This is a great dentists office. The staff is always friendly and the hygienists are top notch. Dr. Natalia is very kind and you genuinely feel listened to. She removed my permanent retainers that were giving my gums issues when another dentist refused to do so. Their Covid protocol is also very reassuring and I felt safe still coming during the pandemic. Overall a great office!

On my very first visit I expressed my concerns with having metal fillings and that I was looking for a dentist that would take the proper procedures to remove and replace them. But was on the verge of some serious gum problems because the issue was not detected by my previous dentist. When I was looking for a dentist, Pearl White was recommended by my co-worker since is in a convenience location from my work. I give it a try and couldnt be happier. Staff is super friendly, everything is nice and clean. Most important, no long waiting. I usually get my appointment by lunch time and they take care of me right away.I have to say that dentist is not favorite place to be, but Dr. Natalia and her staff changed my mind. I got different procedure done with her and it was quick, easy and no pain. She will treat you like a kid. With no candy of course, candy is bad for your teeth. :-)If you looking for a great dentist, I totally recommend it.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Bendas for approximately 5 years. Shes always been caring, professional, and competent. However, having met the new office manager, Ill never be back. She lacks the tact to interact with patients as well the knowledge associated with the position.

I was told my teeth cleaning was complimentary with my dental insurance. After I went in I receive an exam and x rays and was charged a $30 copay. Thats fine, but the cleaning wasnt included. (Usually an exam, X-ray and cleaning go together). I was than told my annual complimentary routine cleaning could not be done bc I need a deep cleaning and that would cost me $600 with my insurance. I was refused service of the complimentary cleaning bc the dentist wanted to charge my insurance instead of allow me to get my teeth cleaned.So not only was I charged a $30 copay, I did not receive my annual complimentary cleaning. I dont know how there are so many 5 star reviews, besides the ok customer service and all of the incorrect information given by their staff. This place needs to get their act together before others catch on

I was recommended by a coworker and upon my visit was thoroughly impressed by the the timeliness, good-nature, and education in the staff. The hygienist is extraordinarily knowledgeable and was able to provide me excellent information complimented with simplified solutions.I, of course, highly recommend this dentist. A side note, kids will love it here, because they place quality headphones on you to play Pandora music to your preference as the cleaning commences.

Office people are very courteous and friendly. They use all types of technology to remind you of your office visit. They put sunglasses and some nice pandora music so you can relax while they work on your teeth. I was treated by Leila (hygienist) and Dr. Natalia (dentist), which are both great professionals and very competent on what they do. My last visit I had to take care of 6 cavities and Dr. Natalia and her assistant worked in such sync that I had to compliment them. They were able to do all of them in 1 hour period. I was impressed. They are very concern about making sure you do not feel any pain.Overall, an excellent experience and would recommend to any family or friends.

I love Dr. Benda. She has such a warm manner and I really feel like she cares about me as a patient. I came in with an infected tooth and she advised me to try antibiotics first before going down a more invasive path. I really respect that she isnt trying to just sell more dental services, but do the right thing for my tooth. The practice is dependable, well organized, and clean. She was super thorough, knowledgeable, and even conducted her own cleaning. She explained the procedure, put you at ease and had an excellent way of engaging you and making you feel like an old friend.

I do not recommend this dental office. They did not check my insurance coverage prior to my treatment. It is the dentals office responsibility to let me know the amount before treatment is performed. I recieved a bill and contacted the office. I spoke with Jess who stated she was the office manager she was very rude and of no assistance and I will never go back.

I came to Pearl White Dentistry after a terrible experience at another office. My previous dentist retired and I had a hard time finding somewhere I felt comfortable. Maria, my Hygienist is top notch and exhibits the highest customer service skills. She makes sure you are comfortable during the entire process. Dr. Benda, who has also rendered superb care and service to me, as I paraphrase the old saying Excellence flows from the top - down, is amazing. In addition to my cleanings, I elected to do Invisalign to help with my bite and fix some minor teeth movement. It was a very easy process and both Dr. Benda and Yelitza answered all my questions with ease and provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision. I am very happy with the outcome, the aligners were painless and in the end my bite, crowded mouth and teeth thank me!! The office as a whole is full of positive energy and warmth!

I went to Pearl White Dentistry Back in February. I had hoped to start regular cleanings here because of all the 5 five star reviews I heard of this place, but when she told me that I needed a deep cleaning that would cost over $700 my jaw dropped. And of course, that would not be covered by my dental insurance. My fiancee went with me as well, since her old dentist is not covered by our new insurance, we wanted to find the best dentist we possibly could. Well they told her the same exact thing, very interesting. I am now going to Dr. Salamon and Yanover and couldnt be happier. They checked out my teeth and told me I didnt need a deep cleaning. When they checked out my fiancees teeth, they said she had really really good teeth and a deep cleaning would be ludicrous.

I was referred to Pearl White Dentistry, by my sister in law, Amanda Hall, and I must say it was an excellent visit! Dr. Benda was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable for each of my procedures. I would highly recommend Dr. Benda to all my friends.

She reached out to me with a sincere handwritten letter apologizing and telling me it was a pleasure to have me as a patient; even after I wrote terrible reviews, which by the way, had nothing to do with the dentist, just the reception and insurance coordinator’s brazen attitude. If it weren’t for that, I would certainly go back to Dr. Benda.(Previous Review)Dr. Benda is a great dentist, probably my favorite dentist. The hygienist’s are also great. The huge downside, this place is a total rip off that tries to maximize your dental insurance benefits and out of pocket costs. Not saying the quality of work is a ripoff, just their business practices. Don’t ever go to this dentist thinking you’re going to be able to get an exam and cleaning (%100 covered by insurance), they will up-sell but, have you sign a treatment plan and have an attitude for questioning it. Not sure if it’s just the lady who does the insurance, or if the doctor even knows. But after going to 4 appointments, and referring someone else, we’ll never go back. Careful of being deceived, unless you enjoy overspending.
