Incredible office with exceptional care for patients. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Dr. Wagner is extremely personable and professional. I felt very comfortable under his care. He did some fillings and removed a wisdom tooth. I felt comfortable and cared for while going through a procedure that was very painful and anxiety inducing in the past. The process took an hour, but it felt like 20 minutes. I highly recommend Ultimate Smile Dental to my family and friends in palm beach county!!

Dr. Rob Always takes great care and pays wonderful attention. Office, waiting rooms, and procedure rooms are super clean. Jerry at the front desk is also very sweet and helpful.I am not able to trust a lot of doctors out there but Dr. Wagner is one that I am happy to say that I fully trust. Especially since I am not a fan of going to the Dentist office at all, when visiting Dr. Rob I know the visit will be smooth and easy. He also has great bedside manner and will explain anything that I don’t understand without rushing or make you feel bad. I recommend him to all of my friends.10/10 ! As always, the pleasant, family like atmosphere is what keeps us coming back to Ultimate Smile Dental. Wonderful staff front desk Jerry exceptional customer service . Dr Wagner professional and very knowledgeable in his expertise. Implant crown came out from previous dentist in Chicago staff got in touch with dentist in Chicago worked to come up with a plan to get crown back stable in mouth for a reasonable amount . Did not hold me hostage for an absorbent amount of money being I was at his mercy front crown . The crown was secured next day Beautiful smile back . Highly recommend

Having moved here 3 yrs ago, and two previous dentists later, who both left me disappointed, I found Dr Wagner at Ultimate Smile. From his very friendly and helpful staff, Dr Wagner was great. He spent a lot of time examining me and then discussing each tooth and its condition and making sure all my questions were answered without feeling rushed. Something I have not witnessed for a long time in a dental office. Having spent a lot more time in a dentist chair than I care for, I was very impressed with his chair side manner, experience and recommendations. I would highly recommend his practice.

My husband and I had our teeth cleaned here. We think that Dr. Wagner could be a good, practical dentist. We liked him. We were unimpressed with his hygienist, Tiffany. She didnt introduce herself; was generally unfriendly but worse we had to ask her for the X-ray shield- she took X-rays without it until we asked for it. We had to ask her to floss under our bridges as she did not do it which is unusual. Hopefully we will get another hygienist next time. This was an unusual experience but we are hopeful that Dr. Wagner is the kind of family practice dentist we are looking for.

After a two year Hiatus from going to the dentist as I should have been doing every 6 months, I returned to Ultimate Smile Dental today with my tail between my legs and a toothache that must have formed in Hell itself!I had a sleepless night and found myself sitting on the doorstep of the Ultimate Smile Dental office at 7:30AM hoping that they would have a cancellation at the start of business so I could be seen.With the majority of the office staff familiar to me from my previous visits over two years ago, I was unaware that Ultimate Smile Dental was now under new ownership as the former dentist has retired. The new owner/dentist, Dr. Robert Wagner, who Id never met before, welcomed me and saw me very quickly.With an almost larger than life presence and a bedside manor more in line with that of an old friend than that of an unfamiliar doctor, I immediately felt as ease and in good hands with Doctor Wagner.It probably sounds crazy that this toothache was the fate that brought me back to Ultimate Smile Dental, but Im glad it did. Great staff, great office, great dentist!
