So thankful for my time I spent here for my back injury! Kass at the front desk was such a joy and Dr. Bunker (chiropractor) made me feel comfortable and taken care of at every session. Everyone here was awesome and seemed to genuinely care about me and my healing process but those two deserve a special shout out. Thank you Workwell!

I’ve been a patient of Workwell for one year now due to an ankle injury at work and then I had to get surgery. Matt has been super amazing. He’s so kind and caring and personable. Dr. Rizza is super sweet and helpful as well. However, the new front desk lady is always so rude. But over all they were good.

Everyone here is fun and friendly and understanding. Physical therapist explains and describes everything to the fullest. I wish I could remember names, the Doctor before my physical therapy was outstanding at working me through the motions to find out what the problem was. The receptionist made it enjoyable to check in and the wait time was minimal. Something reminded me of my stay at a rehab awhile back and I giggled all the way home. Never knew that you could leave with higher spirits after a minor injury. If you ever need physical therapy WORKWELL is definitely the place to go.

I had a great experience with their physical therapists but a horrible one with their doctors. It is hard to give them one star as I really feel like their physical therapy deserves a five-star review but their doctors deserved 0 stars. I went to this office for almost a year after my brain injury.The behavior of the doctors was unhelpful at best and despicable at worst. Many simply ignored my symptoms before promising me that I would be better in a week or two even though they offered no ideas about how that would actually happen. When it didn’t happen, they blamed me for not getting better. Even after a year with extremely severe and disabling symptoms it was a fight every time to get taken seriously and get any new ideas for my care.The situation worsened even more and I had to hire a lawyer to get the insurance company to change providers. For me, this was a worthwhile expense due to how negative my experience was.

As an employer contracting with this business for conditional hiring, my experience with Workwell has been extremely unprofessional. If you are looking for a reliable solution for your workplace needs I’d suggest looking elsewhere. Their business hours are clearly stated 8am - 5pm but when my candidate arrived at 4pm to complete the requirement of a conditional hire he was told the office decided to close at 4pm today instead, and was asked to leave and told by an Assistant, by the name of Christina, that it was “not her problem.” When I called multiple times before Someone finally answers the phone to ask for a supervisor, Candice, I was also told she was unavailable because she also left an hour earlier than their stated business hours. The assistant over the phone was very rude when speaking to me. Overall very disappointed with this organization, their management, and the way they conduct their business.

This is my first experience with a Workmans Comp injury. The entire staff was great - helpful and concerned with my comfort. Doria was particularly great to work with. She has great humor and instantly puts the patient at ease. If a medical visit can be thought of as enjoyable then my appointment definitely qualifies!

Amazing people work here! The wait times are short and the employees are nice and professional. I had an on the job injury and had to go to the work well several times for checkups. I’ve never had a bad experience here and to the contrary wouldn’t mind getting hurt again just to enjoy the staff’s company!

Thank goodness my friend found Dr. Jones!!!I I watched her go through two other frustrating and unproductive experiences with other doctors and it was disheartening for us all. When she started working with Dr. Jones everything changed. He has led with kindness and always acted in wisdom and professionalism. He gave us all hope that recovery and hope are possible. I went in to Workwell because I got battery acid in my eye. Sabrina at the front desk was very easy to deal with and very welcoming. I saw Dr.Keefe, he was very nice and didn’t hesitate to tell me I needed to get to an eye doctor. They sent me to a eye specialist and made sure they saw me ASAP. When I had me follow up with Dr.Tah he was very kind.

Very friendly team. Call ahead to assure the best time to arrive for your appointment so you are not waiting around for longer than you need to. The scheduled times for me were 30 minutes before my nurse vitals and then an extra 15 minutes before being seen. Expect a 45 minute minimum wait if you arrive “on-time”. The very friendly staff makes the wait worth while. The physical therapist I saw was excellent and extremely friendly. Would come back for health services not required by an employer.

Dorothea, the nurse taking my vitals, was awesome and helped explain the process. I was pretty nervous, not sure what to expect so my heart rate was going hard but her calm demeanor and reassurance brought me back down to normal. Thank you so much ☺️

Wonderful staff, made me feel comfortable and was a quick and easy process. Was greeted very warmly at the front desk, staff was very attentive and informative, Doria, who administered my visit is very fun to deal with and very professional. First time taking a test for work in many years, and this was a far better experience than I ever remember!

