Brought my girlfriend here she got in really fast. Very friendly staff, her Medicare and Medicade covered her bill too. Highly recommend.

Katrina a medical assistant was a very welcoming nurse when I had to take my small child to the walk-in clinic over the weekend. Very worried, but concerned parent i decided to take him. From the second we arrived Katrina was prompt, organized, and very attentive to my child. Expectations I had were met! I will be going back in the future because of the care she provided.

It was a fine experience. The check in took a very long time, but I was brand new, so I understand it. I appreciated the Covid concerns such as supplying an additional N95 mask to all patients.I chose to wait outside in my car until the doctor was ready for me. The nurse who called me seemed very annoyed that I did that, like it ate up extra time, but while I was checking in, two different patients behind me were coughing and sniffling in the waiting room. During a pandemic, can you blame me for wanting to avoid people?That same nurse was very rude and short with me during my vitals. Its stressful right now, I totally get it, but it just seemed unnecessary. If I didnt answer her questions fast enough, shed cut me short and move on.The doctor herself was kind and helpful, which I appreciated.Overall, it was fine. I got what I needed, and it was as safe as possible. The wait times werent especially long. If you need it, Id recommend it.

Ive had mostly good experiences here. The office is clean, front desk employees are kind, and I like doctors here better than at the ER across the street. We did have a poor experience with one female doctor (I dont recall her name) and found a better second opinion at Banner the same day. They move patients through quickly and seem to do an orderly job of referring people to where they need to go next.

What kind of urgent care, all of a sudden, requires a new patient appointment?

Went here last night for an ear infection expecting a long wait, but was seen promptly. Staff was thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. Ear is already feeling better.

Called and asked for a flu test. They said sure, we can do that. My wife was pregnant and I had to get tested before the delivery just in case. Came in expecting flu test. I got the flu test but was also charged for a doctors visit for over $200 for 5 minutes. If you are looking for a specific test, I would recommend a different minute clinic or Walgreens. For the 5 minute doctor visit at $200, this doctor generates nearly $5 million a year after the math. It just seemed about double all of my other doctor experiences with other Fort Collins clinics.

This place is a god send for our family, we love our doctors office but sometimes they can get us in and we just need a strep swab to know if one of my kiddos need an antibiotici also work 8-5 m-f so it is really hard to make fast apts when you cant get the day off quickly enough. Thia saves me for needing to call in or leave work early!

Very helpful and throw in my visit the nurse practitioner I saw Denah M Inzinna went above and beyond giving me tips on diet and different options I should look into to care for my health she was very caring and I appreciate they care.

Took my kids in, 4 of them because they were sick. Only one of my children recieved antibiotics. Well the next day I listened to my gut and took them to their primary. Both my 18 month and 3 year old had ear infections and pink eye. While at the UChealth walk in clinic I explained to the doctor that my kids have crusty eyes and they cant open them in the morning. Going here was literally a waste of my time and money. Currently all my kids are on amoxicillin because their primary pediatrician rocks and fevers are completely gone, after first dose of an antibiotic. I believe they could have received better care.

Much gratitude & many thanks to UC Health Walk-In! 🙏🏽 My head has been an a vice from a sinus infection & a touch of bronchitis. 😷🤧I was hesitant to go because I thought I was doing everything I could to treat my cold, but all my typical “go to” homeopathic & over the counter congestion remedies weren’t helping. My regular doctor office didn’t have any walk-in appointments left & insisted I go to an urgent care. Super glad I did - excellent care!!! I was checked in and taken back before I could put my car keys away. Jeane (sp?) took my vitals and updated history with great detail, so that when the RN, Russel, came in he was well informed. He kindly took his time to go over treatment options giving attention to my other medical concerns. Treated and back home in less than an hour! A rarity in medical efficiency in my experience, but wait, there’s more... I just used the suggested medications followed by my typical evening saline nasal rinse and WOW! It made the a biggest difference. TMI 🚨 Alert: I blew out more infection than I thought was possible to store! The sinus pressure isn’t entirely gone, but far more manageable after one treatment versus the past week of misery. Sweet relief!
