The staff were extremely polite. I was very comfortable. The Optometrist was extremely competent and I left feeling like it was the best (most accurate) exam I’d ever had. The Dr. knew exactly how to adjust the equipment where you’re usually guessing if it’s view #1 or view #2. I’m confident my glasses will be correct when I pick them up.Extremely wide price ranges for everyone.

Easy in fill out paperwork present insurance. Doctor was very caring and professional. Medicaid covers eye exam.

I have received eye exams in NY Connecticut & Colorado 10 or so spread out various exams. This office has the best exam process and scanners I have ever seen.My old/ex office had best case late 90’s scanners 2 it’s fine eye care associates thinks. Jackson Eye care thinks what’s the most confidence we could possibly instill? (4-5 beyond state of the art scanners and a UHD eye image at the end) . I can’t wait to receive my next one in 2 years.

Dr. Jackson is first for my eye care. I visited many Doctors of Optometry over the years, in several states. He is expert, thorough, and considerate when explaining all aspects of the exam. His staff are welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. I am taken care of and in very good hands with Dr. Jackson. He has educated me on eye function and how to care for my eyes. I would not go to anyone else in northern Colorado.

I have had an annual exam the last five years.They are quick and thorough. Always friendly and ready to answer any questions.

I had the best experience here while I came to get my prescription readjusted and try contacts out. The entire visit was great. Theyre sweet on the phone, really nice technicians, and the doctor was very helpful and willing to listen and help find the perfect fit. They also took a lot of time to explain contacts and demonstrate putting them in and taking them out to me. I will be back. :)

My eye exam with Dr. Jackson was amazing! I was extremely impressed with their COVID-19 procedures. The staff were very friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable the entire time. Where to start...The moment you walk in the positive atmosphere the staff creates is unlike any doctors office (in general) I have been to. The Doctor was extremely personable and remembers me and things we talked about the year before! The exam was explained to me every step of the way, what the doctor was looking for, descriptions of the picture of the back of my eye, what the certain machines are doing, surprisingly thorough I wasn’t just another brick in the wall!

Ive been going here for a couple years and yes, they always run behind(making me an hour late for work once) but Ive had my final straw. Im a very busy but it never sends me hours to send information via email. Just got off the phone with Haley at the front desk, and apparently it can take multiple hours to send me my prescription information. If your office is to busy to get information to existing customers maybe you shouldnt be taking in new ones.

Met with Dr. Jackson and his wonderful assistant Patience for an exam yesterday and can highly recommend them. Relaxed atmosphere, no waiting and Dr. Jackson has all of the latest diagnostic equipment. They are celebrating 18 yrs. in the same location which speaks volumes.

Mark Jackson is the best eye doc I have ever had the pleasure of working with. It is apparent with every visit that he truly cares for the eye health of his patients and is very skilled at his craft, but most important to me is that he takes the time to educate me on the science behind the scenes. I am a curious sort, and I love that he will explain why my astigmatism is the way it is, how the various types of laser eye surgery are different, and all the finer points of eye correction with glasses or contacts. I just got Lasik yesterday, and rode my motorcycle to Dr. Marks office this morning for my post-op examination! Im seeing like the pros and Im loving it, thanks Dr. Jackson! Youve got a client for life.

I was a walk in and no problem getting seen. Doctor. Did his exam gave me contacts and as soon as I didnt feel comfortable I let him know n with my contacts on tested me again.He got me a power lower n I CAN SEE! LOL again. Great Job he will be our new eye doctor.

Doctor Mark Jackson is just the very best. I have been using him for our routine exams and corrections check ups for the last few years. I have always found him to be knowledgeable and extremely caring. Recently, I called the office for an emergency. The staff got me right in. I was in pain and Dr. Jackson saw me in short order. He examined me, discovered I had badly scratched my eye and was able to relieve my pain immediately. I used to really love this place and have seen Dr. Jackson for the past 6 or more years. The staff is friendly and Dr. Jackson is knowledgeable. It seems hes had high turnover with the other Dr.s though. But my last two appointments have been extremely long waits.... It seems like they double book his appointments. Because of this, Ill be going elsewhere for the next one. Sorry, Dr. J.

Ive been in glasses for 20+ years, obviously that entails seeing eye doctors every year and I can honestly say that the best eye exam Ive had was with Dr. Jackson. I made an appointment in advance (did you know hes one of the few doctors in Fort Collins who works on Wednesday!) and when I got to the office after filling out some brief paperwork was seen rather quickly. What I was expecting to be a 2 hour appointment was under 1 hour and I had my new prescription. Ive jumped around to different eye doctors since moving to Colorado but I will definitely be returning to Jackson Eye Care. Not only is Dr. Jacksons personality great, but the price can not be beat. The only bad thing I can say (besides them being at Wal-Mart) was that I wasnt greeted warmly by the receptionist, rather I wasnt greeted at all.Update - 5/2016 - Im still going to Dr Jackson for my annual exams and reception and support staff are now friendly and personable.
