I have recently moved to Florida and this practice was recommended by a friend. With so many dentists in the area, I was delighted to find Dr Max and his staff were exactly what I was looking for!! Not sure where to start. From someone who is not fond of going to the dentist, in other words a big cissy, Dr. Max made me feel comfortable from our first consultation. When we speak of medical doctors we talk about bedside manners. Well Dr. Max. has unbelievable chairside manners (I Made That Up), he is straight forward and comforting. What I find amazing is that his manners extend to his whole staff. One after the other are welcoming, take time to listen to your concerns and help you in every way possible. This from a patient who is not just getting a filling but major dental work. Glad I found him to help me through this!

I recently switched from my old dentist to this office and I couldnt be happier. They go over every detail so that you understand whats going on. What is a priority and what is unnecessary. The staff is super helpful and they work with your insurance to get you the best prices for any procedure needed. For example I need a root canal and they have me scheduled for next week not a crazy 2 month wait. Truly helpful. Understanding and kind. Recommend going here especially if youre scared of the dentist like me...they made me feel relaxed and calm.

Dr. Max and his entire team are professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable.  It didn’t take me long to gain full confidence in this wonderful dental practice.  My hygienist is gentle and does an excellent job on my routine cleanings.  The office feels sanitary and the staff takes many Covid precautions.  I recently had two fillings.  Dr. Max and Katina, the surgical assistant, talked me through the entire procedure.  I had a great experience from beginning to end.  Who knew that was possible when having a filling!!  The front office staff is accommodating, patient, and friendly.  Michelle is a fantastic office manager.  I would recommend this office to anyone!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Max for a decade and he is, quite simply, the best dentist Ive ever had. (Have had many, in many locations, over many years.) The crown & bridge work hes done for me — most recently a complicated restoration — has been beautiful and perfect. He will not rest until every detail and nuance is right. Knowing that his skills and his perfectionism are beyond question really reduces my stress in undergoing a dental project, plus hes ever so easy and straight-forward to talk to. The entire office is remarkable for its warmth and kindness — all the assistants, hygienists, front desk staff are wonderful (as well as efficient), and not for a moment will you ever feel you are just another patient. This particular mix of top-notch expertise with the generous and sensitive way they all relate to people is what makes Dr. Maxs practice so special.

I’m so happy we found Dr. Max to help my mom (she’s 87) with her dental issues. He offered options to save my mom’s teeth when others didn’t. He takes complete pride in his work and office, his team is the best I’ve ever dealt with at a doctor’s office (especially through COVID). Its been several years since Ive been to a dentist, because, well, life. Unable to find the time, or without insurance. I finally decided I was going to make time. My husband ran across an ad for Dr Max and after his previous experience with a big name dental office where they forced him into paying way more than he should have we decided to give Dr Max a shot, its a haul from our house to the office but, by gorge its definitely worth it.I have never felt more comfortable in any Drs office as I did when I walked in to Dr Maxs. The best experience in my life on visiting a dentist. The attention of all the staff and the stress FREE environment in the office has been the best experience for me on visiting a dental office. Dr. Max is excellent on his care and his professional attention is something I admire the most. I am a seafarer and my company sent me to make a restoration. I received a diagnostic for a root canal (to dont help me), I check a second dentist and it was a real restoration. If you are a seafarer (crew member) do not go there.

At 51 I have seen many dentists in my lifetime. I wish I would have met Dr Max 10 years ago! To be honest I avoided dentists for several years due to a bad experience with a doctor in Miami.After 2 months of constant throbbing pain I finally made an appointment with Dr Max Zaslavsky’s Office. Very friendly attentive staff, clean modern office, and genuine concern for patients from entrance to exit. I had one of the most thorough general teeth cleanings ever.Dr Max is very thorough with examination and uses both X-rays and detailed teeth photos to explain situation and treatment solution. I was pre-medicated for oral surgery the following day and there was a constant concern for my comfort.I have found my dentist at last with Dr Max and feel welcomed with the Office staff. After going to a place in Pembroke Pines that roped me into applying for a financing plan on my very first visit, I decided to seek another option once I paid off my balance in full. I found Dr. Zaslavsky after seeing his ad in a local magazine. My husband needed dental work so we sought a place that both of us could go to.It took about two months before we were able to be penciled in for our first appointment but the wait and lengthy drive was worth it! The entire staff was polite and welcoming from the moment we walked in, and Dr. Zaslavsky himself was friendly and it didnt feel like he was simply trying to quickly tell me what was up and then move on to another patient as soon as possible.We were carefully explained what our costs would be for our future appointments with our insurance and we werent pressured into applying for credit. We came out of there with clean teeth and we felt the drive was, again, worth it.

