They scheduled a time with me to meet for a quote on a bathroom remodel. We agreed upon a Monday at 11am. At 11:15 still nobody had shown up. I looked at my phone and had a text saying the handyman was a little ahead of schedule and came early (~9:45am) and nobody was home so if you want us to send him back later when you are home just let us know. Well.... I was home at the appointment time! I planned my day around this appointment. You dont make an appointment with someone then show up 1.5 hours early and then essentially ask them to reschedule because they werent home when you decided to come by.

We used their service back in March and they did a decent job on the needs we had. Based on this we decided to contact Handyman Connection again on additional needs we identified. This time around we were very disappointed because they failed to produce a quote after the owner met with me to discuss our repair items.

My kiddos broke two of our kitchen cabinets right off the hinges. I sent out quotes to companies to come fix them. Within minutes, Sue from Handyman called me. She was so personable and friendly. She even told me stories of her own kiddos growing up. She had Andrew A. come out within a couple hours. He did an awesome job. He was able to fix both doors good as new. Highly recommend this company for all your fixing projects and home repairs. We will definitely be hiring them again in the future!

I took a fall down our basement stairs resulting in a large hole in the basement wall. Not only did our repairman (Tom R.) fix the hole but he did so quickly and accurately. He was polite and above all friendly. If I break anything else we will definitely be back!

This was a great experience - Andrew A. was super friendly and kind, and did an awesome job with the myriad of tasks I threw at him. First and foremost, I would like to bring attention to Sue and Patrick. They are both amazingly helpful people and are in no way responsible for this review. They helped me...otherwise my experience with Handyman Connection was a nightmare from the beginning.Initially, I was rescheduled with one days notice and no explanation. Given the nature of their work, I assumed a homeowner’s project had not gone to schedule. My Thursday at 1pm became Friday at 1pm. By 1:30pm on Friday, no one had showed up or called with an ETA, so I called and inquired. Sue got right on the phone to find out where the guy was. When she called back, I was rescheduled again. I basically demanded a morning appointment to ensure someone would be here. So I was rescheduled to Monday at 9am. Monday rolls around, and by 9:15am there is again, no one here and no phone call with an ETA. I call and ask Sue WTF is going on? She explained that several people have quit in the last few days. She sent Patrick out same day, and he got the job done...same day.I have no idea what the owner of this business is doing to cause her employees to leave in such rapid fashion, but this many people don’t quit a job because of the work. They quit like this because of the way they are managed.I feel for Sue, having to field phone calls from clients who range from disappointed to angry. She handled everything with the utmost professionalism and is in a very tough spot doing so. Sue deserves a raise, if the owner is able to keep her around!

We were so pleased to have Tom work on our challenging project—repairing and replacing the shower and floor of my 99 year old father’s 60 year old master bathroom!!! Tom and Handyman Connection cleared the schedule and coordinated with the plumber to facilitate the quick completion of this project so as not to disrupt my dad’s surroundings and access to the bathroom in the least amount of time!!! I hired Handyman Connection to put in a small cat door in my rear garage steel utility door. Andrew was the Handyman. He was very polite, prompt, professional, friendly and communicated well. He geniunely wanted to do the best job he could and Id definitely say hes a great problem solver and offered solid solutions that were in the best of his customer; me. Although their prices were a bit higher than anticipated; my experience is you get what you pay for. These guys are industry pros. Last but not least, finding quality handymen in Northern CO can definitely be a challenge.

My craftsman, Ruben Granados, was excellent; efficient and friendly, he made sure he understood exactly what results I wanted, did the work carefully, and checked that everything was satisfactory when finished. Tom did a great job with the several projects I requested. He communicated well throughout the entire process and the largest project (changing a closet into a mudroom/drop space) turned out exactly how I anticipated and was completed in the time frame projected. Chelsea communicated with me before during the scheduling process and the text reminders and ability to know exactly when Tom would arrive were very helpful during busy mornings. Highly recommend.

