My best friend and I can get lost in this place for hours. If I am considering buying something new, I always check here first, and am often surprised and delighted to find what I was looking for - or something better - especially when it comes to clothing, home goods and accessories, KITCHEN wares, gifts, and books. We have found some REALLY nice furniture and rad art here as well!

Phoenix, the cashier who checked me out today, is a wonderful human and deserves extra employee recognition. I think it takes a lot of work to be a retail employee, but to make individual customers smile and feel listened to is beyond what I think most people would be able to do. I also love the store and can usually find great items for cheap!

I shop at the store frequently. They always have that one cable I need or that one piece of furniture or pretty much about anything.Want to give a shout out to Eli, who helped me take apart the desk I bought to fit it in my trunk. Very helpful and cool young man.

My only complaint is they never have enough cashiers. But other then that, its a great place to shop. Thanks

They represent a good cause. However shopping in there is pretty okay. Usually fairly crowded, and the housewares and such can be pretty rough, even for second hand. Did find an older, totally functional Canon DSLR there for 7.99, which was hilarious. Even asked an employee if it was mismarked, nope. They thought it needed a battery pack, actually ran off AAs.

In the fall of son moved out of our renta and we had tons of his personal items, and furniture to donate. Since we were going to load up our car hauler trailer we decided to go through our own house. Once the trailer was fully loaded my husband drove to Goodwill, as I had called and spoke to the manager several times about what they would accept, and about taking our furniture, and etc. My husband drove there and the employees at Goodwill came out, and cherry picked the furniture and our items, and then told my husband they could not accept certain pieces of our furniture. This was disappointing and tacky on the part of Goodwill. My husband then remembered about ARC, and drove there. They graciously took the rest of our furniture and were not picky at all, in fact very thankful. Needless to say we will never donate to Goodwill again. Thank you ARC, and we are working on another load to bring to you.

I come to drop off things at arc all the time. Recently I was dropping something off and saw a gentleman walk up with just a single item and put it in the bin. Today I realized I forgot to drop off a backpack the last time I was there so I walked up to drop it off today and the gentleman told me I was not allowed to do a walk up. Okay thats fine, didnt take too much time out of my day but I do have to wonder about people who dont have a car? Might be worth looking at the policy and revising or getting people on the same page.

Awesome thrift store with a HUGE selection of items, especially clothes.BUT PLEASE, DONT BRING TRASH TO THE DONATION DROP-OFF!!!I volunteer here almost everyday. We constantly see people bring things to us that could & should be thrown away in the dumpster. This is NOT a landfill. In order to be profitable & help the causes we need to minimize our waste disposal as much as possible.

Arc usually has a much better selection than goodwill. Especially for men’s clothing. The staff are great as well. Plus, the proceeds go to a great cause.

I love this arc.They are pretty good about keeping things clean. The dressing rooms are currently closed so we cant try anything on, but the staff is nice. Ive found very good deals here.

Its always well organized, they have a TON of clothes (even for common sizes) and its pretty clean. I have found three great finds here ($15 pampered chef bread knife, three cast iron pans for $20, and a used night stand in great shape for $15). Their toddler clothes are surprisingly expensive, however.

Melinda is an AWEFUL manager. She deserves to be fired. I’ve never seen someone treat their employees so badly. She also looks like she never washed her hair before

This is the only thrift store in the area that I frequent. Sure, their prices are a little bit higher on some things (especially furniture) but their staff is always incredibly nice and pleasant. I also love supporting their mission.

Waited for donation line to open this morning and was turned away from donating 100 freshly cleaned and folded like new clothing items because we didn’t have any bags. Ive seen clothes in their racks that look like they were run over by a dump truck. As a business that takes free, donated inventory (often not bagged) and sells them for profit you would think they would have happily given me 3-4 trash bags (less than a dollar) in order to accept a few thousand dollars worth of clothes. Then again they don’t pay their employees a living wage so it’s not surprising that they aren’t motivated.

The manager on duty today was very rude. Yelling at an old lady, yelling at a lady and her child. You dont do these sort of things. Also did a lot of lying about the return policy. I will never shop here again. After as much as I donate to this company and how much I shop here, I would expect better customer service. Especially from the store manager

Used to be my favorite thrift store but prices have gotten a bit ridiculous lately. Ive seen quite a few items priced at the same rate that Ross/TJ Maxx prices some of their new items and items from the dollar tree priced at 2-3 dollars. Kind of defeats a big portion of buying used for less.