I walked in to Dr Maxs office about a month ago to get some pretty serious dental work done and I have to say it has been the best experience of my life as far as going to a dentist. From the girls in the front making my visit comforting and welcome and the other staff being uplifting and happy and positive, you cannot ask for a better environment. I have had nothing but a positive and happy and welcome experience going to Max, I would not think of going to anyone else and highly recommend Dr Max and I give him a 6 star rating as there are only 5 stars, I give one extra. My teenager gets very anxious and our pediatric dentist recommended a dentist that could use sedation. We needed a cleaning, several fillings, and to find an oral surgeon to remove wisdom teeth, also we only had our dental coverage through the end of the month with 2 weeks remaining. Most dental surgeons I called were booked solid due to COVID-19 rescheduling and limited availability. My daughter felt so comfortable here!!! They made sure everything was explained to me, and gave detailed instructions to my teen on how to protect the investment we are making in their smile with braces and fillings, etc. They helped me find an oral surgeon that would fit us in within our time constraints. This has been a truly awesome and above and beyond my expectations, experience. I highly recommended. They are very professional and caring.

Dr. Max & Family are just that, family. I almost wish I didn’t have to say that, but because my previous dentist’s dentistry wasn’t so good, I’ve spent quite a bit of time at Dr. Max’s office having things fixed. When I started going to their office I was pregnant and they made sure to take all precautions very seriously, made sure I was comfortable, even gave me a snack so I wasn’t hungry during longer procedure. I am so happy to finally find a wonderful dentist. Dr. Max combines his knowledge, experience and talant to be one of the very best dentist. I had issues with a couple of teeth. He was able to get me relief. He was able to make a beautiful crown for one. The other one just was not a happy tooth. It needed a root canal. Dr. Max referred me to another Dr. For the root canal. After the root canal, Dr. Max was able to place the final crown on the second tooth. Now you know about Dr.M but that is just half the story. Ive been coming to Dr. Max for over two years now and its always been a terrific experience with him. I initially found him through a review just like this one, and came to him in need of major restorative dental work(4-5 missing molars), not to mention also needing to step up my oral care as I had been negligent with it for years. Dr. Max being the consummate professional and perfectionist that he is, was able to help me formulate a plan of action for total tooth restoration involving a gum lift and implants, in coordination with a highly skilled surgeon (Dr. Matouk) whom he works closely with. Together, with over a one year period or multiple surgeries and recovery time, and even during the COVID pandemic, we where able to achieve something that I didnt think was possible because not only was the technology not available when the tooth loss happened 15 years ago, but also because I had severe bone loss attributed to the missing teeth. I am still a work in progress but over 50 percent to the finish line with my dental implant restoration journey(only a few crowns left). It wasnt cheap and I took a leap of faith by trusting Dr. Maxs crazy idea that it could be done, but I couldnt be more thrilled with my new molars and can finally chew steak and other hard foods without endangering my front teeth to breakage as I had grown accustomed to. 3/25/2020Ive been a patient of Dr. Max Zaslavsky, DMD for over 10 years. To say, Im satisfied with his care and assistants is an understatement. Im over the moon with the quality & the care of Dr. Max, his hygienist, his assistants, and other staff. Besides doing the dental work correctly the first time theyve consistently shown concern for my comfort. Why? Because Im not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to dental work. I wiggle, make faces, clench the arm rest, and consistently close my mouth on them. Well after 10 years having my dental work done by Dr. Max, I wouldnt look else where. Dr. Max is a professional who cares about dentistry and wants his patients to be satisfied and happy when they leave. Ive been happy every time! Thanks Dr. Max and staff for 10 great years!

