Phamacist: Large silver haired woman. She doesnt talk to customers. Has her staff lie and say theyre filling your prescription. Then says they cant because of weird dosageThen has employee ask why such a drop. Share intimate personal things. All the sudden they CAN fill the script. Then they tell you your meds are ready. When I get home, find out the pharmacist gives me only a week, without telling me to my face. Sat around for 90 minutes. Could have just told me they needed to talk to the doctor. The truth. Dont fill your controlled substances here. She will decide when and how and if you get your meds. So dont do it. I then contacted her boss about the lying and making me wait unnecessarily asked me if I had a question then gaslightes me. Even though every other employee there is great and helpful and professional. This woman, her boss, and UC health dont care about your time or treatment. Just.control and money

So convenient and fast. The staff there are nice and courteous. The facility is clean and always in order. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I have all my scripts filled there.

Took my 15month old daughter to get her blood drawn. It was 3 young college looking girls that were all in the room. They were quick, polite and got a vein in the first poke. They distracted my daughter by turning on the cool black lights in the room. Although my daughter was crying and uncomfortable, I thought it went rather smooth and fast.Wasnt til I got in the car and drove away, that I received a call from them stating that they used the wrong tube for the blood draw and needed to do it again. I was upset that they made this mistake on my child. An adult can handle getting poked 2xs but not my daughter who was somewhat traumatized from getting her blood drawn.I turned the car around and headed back. This time, it was an older woman who attempted to do the Draw. The lady looked somewhat cautious as she was feeling around on my daughters other arm for a vein. I asked if she can use the same arm they just did. She didnt answer my question. She then poked my daughter and after a few moments, I see no blood coming. I asked her if she found a vein. She said not yet. She slid that needle in and out and around trying to find a vein, meanwhile my daughter is hysterical. After about 2-3 minutes of this, I tell the lady You have 5 seconds to find a vein or Im out of here!(as not to torture my kid anymore). The lady rudely replies Ill take 2. She then quickly takes the needle out and slaps a bandaid over my daughters arm.So unprofessional! As a mother I wanted to get my kid out of there asap which I did. After a few hours of being so mad and explaining to my husband and friends what me and my daughter just endured, I had to share. I get people make mistakes, but for my family it was a critical one. My daughter had to go thru more pain for their mistake and they ultimately didnt get the job done!!😡

This is the only 24 hour pharmacy open on Saturday night. Worth the drive from Loveland. They were very friendly and helpful.

I was able to get my meds filled here fast enough to get my flight out for the holidays.

Easy to find if you do NOT use Google Map. Our prescription was filled in about 10 minutes at about 9:00pm . Open 24hrs.

Yay! Finally another 24 hour pharmacy you don’t have to drive 30 miles to.

Thank god this Pharmacy is here. The only one in Fort Collins that’s open 24/7!

Quick and easy very wonderful staff

Pharmacy staff was not interested in answering my questions about my medication. Gave vague answers and seemed like they just wanted me to go away. Felt unwelcome in their facility.