Was injured on the job a few weeks ago and work well has been amazing to work with. They got me an appointment same day I called and I was able to get fixed up and back to work in no time at all! Thanks workwell!

Always very personable. They know your name on the first name basis as you walk in, they greet you and theyre probably the best customer service and knowledgeable people when it comes to work-related injuries. The therapist are very good and always worried about what you want in your progression is what they care about they dont try to hurry you through anyting the doctors also care about you as a person rather than hurrying you back to work. All around I would say great management and great employees that work there I havent seen anyone or heard anyone that has had a bad experience while at work well. So if youre ever hurt on the job I would recommend doing your recovery at work well or if youre an employer looking for a business to handle all your DOT regulations and you ways etc etc I would pick work well.

I initially came to Workwell in January for a work injury. Everyone in the office was so nice and helpful. Dr. Tah took a careful and conservative approach to my treatment and continues to provide his expertise and care in overseeing my recovery process.In addition my physician, I have had ongoing treatment from Massage and Physical Therapists at Workwell that are wonderfully knowledgeable and skilled.When my injury proved to be too significant and in the end required surgery to be corrected, Sabrina and Jo expertly and seamlessly coordinated my care and records with the surgeon’s office and hospital so that the entire process was smooth and stress free.I am 7 weeks post-op now and everyone here continues to be kind and professional, cheering me on in my recovery. The physical Therapist Matt is a master at his craft and genuinely cares about his patients. The PT I got pre-surgery has contributed significantly to my rapid post-op recovery.The care providers and staff here are top-notch, I’m so glad I chose Workwell when I got injured.

I first walked in Dec. 4 2017 for a few broken fingers and dreaded going back for future visits. How ever the Doctors and AWESOME( WOMEN ) that work there are very down to earth and professional.Which has made my visits a highlight for my week. I would recommend that practice to every one I meet. ; )

Strongly suspect employees in loveland engage in identity theft. The old I will shred your pertinent information later. As she puts it very much aside under other paperwork. Made feel very vulnerable but very unprofessional unless profession is identity theft.

Sabrina&Jo greet you real emotions. The doctors are super nice and talk to you person to person, not doctor to client. Im glad that when it came to work injuries that my company sent me here.

Everyone is so friendly. They actually care about how your recovery is going, they take their time and make sure they are taking care of all your concerns. They greet you on a first name basis as you walk in the door. The wait time is never more than 10 minutes.

I went in for a drug screening for my work, at noon on a Thursday. It was busy but they made sure to be quick with everybody. The waiting room was nice, and the staff was friendly. The actual test was easy and the woman who administered it was sweet, made me feel more comfortable about peeing in a cup, haha. Overall a good experience, with friendly staff

Lady at front desk is snappy and rude! Just needed to take a drug test for a new job. Told me the soonest was a week out. Are you kidding I have to wait a week for a 15 min process. Place is no good go somewhere else instead.

I absolutely love love love these wonderful caring and considerate medical personnel! They are prompt with appointments. Thorough with explaining everything. And compassionate in your care.

After a severe clavicle sprain I went to workwell for diagnosis and physical therapy. They have done an amazing job helping me get my shoulder back in working condition. With just a few short visits I have recovered in leaps and bounds. I am amazed at how knowledgeable and kind their team is. Thank you!

Great staff, from the second I walked through the front door I felt that everyone there had no other goal than to help me through my recovery in every way they could. I cant imagine where my recovery would be without them, the front desk, the doctors and therapists all do a great job and I cant thank them enough.

The staff here was excellent so was the Dr, they were all very nice. The wait time wasnt long. I didnt see any room for improvement s because they were all so nice and knowledgeable. The place was very clean as well which is always a plus as well. Props to all!!!

Theres a let us know if youve waited longer than 15 min sign. I let them know but they couldnt care less. So dont do that I guess. Im 40 min in the wait room.Best advice would be to not come in here having to pee because Im about to pee my pants and theyll have to ring them out and test that.