Dr. Max and his staff are always pleasant, caring, professional and above all, honest. His work is impeccable. Anytime that I have had an emergency situation, he has always made time to see me.

The office staff and technicians a very pleasant on time and very efficient. Dr Max is great. Knows what hes doing and I feel very comfortable when he recommends anything that needs to be done and performs with utmost Precision efficiency.

Dr. Max is the BEST! I’ve always been skeptical as far as what dentist you go to however being at his office, is like being at your best friends house. The minute you enter his office, you’re greeted with the sweetest staff. You can tell Dr. Max is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He makes sure you feel very comfortable and everything goes smoothly. He definitely will not sugar coat anything and lay it out flat for you which is very much appreciated. From fillings, to crowns, to wisdom teeth extractions - I’ve never once felt uncomfortable or not satisfied. After so long, I’m beyond happy to have a trusting dentist like him. Hands down the BEST dentist I have ever been to! Not only is he thorough and meticulous, but he is also extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained my procedure and put me at ease instantly. The office staff is warm and accommodating - my experiences at other dentistry offices made me weary of trying someone new and Dr. Max Zlasavsky And staff changed my outlook and I will never see another dentist after this!

I came here to do an extreme makeover. I needed a lot of work and also for the cosmetics. I wanted a Hollywood smile. Over the past 2 months here I’ve done 15 crowns and 1 implant. One day in the front we did 9 crowns at the same time! I’m very happy with the work Dr Max did. He’s an incredible dentist. It’s like night and day from when I started. I get a lot of compliments on my smile now for the first time in my life and that’s a really good feeling. The staff are all super friendly also. I definitely chose the right dentist to trust with all that work. I never write reviews but this one was well deserved. Thanks for everything guys!

Highly recommend Dr. Max. His office makes you feel very welcome. Appointments are on time, and his secretaries confirm with you via phone call on the day of a visit. Employees are well trained and kind. Theyll even allow you your choice of music during a filling. Dr. Max has a very positive attitude. He determines root causes of dental related problems through casual questioning and conversation. He is a good listener and will refer you to a specialist who can help you if any issue falls outside his expertise. Its a great office.

I’m a new patio, & very satisfied patient,w/ Dr. Zaslavsky, & his whole office. About a month ago, I went in for my 1st cleaning there. Altha was my hygienist. She is the best hygienist, to clean my teeth. Very thorough, gentle, perfect “bedside manners”. All the staff was fantastic.I’v had the beginning stages of gingivitis, for years. Prior to this office, I was unhappy at my last dentist, but stayed there for probably 6 years, because I didn’t want to do research for a new one. That hygienist was extremely rough. I politely asked her to take it easy. She didn’t clean my teeth softer. And she didn’t take her time like Altha, who didn’t rush. Dr. Zaslavsky, explained the treatment plan, very well. I’m a retired dental assistant. So I know what to look for in a dentist & hygienist. Since my cleaning, my teeth haven’t bled, for the 1st time in years. Dr. Max is THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I have fear of dentist from a previous and horrible experience with a dentist from years ago. I finally mustered up the courage to research and find a new dentist and I found Dr. Max! He genuinely understood my fear and always informs me on what he is doing and if there might be slight discomfort. He’s kind and gentle, but informative and clearly explains the importance of dental health. I had horrible gum pain and he squeezed me in to help me get some relief and referred me to a specialist who also saw me the same day. Because of Dr. Max my gums and teeth are 100% healthy and my healthy smile definitely reflects it. I trust him and all his staff are super friendly especially the hygienist who cleans my teeth- she’s the only one allowed lol. The office is always clean and immaculate. You’re the best Dr. Max!

Before meeting Dr. Max I was petrified of the dentist. The day I had to have my wisdom teeth removed I was so anxious and scared but Dr. Max and his staff were able to make me feel at ease. They talked to me and walked me through the entire procedure. During the procedure they were asking me how I was feeling, if I needed a break, or if I needed anything to help make me feel less anxious. Ive never felt more safe and trusting as I do with Dr. Max and now after going there multiple times for cleanings and other procedures, I am no longer afraid. I highly recommend Dr. Max to anyone looking for a great dentist!

