Subway off of Corbett and Harmony is not up to par on sanitization regulations. I was sick from eating half of a sandwich from this establishment. I went in to speak with a manager about a refund and the only person working decided to go next door and call the police and continue to lie about the whole situation. I was confronted by 4 random workers from a neighboring establishment as if they were going to try and jump me or harass me for a simple refund. I feel that this place needs a serious visit from the local health department ASAP.

Elk Meadows RV resort and Campground.I would not trust this place with your reservations as they up and cancelled us 10 days before we were supposed to arrive. They did not like the fact that we questioned their pricing policy over a holiday weekend. We did not argue with them or say that we were not willing to pay the rates they were charging, just that we questioned how the rates were calculated. Upon knowing this, the management then cancelled our reservations for our entire group of four families. It was too late to make other plans so Colorado lost out on our tourism dollars.

All I get is procedural obfuscation, or my requests get ignored- other resources or regulators: Ive been fighting for acceptable quality service for 2 years. Regulators dont care, there are no other resources, and BBB does not have any teeth (where does your funding come from? Everyone knows youre funded by the very organizations youre supposed to be keeping honest and accountable. TDS Cable is the worst! The EAS system keeps going off on the TV but is so garbled you can not understand what is being said. The TV screen go blank, Nothing but noise.When I tried to call in to the service number the lady is off shore and has no idea what the EAS system is because she doesnt have that in her Country.I guess flash flood warnings are not that important.TDS and the franchising authority ( Larimer County) do not care about the public as long as they get paid more and more each year.

Colorado RV Repair in Loveland Co is the only company you need to call for any RV repairs!!! New or used things often go wrong on all makes and models of RVs. Im 74 retired and these people are the only ones I will allow to work on my unit. They do quality work at reasonable prices often beating the competition! XxxCall them they come to you and you wont be disappointed. Thats why I give them 5 Stars!!!

Kevin did an outstanding job helping me establish a more professional communication with an unresponsive property management company. I was having difficulty getting a move-out inspection report and subsequent security deposit. He sent a letter to them and followed up with calls. Eventually, they responded and we were able to resolve the issue. I would urge people to use this service who feel they are not being treated fairly or the business they are dealing with seems unethical or abusive. Thanks Kevin!

The A Good Moving Company movers were absolutely a life saver for me and mother. We had 3 other moving companies completely fail us, and needed to be moved out of our 2 bedroom apartment in Greeley asap. I called them with absolutely no notice (on a sunday afternoon) and got an actual person, no machines, and was so friendly and said he could assemble a crew and be down from Fort Collins in an hour or so, give or take. He sent 2 great guys ( Justin and Sam) and a Jumbo truck, they arrived on time, were very professional, quick, careful, friendly, and focused gentleman. They were extremely hard workers who didnt slack off for even 1 minute, they didnt mess around or chit chat, just stayed extremely on point and did an incredible job. They are the only people I will call for moving help in the future and I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs help moving. Hire these guys and you will not regret it, thank you so much to A Good Moving Company and to Justin and Sam for being there to help us in our hour of need.

Roberts Heating and Air called me and offered $47 dollar furnace inspection and tune up. When the service mean arrived at my house, he told me I had 4 cracks in my heat exchanger and needed a new furnace. I asked him to give me an estimate and told him I would be getting some other estimates as well. The guy then told me my furnace was dangerous and Red Tagged the gas to my furnace, essentially shutting my heat off. I looked the company up on BBB, and saw another complaint about this company doing the EXACT same thing. I called another company, who came out and said there were not any cracks in the heat exchanger and turned my furnace back on. They did note some other problems with rust etc (that Roberts had also showed me) and I got a quote from them for a new furnace as well. It was over 33% less. I find the service that Roberts gave completely unacceptable, and it appears they now have a track record for this kind of strong-arming of their customers. I did note that when the guy from Roberts wrote up service info, he switched from saying there 4 cracks to saying he saw possible failures in the heat exchanger. Needless to say, I was pretty much expecting the heat exchanger to fine. Mary Jane K

Cache Canyon Builders - This is a great company. They did a fantastic job on my kitchen cabinets. They are hard working and focus on the details. They do not take any shortcuts and treat your home as if it was their own.