This place is a joke. I needed an application for a handicap sticker and they printed me out the wrong outdated form which I found out once I was already at the dmv. I called and asked them to fill out the new appropriate form and fax it over. They faxed over a form with just a signature and nothing else filled out so of course the dmv won’t accept it. Granted their office is in Fort Collins and the dmv is in freely! Completely wasted my time and with a brand new baby at home and this injury this is the last thing I needed. Very unprofessional.

I came into Workwell after injuring my shoulder at work. I have experienced nothing but professional and friendly service. From the front office staff, to the Physician, to the Physical Therapists. Communication has been thorough and referrals better than expected.

I like this office. The doctor is great here and really takes their time to get you better slowly over time. The girls at the front desk are fast and friendly. They also have automated messaging system that calls amd reminds you of appointments. I know a lot of people complain about the wait but that is because so many show up late or not early like requested. That backs everything up so help everyone else and show up early.

Front desk was very short with people walking in and was very rude. Lack of perfessionalism. There was little no eye contact seemed like we were all wasting her time. When checking people in, she was on her phone texting or who know what. Not a big fan of this place at all yeah there’s a lot of good reviews but how many of this is true?

I had a nightmare experience with a Work Comp injury in the year 1992. I was in a different city. If I had Work Wells team of care back then, my life would have had a lot less agonizing pain and difficult recovery!!Work Wells team has made all the difference in my quick recovery from my work injury February 2018!!!This Work Well team definitely cares about the level of quality care and recovery!!

Waited an hour only 2 people were here when I got here then they send me to urgant care for an x ray then when I get back me and one guy are the only ones in here been sitting here for about another hour. And then i can hear the lady behind the desk asking about my x ray and they cant seem to find it anywhere.... 4 hours later now after I smashed my foot now they just walked out and told me sorry for not being able to get my x ray right away... JesusQuick update its been another hour and they still cant find it👍Yet again another update its been another hour of waiting told me to go to a 3rd doctor now asap cause they found out my foot is broke but Im literally waiting for them to give me directions still this is pathetic I should be getting paid to sit here all day like they are

They know your name when walking in free WiFi ... The doctors and medical assistants are awesome. While its no fun to come here they make it enjoyable. I came here for work related injury amd everything has been really well explained and what to expect.

Showed up here because I had to pee in a cup for a new job. Showed the receptionist the form I received via email on my phone and she said I would need to go print it out. I asked if they had a printer and she said no. Once I returned and was in the waiting room I heard her print something out. Ugh.So make sure you print out your pee-in-a-cup form before showing up here because the receptionist has no remorse for those who try to save paper.The nurse or doctor who I dealt with was very nice, however, so she gets 5 stars.

I was injured at work and was sent here by my work to get checked out. The doctor was very nice and very helpful however the nurse at the front desk was exceptionally rude from the moment I walked in. While she was taking my blood pressure I asked what the numbers were and if it meant my blood pressure was good she told me, maybe you should go to school and learn what they mean. I stopped trying to make small talk with her after that and when she walked out she rolled her eyes. After the appointment I had to make a follow up appointment for the next week. She told me that they had an opening for the following Wednesday at 4. I told her that I work during that time and asked if there was any other time that day or maybe the following day. She looked up at me and in a nasty tone said, the appointment is for 4 on Wednesday. Maybe you should get off work and be here at that time. I allowed her to make the appointment, however I do not intend on going to it because I cant get off on that day and I dont want to go back there if I have to deal with such a rude person. It is unfortunate that such a nice doctor has such a horrible nurse working for him.

I tripped at work and shattered my elbow. After 3 surgeries I am on my third round of PT. I am so grateful for the Fort Collins WorkWell! The office staff, MAs, nurses, Dr.s and most of all the physical therapist are great. I feel like everyone at WorkWell is rooting for my success. Their encouragement really helps when I am having a bad day. A lot of people are in & out for screenings, which seem quick & easy. I have been spending more time there than most... luckily it is comfortable and clean!

So i transfer to workwell in ft collins and you can tell that they truly care about your well being, from each area in this office they make you feel welcome everytime you walk in the door. Quite frankly they dont even deserve one star, but thats the lowest rating available. Horrible organization, had an appt at 8:45 got here on time to make like one should. An hour after the scheduled time and still werent called in for a fricken physical. Worst office possible.