I have been a patient of Dr. Max for ten years and have recommended him to many friends, and will continue to recommend him and his staff. Dr. Max is professional and very knowledgeable. He explains things thoroughly and makes sure I understand what he is telling me. I feel very comfortable with the work I have had done. Each of the hygienists have been so nice and detailed with their cleanings. I always feel like family when I walk through the door and appreciate the way I am treated.

I have been a patient here for several years now and he is the absolute best around. The office is immaculate, I am a dental assistant and am very picky with how clean an office is, as infection control is critical. His staff is amazing, especially his hygienist, I can honestly say she gives me the best cleanings I have had in life. Dr. Max himself is extremely knowledgeable and and has wonderful chairside manner and a fun sense of humor, I genuinely enjoy going to see him and always leave knowing he truly cares. Dr. Max and his staff totally ROCKS!!! They were able to resolve some major dental discomfort I have been dealing with. They got to the source of my challenge that two other Dentists could not figure out. This to me is everything and worth about 50 more stars. I’ve been seeing Dr. Max for 4 years. I wish I had found him sooner!! I had so many issues that I knew about but no Dentist ever took the time to explain everything to me. I prefer preventative maintenance versus reactionary. I’m all fixed up now. Dr. Max listens and provides all options. He doesn’t pressure you into anything and leaves you the choice. He’s also very detailed oriented and keeps the environment fun. Let’s face it, sitting in a dentist chair potentially for hours couldn’t ever be fun, but he certainly has a way to make it more tolerable. His hygienists are also very friendly and works around any pain sensitivity. I highly recommend going to this Dentist. You will immediately see a difference. I know I did.

Dr. Max makes the DREADED dental experience actually... fun (weird, I know). I may be a little less wiser since he was the one that took my wisdom teeth out BUT... after the way he and his staff handled me, I wouldnt trust my mouth to anyone else! Thank you for helping me drill through (see what I did there?) my phobia!!

I have had the good fortune of having Dr, Max as my dentist for few years. He has done filings ,root canals and crowns etc... Some emergency visits and has you come into his office ASAP . I never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room . You come in on time he will see you right on time. I trust him , his work and his advice completely, and all of his work has been outstanding. The office is clean and organized . The staff are friendly, knowledgeable .and informative when they review a procedure .They go out of there way to make you feel comfortable and are sensitive to your needs. It just shows that Dr. Max runs a great practice . I would highly recommended him

As someone who hates going to the dentist, and doctors in general, I have to admit that Dr. Max and his dental team always set my mind at ease and are by far the best I have used. I have been a patient for the past few years and the entire staff is always personable, diligent and on schedule without making you feel rushed. I have the utmost trust in Dr. Max and appreciate his honesty, and the pride he shows in his work. 5 stars, highly recommend.

Amazing atmosphere and inviting environment. After my initial visit which was about 3 weeks before my wedding day, Dr. Max and his incredible team made sure to squeeze me in despite their tight, pre existing schedule, to get me deep cleaned, and polished and even gifted me a teeth whitening kit to use to get me ready for my big day. Dr Max and his team definitely makes you feel like family and goes above and beyond to not only educate you on your specific oral health, but to Keep you feeling like VIP at each visit. Cant say Ive been to any other dental office that makes you feel as IMPORTANT as this office. A huge thank you to Dr. Max and his dedicated team!

I met Dr Max a few months ago, and I have to say that he is one of the most passionate and ethical dentist I have ever meet. I had a broken tooth and I feared that I was going to need a root canal or at least a crown. He did a filling and months later I have not had any issues with my tooth at all.He truly loves what he does and I feel blessed to have found such an amazing dentist.

Dr Max is the man! I moved to the Fort Lauderdale area in 2015 and had a really hard time finding a good dentist. After doing some research online I decided to go see Dr Max in 2018 and am very glad I did. Dr Max is a true dental professional. Hes very knowledgeable and very good at his job. Hes also just a genuinely nice guy. Id highly recommend paying his practice a visit!!!!

Very friendly office staff! No long waiting periods to get in for an appointment and always cheerful when answering their phones....never make you feel like your bothering them.