Customer service was terrible!! Signs for kids sale were still up from yesterday because the person who put them up was off today The prices were not honored nor were the signs removed.

Rarely shop here, but have dropped things off on multiple occasions. They are moving people through the drop off lane quickly and efficiently. Very little wait time (even during busy hours) and a bunch of employees out there to make it as easy as possible.

Extremely overpriced. Could buy cheaper stuff brand new.

Likes it. Every saturday I go to ARC. ARC should extend the return time (not 10 days after purchases), because sometimes the weather is extreme. Sometimes I got broken dvd.

Have been shopping at Arc when they were at their old location. In the past 2 years their prices have increased substantially on certain items (shoes). A lot of the donations get trucked to Denver and do not get put on the shelves.

Im trying to learn how to patch my jeans via YouTube....I can certainly navigate Home Depot.....but I was out of my element in this store so I searched for the first available employee she took me Hey the hand so to speak an lead me to every item on the list...and the cashier was extremely pleasant to deal with...all in a very friendly experience...thus my 5 star rating, I cant speak to prices our any of that...

Its a good place to get used things, and it actually goes to a good cause. It gets a fair amount of traffic so go early and often!

Website said they closed at 6. Got there at 5:10 with a car full of things to donate. Bunch of guys standing around saying they closed already.

Clean & mostly organized. Good amount of stuff. Friendly staff at check out.

It was pretty barren on the shelves. Clean. Good signage.

Called and asked if they were taking box springs. Was told yes but hurry down we only take donations till 4 pm. This was at 10:30 am. So I load up and drive down only to find out they do not even take donations until noon. So I wait around for an hour till they open. Pull in and I am told we do not take box springs. I let the know I called and was told I could bring them down. No apology, just too bad please leave so someone else can get in here. Not the kind of company I will ever do business with again and suggest that everyone find some place else to donate and shop at. I don’t support businesses that lack integrity and frankly and not even decent human beings.

This place is barely being held together. Needs more staff. Clothing all over the floor items that have fallen off the shelves, at one point a customer accidentally knocked over a small shelf and no store worker came to her aid, all us customers helped her. I did find this unicorn gem amongst the chaos though.

Absolutely love this thrift store! Always my favorite place to go. Especially on a Saturday because that is when they have their 50% off sale! Awesome! Fairly well kept and the clothes are always organized by like colors. Great staff! They are always friendly. Just wish they didnt have a limit of only 5 items in the dressing room. I totally understand why they have to enforce such a rule, but it still stinks.... Mostly because I have a clothes problem and always grab too many... Totally my fault. Prices are great and they always have something on sale! 👍👍👍

My family loves this arc! The place is huge and nearly always has a great selection. Great means I find stuff I want, and often need. They do a nice job of keeping things in order so you can find what youre looking for based on the signs. The staff is helpful, too. We will be back!

Its a thrift store so it exhibits a lot of the characteristics of a thrift store. But this is one of my favorites because it is the most organized and clean. And it is easy to navigate through. I also appreciate the multiple Checkers when I am there on busy days so I can get through quickly. I always find things here everytime I come!

Im a huge thrift store shopper. I appreciate how this store is well organized. Even the clothes are separated by style AND color. Prices are affordable and they have color tags which rotate for additional savings. I have bought and donated many items at this location. Highly recommend this store.

Great thrift store. I almost always find a treasure. The staff is always friendly. Sometimes things seem a little high priced compared to similar objects though. I really appreciate the half of tags.

They have decent clothing and their prices are affordable. You dont have to shop at Macys or somewhere five-star! Everything can be found here, simply wash them, and theyll look like brand new! ❤

This is the least expensive thrift store in Fort Collins. They have half price on nearly all items every Saturday. The store is not the most organized, but the low prices and friendly service make up for it. Overall the stores set up is pretty typical for an Arc, but the employees always seem happy and ready to answer any questions you may have. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to get a good value on used goods.

One of the largest and best. All colors except one, go on sale on Saturday. The rest of the week, only one or two colors per day are on sale (but its 50% off!! Habitat only has 20% sales. No comparison!Donations are accepted here inside and outside.Seasonal items are always great!!

Good service, easy drop off of items and help to recycle items that are no longer needed by one person and can be used by someone else. I have both dropped off and bought from them and both experiences were good.

I love the store, I get most of my books their but they really need to stop putting stickers on books, they completely destroy the book. Maybe they could just have a sign that says, all hard cover books, 3.50 or all paper backs 1.00.

