This place was absolutely lovely the second I stepped foot through the door. I was helped immediately by Beth, who gave me the best massage of my life, no joke. Ive had my fair share as an athlete, but I left feeling so relieved and slept like a baby, waking up feeling super energized. Beths energy was wonderful and I actually learned a lot in just the hour she worked with me. Highly recommend this place and specifically Beth if youre looking for some pain relief or relaxation.

First time at Living Arts Wellness for a much needed deep tissue massage. Beth was absolutely incredible- best massage I have ever received. She listened to me and how I was describing my back pain and did a great job of doing deep tissue work without it being a painful experience. She was thorough and targeted muscles I didn’t even know were connected to my “pain” areas! I appreciated Beth’s communication during the session- the pressure was perfect but I felt very comfortable if I would have needed to speak up to adjust pressure.I am already booking my next session. Highly, highly recommend!

Very good massage. I got the pressure point massage, it did find some tend areas. Overall I believe I am not too tense but it was a good therapy nonetheless. There are many independent massage therapists that work here in addition to their own practices. I went in to see Beth for a 30 min appt and she worked magic. I walked out that door pain free! I would highly recommend Beth!

My spouse and I have been going there for years. Unfortunately we will not be going there anymore as prices have increased 30% since we started going there years ago. Since the latest round of price hikes I seem to be getting many more email ads about last minute openings, and I can understand why. I understand market adjustment and standard price hikes, but gouging and greed has no place in an industry that should primarily be about providing care. :( Sorry to all the the therapists that was providing us massage, reflexology, and other services, you will be missed. Once they drop their prices back to a more reasonable number, well definitely be back! I hope it happens soon.I really dont want to hear a retort about how rent or supplies are going up, or whatever justification given for a 30% price hike, without understanding how much all the open slots are costing your employees. Returning to a more reasonable cost for services would bring more than just us and the hundreds per month we bring in back to this wonderful place. Please reconsider, itll be ok. :)

To begin, two words: experienced professionals. When I was in a car accident many years ago, I found Celeste. If it wasnt for her, I wouldnt have been able to move my neck. I had been to several massage therapists prior to meeting her, but knew I had found the right person after my first visit. I have now been going to Living Arts Wellness for 14 years. I have tried many of the therapies offered there (in addition to massage) & have worked with at least 6 therapists on the Living Arts staff over the years. I have found every experience to be a positive one. The experienced massage therapists listen to what I have to say, & are able to adapt each session according to what is going on in my body that day. Not only do they listen to me when Im there, but they are also able to help me understand how my daily actions can affect what is going on physically, & have given me advice on how to stretch at home to help that healthy feeling last. In my humble opinion--once you have had massage therapy at Living Arts Wellness, you will never go anywhere else!

My experience with Living Arts Wellness has been nothing but excellent. I suffer from chronic headaches as well as chronic shoulder and neck pain. My doctor had started talking about doing spinal surgery to relieve my pain because he didnt know what else to do for me, but I thought that would be awfully extreme. After some research I chose Living Arts Wellness as they do a lot of structural work, dealing with medical issues as opposed to a spa-type massage. The massage has absolutely been tailored to my needs. No one size fits all here.Celeste was incredibly flexible from the beginning. Ive been to a lot of massage therapists over the last 20 years and Celeste blows them all out of the water. After my very first massage, my arm, which had become permanently numb in the previous few months, suddenly had feeling again. After several months of weekly massage, the numbness is gone completely. The pain in my shoulder is decreasing as my muscles are finally relaxing and being moved back into the proper positions. I could not be happier with the results. When Celeste went out-of-town, she made sure that I got in with another massage therapist (Amy) so that I didnt have to miss a treatment. And as much as I love Celeste, Amy was just as good. From my experience, I will assume that everyone there is of a similar quality. They all are involved in continuing education, constantly striving to give their clients what they need.My only with my experience regret is that I did not seek help from Celeste months ago.

My wonderful husband got me a gift certificate to get a massage here when I got pregnant. He carefully researched the best place in Fort Collins to get a prenatal massage and this was supposed to be it. I saved the gift certificate until I was 8mo pregnant with our twins and decided to book the massage because I was in so much pain. The girl who did my massage gave me a deep tissue massage, which is not what I signed up for and you are NOT supposed to get one of those when you are pregnant because of how many toxins can be released into your body. Having never had a deep tissue massage before, I was trying to carefully figure out why it hurt so much without offending the masseuse. She told me she thought Swedish massage was fluffy and pointless and gave me a five second example of what that was (which is what I thought I would be getting), and then went back to deep tissue, explaining that she just liked doing that better. Unfortunately I didnt figure this out until the end of my massage and I was so disappointed. Im honestly not even sure what the prenatal part of the massage was supposed to be other than laying on my side. When I went to check out I handed her my $100 gift certificate (prenatal massage is $75) and she told me I was all set to go. I hesitated and she added, unless you wanted some change back. Seriously? Girl wanted a $25 tip. The way she handled the payment was so unprofessional and put me in an awkward position. I was so shocked and just wanted to leave because my whole body hurt, so I mumbled some thanks and just left. During the massage I learned that my masseuse was 19, so maybe she just needs more experience and to learn some professionalism, I dont know. But I wish Id stuck up for myself sooner in the massage and I wish I hadnt given her the $25.Im not trying to tear this place down, because clearly people love coming here and have great experiences. I just wish my experience had been great, too.

