Pharmacists were incredibly helpful and kind. They went out of their way, even calling me to make sure I knew the doctor had not ordered enough and insurance wasn’t covering. I’ve never talked to a better staff. Thank you Costco!!

I went to pick up my Significant Others Rx. When asked my relationship to them, I said they are my life partner. The Pharmacy Tech very smugly said, Ill put you down as friend. I was obviously shocked. She said Oh Ill put you down as very very best friend. I said you can put girlfriend or fiance. She shrugged it off. I was in such shock from this show of HOMOPHOBIA, that I just walked off even though I still had questions.I have been a loyal Costco member since birth, I love Costco. My Partner and I just moved here from Utah, I expected more inclusion here. I guess theres still more to work on.This shook me to say the least.

Good prices, relatively prompt service, friendly staff. The one problem is getting my dogs meds filled. CSU has to make several calls to get the Rx into Costcos system. They had 2 profiles listed, one correct and the other human. I have always had to make multiple calls to get the Rx filled. Also, Ive registered for texts to alert me when meds are ready and I never get a text from them.
