Ive gone here for a couple years, but last month they needed a second look at something. I was fine until it was time for the ultrasound, after the second look. I got a little teary eyed. It was a very emotional time for my family for unrelated issues, but this just kinda pushed me that day. The staff were exceptionally kind and caring. As was the physician that read my scans and came to talk to me. The entire staff was excellent and above what youd expect. Thank you to those that took the time that day. I trust them with my care, physically, emotionally and mentally.

Be aware that not all staff are vaccinated as of Aug 6th, 2021! Being in the stuffy ultrasound room for 30 min, 4 ft from an unvaccinated tech whose mask kept slipping off, has caused me more concern than the possibility of cancer with all the breakthrough cases of the Delta variant.

I would like to share with anyone going here for testing, that if they dont call your name after you have been there for 20 minutes or more, tell somebody. I was trying to be patient as I watched people that arrived after me getting to go back before me and watching the same nurses seeing me sitting there for an hour in a half waiting I had finnaly had enough and said I think that you guys forgot me! The lady went to find my paper work and said should could not find it. After even more time they finally found it and said that the lady that had checked me in, never really checked me in. I was told that they have a lot of new people working the front seat and they made a mistake and to call the manager to let them know what happened. They gave me $5 off the cafe at the hospital. I had asked if I could use it in Denver at the Aurora Campas because we were going to be up there for a week and could really use it there and she said she would get back to me. When she finally did she said no and it didnt matter anyway because the coupon had expired! Luckly I was not worried about my exam, but if I was concerned about a lump or something, sitting there for that long could of done some damage to my mental well being. I was still upset when I left...there is something to the fact of being Forgotten and Ignored that just makes you sad!!

Got me in super quick after a trip to urgent care. Very fast process and thorough imaging. Loved the staff.

I had a very positive experience here. Scheduling was easy and I appreciated how accommodating they were. Ultrasound technician and MD were thorough and kind.

Shocked by the negative reviews here. I had several series of tests done, including mammograms and tests for a problem, plus scheduling me for minor procedure. I cant say enough good about the people from the moment I checked in. Ive moved to New York and miss the convenience and updated facilities there in FOrt Collins. Need my records now, and its hard terminating this excellent relationship.

I just turned 40 and went in for my first mammogram. The screening wasnt clear and I went back the following week for a followup. I then got the full tour of the facility since I had 2 spots that needed biopsies. I was at the facility for 3 hours and was surrounded with love, friendship and kindness from the technicians, nurses and doctor. I will be going to this location from now on! Thank you so very much for treating me with such care and love!!

I have not been into the office yet but Joan scheduled my upcoming visit and made me feel so comfortable! She is very compassionate and has a sense of humor as well! I am very confident in the office just from speaking with Joan. You are very much appreciated!

The volunteer lady was very pleasant. She was a doll. The person who registered me was efficient. The mammogram technologist was good. But the ultrasound technologist Mary was a careless and sloppy person. By the time she got done with me, she left the goopy gel all over my hair and my gown. It was impossible to get the gel out of my hair and put the wet sticky gown back on me to walk out the door. I had to put a towel underneath the gown to walk back to the waiting room. Ridiculous!

I just had a check up and luckily all is well with me.The experience was very positive - the staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and nice.

I didnt get the name of the mammogram tech., but the one who had had surgery on foot or ankle & was in a boot. As I finished getting dressed, & was on my way out the door, she made a comment to a co- worker that she heard I was mean, but turned out I was nice. FYI; dont talk bad about cancer patients; it might be you next. She just cost you a financial loss of a long time patient. Will go somewhere else for all x rays, scans, etc.

Yes thats right one star....was there today for three hours for a total of 20 minutes of testing....highly inefficient operation and rude to not consider my time. This is a stressful enough process in itself and then to have us sit and wait all that time....

Had the pleasure of speaking with Joan, and she had the absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Save your time and schedule somewhere else.