I went here for a couples massage a couple days ago. We had Deb and Ashley, and they were wonderful. The massage was perfect and just right.

I found Celeste via referral from another muscular therapist when I was injured several years ago. I was having severe nerve pain in my shoulders and arms which was debilitating and had me frequently in tears from pain. The emergency room was of no help, giving me muscle relaxers and a few days of pain meds, but they could not even diagnose what was going on. Finding Celeste was a true blessing- she has helped me work through this and return to functionality, and my nerve pain has not recurred in two years. She always works to fit me in to her schedule when I am in need of a session with her. She is truly professional and a very genuine and compassionate person. I have also seen other therapists at Living Arts Wellness- they are all kind people who are excellent at what they do. Fort Collins is lucky to have them!

For the past three years, I have received therapeutic massages on an average of twice a month at Living Arts Wellness. Having lived in various locations in the US and the UK, and can say with some assurance that this is by far the best resource for massage therapy that I have encountered, and is one of the reasons I feel fortunate to live in the Fort Collins community. Customers will find a wide range of styles and resources to suit their specific needs, and all therapists with whom I have worked practice with dedication, and at the very highest levels of their crafts. The consistently high standards of excellence at Living Arts Wellness result from the management approach of owner, Celeste Magnason. Celeste is not only a gifted, highly experienced, and devoted therapist, but also directs this enterprise with passion, enthusiasm, and commitment to customer service that is increasingly rare in this day and age. Over the years, I have worked primarily with Amy and Celeste, but also, on occasion, Mandy and Ashley. While their approaches are different, I’ve found them all to be wonderfully gifted therapists and compassionate people who genuinely care about their clients’ health and well being. Relationships built on trust and client familiarity can be established over time, resulting in individually tailored therapeutic approaches. Living Arts Wellness emanates a sense of peace and tranquility as soon as one walks through the door. Treatment rooms are intimate, peaceful, scrupulously maintained, and exceptionally well equipped. My appointment is the high point of my week, and, while every session is different, each occasion is inevitably an experience of self-discovery.Fort Collins residents are fortunate to have Living Arts Wellness in their community, and I have absolutely no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending this wonderful resource that is clearly as much a labor of love and compassion, as it is an outstanding, highly successful local business enterprise. Thanks Celeste et al. for making this happen.

Im not one to leave reviews, but I was so frustrated that I need to. I went in a couple weeks ago after much recommendation from friends. First of all, I called in a couple days ahead and said I needed a specific body part worked on since I had excruciating pain. I told the employee I need a deep tissue massage and she recommended a specific masseur. I scheduled for a couple days out, she called me the next day and said that the masseurs schedule opened up and I could come earlier. So I canceled what I had going on that day and went in earlier..... Only to arrive 2 hours later and be told that the man I was scheduled with had to leave and so they set me up with someone else. They could have had the decency to call me and tell me sorry we lied about him being here. I needed him specifically since he can give deep tissue massages. I ended up getting a massage anyway and had to repeatedly tell the young lady to go harder, she would for a few minutes, and go back to a weak massage. I needed a deep tissue massage...... Not only that but she also did not do the full 60 minutes as is stated on their website. At the end when it was time to pay, she gave me a whole spiel about how I dont need to tip and how they get payed well, and then when I hand her the 100 dollar bill she says how much change would you like back essentially forcing me to tip, which I did because I wanted to be nice, but I still regret doing so. If you are going to give me a 2 minute spiel about how I dont have to tip, dont ask me how much I would like to tip. Either way she did not do a good job with the massage. I do not recommend this place, there are much better places to get a massage for a better price. I went elsewhere and they solved my problem within a couple days, for much less than $90. Go elsewhere.Update: Since the owner responded, it seems as though she assumes I am a distraught employee. I guess if if they dont care enough to learn about your experience and correct it then that means it probably isnt one of the best places to go to. And, I know you dont charge $90, I just made they mistake of leaving a $15 tip... since I was forced into it very unprofessionally. And I didnt even get the deep tissue massage I was looking for regardless of price.Update 2: The responses from the owner speak volumes about this place. Since my review is spam... When you walk in there is a sign that says to take your shoes off. In the middle of the room is a slightly tall dining table. Straight ahead and slightly left is the front counter, which I waited at for almost 10 minutes (a few past my scheduled start time) before someone showed up. Behind the counter is a door that leads outside and opposite the door is the stairs that lead to the basement. I also had purple sheets on the massage table. I also checked the clock in the room after the masseuse said she was done and thinking it hasnt been an hour yet. I checked my cell phone again when I got to the car and it was still under an hour when I got in my car. If I honestly would have even felt 15% better I wouldnt be as frustrated, but I left with almost no change, all for a hard day of manual labor on my low income. Also, the mere fact that the owner continues to attack my review and calls me a liar goes to show the professionalism of this place. When Google does look into the post origin they will see a house 5 minutes north of you with a Fort Collins IP address. Im quite disappointed in this place since I had high hopes hearing about it.