As far as thrift stores go, this one is pretty nice. Its clean and well organized and has great selection. The drop off process for donations is very quick and easy too.

This thrift store is clean and well organized, which is nice. Ive been coming here for a couple of years, and lately theyve been disappointing in their prices. things have gone up CONSIDERABLY. I came today looking for a bird cage. I found one, decent size, covered with rust, a broken clip, and a broken door. fine, I can fix all of that with a few hours work, but they wanted $17. for an old broken rusty cage. It was appalling. last week I found a Roman shade, in the box, brand new, marked at $15. I noticed the arc sticker was placed over the original retail price sticker, so I peeled it off, curious what it cost to buy new. $10!! The shade cost ten dollars retail, and the arc marked it up to $15. I couldnt believe it. it shouldnt cost eight dollars for a used dog sweater, or twenty dollars for a used sweatshirt. This place is nothing but profit. their inventory is all donated. they say their profits go to local programs, but they seem to have forgotten the most important program....selling thrift items at affordable prices. Plus, their carts will no longer go beyond their doors. the wheels lock up with the security system or whatever. . so good luck to you if you have a cart full of stuff, or anything heavy. you will not be able to get a cart to your car.

Seems like a good store and has plenty of items. I have found items in here that Goodwill does not seem to have. Anyway, It looks to be a more friendlier store. Their prices, are a tad bit higher then their competitors But their verity is some better then their competitors. Its really all in what your looking for, and the price.

This thrift store has everything. In addition, it has a wonderful purpose. Reuse is a great way to recycle and they hire people with disabilities. They also promote disabilities programs. I love it here.

I like the one in Loveland waaaay better than this one.

Am I the only one who remembers when thrift stores used to actually save you money? I get this organization, unlike Goodwill, actually stands for something. But when I see their prices listed as MORE expensive than the original, brand new item from Walmart or the dollar store every time I go there? What a joke. Seriously. There will often be a common used whiskey jar (trash) which they try to sell for $5, a $5 Walmart t-shirt which they try to sell for $7, or a chipped, old picture frame they’re asking $8.99 for. Please. This is someone’s trash they’re giving to you for charity. Get over yourself. You can buy half this stuff for the exact same price (with four times the life span) brand new.

I have been shopping at ARC for months now and never had a problem until today. Bob who was checking me out was extremely RUDE. Threatening me telling me to get out because I was asking why he wouldnt sell me some of the items. He said you got 2 seconds to decide before I kick you out. He said the tags were switched on some of the items I was about to buy. The manager had to come intervene because he was being so rude to a paying customer. She looked over some of the items he wasnt gonna sell me and said they looked fine and didnt look switched. 3 items out of 18 looked switched. I cant believe I was so disrespected as a buying customer who spends 200 dollars atleast a month there. In addition he was acting like I was a thief and said we will go back and look on cameras. I spent $56 there today and thats how I got treated. He deserves to be fired for treating a customer with such disrespect.

Got a couch yesterday, They put a sold ticket on it last night and I was going to pick it up today... well I showed up to pick it up and its sold to someone else even though my sold ticket is still on it and nvm I have the matching paper to the sold ticket.... 🤔 james the guy who helped us was super rude today... dont reccomend buying something and counting on them to hold it.

Best prices on Saturday when most color tags are half off. Get their early before the crazy crowds! Very well organized, clean and friendly staff.

Tons of stuff to look through, great selection. Pricing is higher than some thrift stores Ive been to and it was really hard to find items with the right colored tag for the fifty percent off weekly deal. The selection and service makes up for it though.

This is one of the best resale shops Ive been to, especially on Saturdays! Ive found great clothing items for low prices, some even brand new, and brand new puzzles as well. The clothes section is pretty well organized, too!

Surprisingly expensive artwork, but it hasnt always been that way. I think there may just be a new person pricing things out. Good selection of stuff and organized inside though!

I would give 5 but I am disappointed in the organization of the place as I had paid for and had a piece of furniture on hold and when I went to pick it up someone had taken it! Sure they let me take another piece of furniture but they need to figure out a different system. I wish I knew the mans name who works in the furniture department because he was very friendly and knew that theres a structural issue with their system. I would still suggest shopping here but I would suggest picking up your orders right then and there if you dont wanna risk it being taken from under your feet.

Rude security guard whos only sense of power and control comes from his work. The staff dont seem competent enough to run the cash registers because the line gets 50 people long and if you need help anywhere else you have to wait by the back doors.
