This program has best the best lifestyle change. It is giving me my life back with very little to no joint pain due to being massively overweight. The products taste great! It’s a journey and they help you find the way. They have worked with me remotely the entire time. They tweak the plan to help you find success. The biggest for me has been that they stick with you for a year after you hit your goal to help make this a permanent life change!
