation unnecessarily. From a dental cleaning stand-point, this office is great, but do not expect interaction from the actual dentist outside of your exposure to radiation.

The staff is wonderful. Always so cheerful and welcoming. Dr. Frank is the best dentist I have ever had. Angela, Paula, the entire staff are fantastic. You are in for a great experience if you go there . Last year I was booked on a British Isles cruise when I got a tooth ache. I explained my time restraint He discovered the problem. Called Dr. Werner to see me right away. I got a root canal and returned to Dr. Frank who put on a temporary crown so I would not miss my cruise all of this was done in less than 2 weeks. Both dentist made time for me. I owe my exciting cruse to them. They cared about me and my circumstances.

They seem so happy to help you and keep you entertained while doing a great job. Best cleaning of my life with Nicole! She was so incredibly gracious and kind. Dr. Franks entire team is top notch. They always have wonderful suggestions for improving my dental care, but never make me feel judged or criticized. Going to the dentist used to stress me out but now I look forward to it!

Dr Kalafatic did 2 fillings today and it was quick and painless.. The entire staff is excellent. I had a cleaning, mouth cancer scan and Xrays and each staff member was so nice and welcoming. I felt like I had been going there for years. Thank you !

Dr, Kalafatic convinced me to replace an old crown with a new crown. During the procedure he hit a nerve causing me to need a root canal. To make matters worse, I was charged for a service twice both by the root canal specialist and by Dr. Kalafatic. Then the new crown was causing me pain and Dr. Kalafatic did not want to replace it. I went to two different dentists for a second and third opinion. Both told me the crown was bad and I need part of gum removed. I should have never let Dr. Kalafatic replace my existing crown since the tooth was not giving me any problems in the first place.

Polite very friendly and did everything he could to find out my problem left not worrying about my problem with my teeth will recommend him and his friendly staff to everyone

This was an amazing experience!!! All of the ladies at the front desk were so pleasant and friendly. Dr. Kalafatic was amazing!!! He was professional and HONEST!!!! I was told that I needed deep cleaning/scaling in all 4 quadrants, 2 crowns, and a few cavities to fill at another office. Thank God I went to get a second opinion and he said I just needed a cleaning!!! Being a single mom, I am so grateful for his honesty and integrity!!!! I then received a thorough cleaning in a MASSAGE chair!!!! Talk about icing on the cake!!! I can’t thank you ALL enough for this wonderful experience!!!!

The front office staff, hygienists, and office are all a top notched complement to an equally top-notched dentist! Dr. Kalafatic is efficicient, knowledgeable, and patient. He has a gentle touch for even the hard stuff. I had a lot of crown work done. His pricing was fair and competitive. I hate the idea of going to the dentist (don’t we all?), but if you have to go, then see mine!

As a high anxiety patient, dental visits are stressful, and that is why I now look forward to my appointments. Dr. Kalafatic, Jennifer, Stephany, and the rest of the staff are fabulous! Procedures are thoroughly explained leaving nothing to my imagination, the staff is friendly, kind, and caring.
