Dr Otoole is obviously in the pockets of the insurance industry. My 19 year old son was seeing Dr OToole after my son got in a traumatic accident and was hit by an intoxicated driver. My son was trying to navigate this all on his own, doctors, treatment, his own physical and mental health... it was a big ordeal. Then out of the blue Doctor Otoole sent him a letter to refuse service because my son wanted to see a different neuropsychologist than what he (and ultimately the insurance company wanted). This is disgusting to see how this doctor has such total disregard for his patient. Not what I would expect out of a UC Health physician. A formal complaint will be made.
