The clinic was so easy to find. The nursing staff was so attentive and kind to me. I was checked in immediately and waited only a few minutes before being called back and saw the doc within just minutes after that! Thank you so much for everything!

THEY DONT LISTEN TO THEIR PATIENTS...... Iwent in thinking they were going to really take care of my issue by doing the x-rays they did so I stuck with them, then I realized the medication they put me on was not for the reason I went in for. It was for a different issue. So they put me on a food regime and different medications and when I was off I felt worse and they had no idea what to do then I find out is was for something else i NEVER said I had.

Being new to Ft. Collins and to this office and provider, I was somewhat apprehensive, but everyone treated me as if they have known me for a long time. I felt at ease as soon as I was checked in, the provider was very kind and through and did not rush through my appointment and was familiar with my health history. I did not meat the physician who is going to do my procedure, but if the way his staff treats patients is an indicative of the way he treats his patients, I have nothing to worry about. I recommend Gastroenterology in Ft. Collins without reservation.

Excellent medically, personally and actually were running on time! I felt very well taken care of, heard, seen and communicated with. And I dont like doctors of doctors offices! Id go back here if necessary, but the invitation to message will likely help avoid that.

Being a new resident of Colorado, I was nervous about meeting new doctors and staff. However put me at ease in mediately. The Physicians assistant and the doctor help me relax and treated me with respect and professionalism I could not have asked for more. It was a pleasure to visit your office.

Pointless Paula strikes again. She canceled an appointment unecessarily and now my Dad is a week behind on getting his feeding tube, meanwhile hes wasting away. Will update once the whole process is over. Front office staff and nurse were really nice.

Pleasant to talk to, but no follow through on what they were supposed to be doing. Would not get call backs. The Lab lost my sample and they kept telling me no one had, had time to read the results, It took a week before they finally figured out that the Lab had lost the sample. When I have to repeatedly call them you have to wait through a very long and annoying dialog before you can actually talk to a live person. They want you to go to the website and look at your own test results, like I can understand what any of the results mean. That is what I am paying them for is to diagnose me.

After years of seeing many doctors and hospitals, Ive finally found the help I desperately needed at this clinic. They have taken the extra time and care to diagnosis and treat my unique GI issues. All of the staff was respectful and calm. I couldnt have asked for better care. 100% recommended.

ZERO Stars. Wish I would have read reviews before going in. From start to finish completely unprofessional and rude. The front desk lady is rude and not helpful with anything (billing, insurance, etc). The medical aide did not take my husbands vitals correctly! The absolute worst was Paula the PA. She is very ignorant at the most basic G.I. Terminology and diseases. I’m an RN and was talking to her about my husbands Celiac and she had no clue about anything I was talking about and was very condescending. At one point my son was grabbing a pen cup and she grabbed his hand very aggressively and ripped the cup away. VERY VERY unprofessional!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!

Not impressed with the P.A Paula. At. All.

Paula, the PA, has absolutely terrible listening skills. Extremely condescending, loud and boisterous, and always talking over people. She was running 10-15 minutes late and her bedside manner was atrocious, if not non-existent. She also recommended a diagnosis for a condition that she had no source of information on except The Coloradoan, which is consistently inaccurate in their reporting. I asked for a scientific study and she said The Coloradoan. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

If I could give a zero I would. Ive been dealing with the same issue for over a year and a half with zero effort from UC health doctors to diagnose it. Meds arent doing what they should. Made appt with a doctor here for another (forth?) opinion about a month and a half ago. Nurse practitioner shows up instead and tells me that he only sees new patients on monday. I was very specific when I scheduled that I wanted to see the doctor so I walked out of the room. Scheduled another appt with doctor.....another month and a half down the road......Its on a Monday so now I just hope the doc doesnt call in sick.Zero stars to this office and the rest of UCHealth this last year and a half

I have nothing but positive experiences with them. Always polite, courteous and professional.