We had just had a new shower installed in the master bath and needed to have the entire space painted. Handyman Connection of Fort Collins responded quickly and Tom Robinson arrived the next day for an estimate. He gave us a fair price and one day later he came to do the work. He completed the job in less than 6 hours, where I had estimated it might require more than one day. His workmanship was excellent, filling minor cracks and holes, doing a really fine painting job, and leaving the area thoroughly neat and clean. We were very impressed with the timely service and the high-quality result, and would unhesitatingly recommend Handyman Connection and use them again.

We needed a washer and dryer hooked up. Ryan T. was professional and personable, in addition to being knowledgeable and efficient. We were very pleased with his work. I had a project of needing an existing hot tub on our back porch to be covered and to reinforce the deck to have a new hot tub placed over the old one. Andrew came over and had some great ideas as to how this could be done. We were able to get the project scheduled quickly on the calendar. Andrew was on time and was in contact with me often threw out the day of the progress. The delivery of the supplies was delayed and Andrew was in contact the delivery crew and with me the whole time. While he was waiting on the delivery he took this time to prep the deck. Once the supplies got to the house he got right to work. My husband was home for the day and he was so impressed with Andrews with how thorough and quick he was. Andrew also went above and beyond and looked at some additional supports that were not up to his thoughts of being sturdy enough and replaced the extra beams. From what extra support work that Andrew did I feel the deck is sturdier and safer than if I had gotten a different contractor than Andrew to do the work. If in the future I need any work done around the house I am defiantly contacting Handyman connection and Andrew to do the work and I am defiantly referring them to family and friends that may need some work done.

Andrew A. repaired the stairs and railing on my deck which was sagging and coming loose, definitely a hazard for guests and grandchildren. He was extremely thorough with the repair and I pretty sure my stairs/deck is now bomb proof. Very happy with Andrew`s work.

We had the Garys come out to our home to install our custom cabinets and move some electrical outlets. They were AMAZING! Cliff replaced 2 exterior doors on our house that was built in 1900. This was a challenging job because of the age of the existing door jambs, as well as them not being level at all! Had a door, baseboard, and casing that all needed to be pulled and replaced due to damage from a dog. Andrew showed up and gave me a quote and then came back within a week to perform the work. He was quick and concise. The new door and other pieces all look great. Very satisfied with the work performed.

They did a subpar job on the tile work around the fireplace. Rather than go get the correct brown grout from Lowe’s or Home Depot they just slapped on white bathroom grout and it sticks out like a sore thumb. Called back but it seems the guy is trying to avoid us now!!

Highly recommend this service! Andrew was able to fix the door on my rental on the same day it was broken into. We live out of town so we had no options for doing the work ourselves. Brandon did a great job on a drywall patch redo. We had previously had the patch done by another contractor as part of other projects and we were unhappy with how it looked. Brandon did a great job on the patch, communicating his plans for when he was going to come back to the house. Also, he was very clean. Drywall sanding can be messy and he did a great job of containing any dust.

A tradesman arrived the day after my request and we reached a fair price agreement quickly. He immediately completed the work within an hour of his arrival. The work was done in a very professional manner and his cleanup was thorough.

We called Handyman Connection of Fort Collins to do some exterior caulking around our windows. Ryan Tilley, the craftsman they sent, was a painter by profession, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Some of the work required a 30-ft ladder, which he brought with him. He was respectful and completed the work in well under the amount of time it would have taken someone less experienced. Well be using Handyman Connections services again in the future.

I thought my drafty doors needed weatherstripping. Brandon discovered the doors and latches were improperly installed, and adjusted them. Now my doors are tight and windproof. He also fixed a kitchen cupboard, and braced my fence that was damaged by the wind.Im very happy with the quality of Brandons work.

I had Jason repair my Patio door (door rollers not tracking) Due to the age of the patio door Jason made a second trip after he had to research the internet to find a suitable set of rolls to fit the door. Jason is a dedicated employee. I will ask for Jason on my next handyman project.

Ryan Tilley replaced a drain in our kitchen sink. It required research on his part to find the right part to fit our particular sink and garbage disposal ... both a bit unique. He did a great job and we greatly appreciate his care and capabilities.

Andrew did a great job repairing a significant portion of my 2nd level deck. I had some rotting problems and not only did Andrew replace the rotting boards, he came up with a water proofing processing to prevent this from ever happening again.