Red Star Vapor Loveland, CO repeatedly ignores the NO Solicitors sign at my front door and leaves the ads hanging right next to it on my front door. Found another one the next day after I called the company to complain. It is hard enough to keep the kids off drugs without having advertisements from these pot and vape shop dealers and users. Call them legit businesses all you want, the effects are still the same. Protect and defend your family and help stop the insanity any way you can, even if its only one ad at a time. Would have put no stars if possible to post but not possible.

Wyoming Trophy and Engraving need to lose their status with the BBB. Poorest Customer Service I have EVER encountered when dealing with the loss of my mother. They switched the plate for her urn and then denied it. No honesty or integrity.

I used severe weather roofing for our new roof this fall and would recommend them to anyone. They made the process very easy for us.

Hired Surface Masters (aka) Infinite Finishes - they resurface counter tops and guarantee it to look like granite. The first time they did it - was totally the wrong color - they came a second time - color was also not a good match, but the texture was lumpy and dull in some spots - did not even resemble granite - they oversprayed onto the floor, table and mirrors, slopped paint onto walls. I tried to get a hold of them - they would not respond - finally caught up to them at a home show. Rick came to look at the counter tops - said they looked even worse than I had told him - he took pictures, sent them the director of operations T Turner - no answer. I called Rick and apparently they have no intentions of resolving this matter.

I had a very large tree removed by Wisdom Tree Service, owned by Chris Wisdom, and was very satisfied with the job well done and for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

I sit on the board but I would be effusive about this organization anyway. Its extremely well run!

We have been with them for years. I would not recommend them. The only time you hear from them if there is a problem with payment or a complaining customer about money.I have left two messages for Kelly and still have not heard back from her in two weeks.Poor service, no customer service.They take your money monthly and never respond to messages.

We were approached by Peter Daley of 728 E. 2nd Ave. Durango, CO for asphalt crack sealing and surface coating recently. He was in the area working for some neighbors, (we live west of Berthoud in a small subdivision), and he came to our door with an offer to do this work for $300.00 with a 2 year guarantee. We had been looking for someone to do this job for us, and had not had much luck (most likely due to the recent flooding), so we hired him. He had an employee come out to do the work, but it was not anywhere near what we expected. Many cracks were not sealed, and the surface sealing was very thin and inconsistent. When we called him about our concerns, he promised to come back the next morning early....yet when we called that day after he did not show up, he always moved the time to later in the day. Finally his employee arrived after dark when it was impossible to tell where the cracks were...and it was getting cold. This employee promised to return the next morning....but has never come back. DO NOT HIRE this person! We live west of Berthoud in a small subdivision) Be cautious!

Hello my husband and I have been getting our truck serviced at TJ Automotive in Loveland, CO. But it got to the point where they werent doing their job right we had a knocking noise in the engine they said it was the timing chain, thinking it was gonna get fixed the mechanic couldnt get the timing back on track just told us they couldnt find the problem they gave us the truck back, they told us that It was drivable but when we got the truck back it started misfiring didnt get far, the truck did a backfire and just stopped wouldnt start anymore, A friend that we know told us about another mechanic that they know took us there, they towed our truck to the shop called Elite Automotive on 1st Street in Loveland,CO..They tested the engine, heads everything they said the whole engine was gone,TJ Automotive have done us wrong bad and our warranty for our truck has paid them to fixed the problems but never was fixed properly, been without a vehicle for 4 months now..n were not from here we dont know anybody no relatives we just want some help to resolve this issue that has come upon us.. Randy from Millennium basements...started my basement close to three months ago..with a three week contract..I paid him 4,400 dollars up front to start...he came and framed it in...and left....showed up about once a week after that....with every excuse In the book...except...my dog ate my hammer.....an old take off from my dog ate my homework....Were still dealing with his issues...and its still not finished! At this point Ive paid his subs..because he didnt.....and now he owes me about $600.00..He didnt read my cad design..that I paid for...in order to avoid any issues..therefore he had to redo walls...and....then quoted me without the soundproofing in the ceiling....which was included very clearly underlined in the design I gave him......then billed me later for 650.00..Dont ever hire this guy!!

Greeley Collision & Restoration 3714 Carson Ave. Evans Co. 80620This company went beyond any expectations one might have for a company that faces lots of auto accidents. My car was wrecked 2 years ago and this company stood behind their work 100%!!! For some unknown reason the paint they purchased and put on my car did some chipping. Not only did they repair it but they detailed my car inside and out and it looked like brand new!!!! I dont know companies that give such customer service as this one did!!!!!
