I attended another chiropractor for a few years, and recently moved so started attending square one. I love it there, they are all very kind and knowledgeable, and even though it’s only been a month, I am already noticing changes and feeling much better. They really know what they’re doing!! Over the past two weeks the Square ONE team has helped me work towards fixing my posture and relieving chronic pain. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of contacting them and began PT soon after. They take a set of x-rays and show you exactly where your dysfunction is happening. Then they put together a plan for your treatment. Payment is up front and they ask that you commit to your treatment. It is worth it! All the employees at Square ONE are friendly, helpful, and efficient and you have a whole team looking after you. This is not your average chiropractor, I’ve been to many and not a single one has helped me improve so much in years of treatment, let alone just the two weeks I’ve been here so far.

I was dealing with chronic back pain for a few years. After going to Square one for 3 months my back pain is gone and my quality of life has improved tremendously. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well.

I came here because of the great reviews but was surprised by how I was treated during my intake. Everyone was very friendly expect for Dr.Gubbels who came off arrogant and made me very uncomfortable. From the start it felt like he was trying to sell me on their chiropractic treatment and that he didn’t actually care. I was given a treatment plan that involved me coming in 3x a week, and I explained that I would have to wait until after the summer since I wasn’t going to be in town. After this, Dr.Gubbels seemed to be very annoyed and had an attitude. He asked about my schedule and said that I could fit it in if I cared enough, even though I said I would be out of town. His attitude made it clear that he didn’t want me to return after the summer, he only wanted me to start right away. This made it feel like he only wanted my money. I was planning on returning in August, but Dr.Gubbels made me so uncomfortable that I don’t think I could step foot inside again.

I have been going to Square One for 3 months now and I really notice a difference. Ive been to chiropractors for years, but he is the first one who has really helped. The whole staff is very friendly and genuinely interested in their clients. I am standing taller, have way less pain and am very happy with my decision.

Going to Square ONE is one of the best decisions I made for my back pain and neck pain. The Chiropractor listens and cares deeply about my pain issues. They even found the cause of my lower back pain was from Scoliosis related issues. I been to other chiropractic clinics and no other chiropractor in Fort Collins told me I could have Scoliosis. I got into a car accident and hurt my back, I ended up going to the emergency room, having said that I received an MRI. I had a few thing going on, but they said there wasnt anything they could do for me, just fallow up with my primary doctor, I did, not much help there either. She told me I’ll need surgery some point, but wouldn’t recommend it now because I’m young. So what am I supposed to do!!??? A very wise man told me to go see Doctor Chris at square one. I can’t tell how thorough Doctor Chris is, he took his time, took a lot of X-rays and showed me on a computer program what was going on! He was the only one that believed I was jacked up. He even found some permanent damage that the ER and my doctor just dismissed! I’m on the mend and have a plan without surgery!! Thank you so much guys! Also Diana is the office manager, you’ll love her! She is so nice and will work with you on your schedule! These guys saved me from a life of pain pills and multiple surgery’s!! Square ONE is amazing! Diana at the front desk is always very friendly and helpful, I often reschedule my appointments to work around my changing schedule and she is always able to accommodate me. Brent is always a friendly face to see! He does rehab with patients and always makes it a point to have a conversation with you while you’re in the office. Karan is always great to talk with while in the office, he scheduled me for my first appointment and was able to get me in quickly. He does marketing for the office and helped me set up and event to educate my coworkers about spinal health. Dr. Chris is very knowledgeable and friendly, he does a great job of explaining things in terms that are clear and concise, but my favorite thing about Dr.Chris is that he has improved my quality of life with his care. I have had a drastic increase in amount of sleep I’m getting per night. I also initially came in to be treated because of headaches and migraines, it had now been two weeks since I’ve had one. I saw Dr. Chris for my chronic upper back pain. He first analyzed my spine and found the underlying cause of my pain. I have been to other chiropractors before and they were good at getting rid of symptoms for a short period of time, but no one ever told me why I have that pain and how to fix it long term. Dr. Chris took time explaining everything and then prescribed a custom correction plan to treat the underlying cause of my problem. The turn around I had here is absolutely jaw dropping to me. I started going here 3 weeks ago, and Dr. Chris wanted to see me 4x a week for those 3 weeks. I was referred to Square ONE by a co-worker who was also receiving treatment for back pain and was very impressed with your service. You were able to see me the same day that I called while experiencing horrible back pain. I came to Square one after Dr. Pitts from Centeno Schultz Clinic recommended this type of chiropractic care after my platelet injections in my neck. I was trying hard to not end up having a fusion in my neck to eliminate pain from degenerative disease in my neck.I have been able to go from not being able to tolerate driving in a car, as well as other everyday activities (golf, skiing, etc) and level 4-5 pain every day to a level 2 pain index and enjoying golf and all other sports.I recommend this type of chiropractic care highly. I always thought that you had to be in great back/neck pain to visit a chiropractor, but there is so much more to it than that. Last year I was in the car accident. My doctor recommended to have my spine checked. I have decreased energy and low back pain. The approach of this office is very different from other chiropractors I have used. They do a thorough evaluation upfront and then offer a corrective treatment plan, rather than just offering periodic adjustments. The treatment is intensive and costly, and requires a commitment, but I have noticed a significant improvement in my posture and neck mobility. The office staff is exceptionally friendly.

I starting seeing Dr. Chris for chronic neck and shoulder pain from a car accident injury that was left untreated for almost ten years. I had become used to the daily pain and had accepted that there was nothing that could be done about it. After only two weeks of visiting Dr. Chris, my constant pain started to decline. I was amazed. No other chiropractor that I have visited has treated the injury to my spine in such a comprehensive way. You do not just come in for an adjustment and leave; Dr. Chris teaches you stretches and exercises to actually fix the problem instead of just masking the symptoms. Dr. Chris is both funny and caring, but more importantly he is competent and I trust him to take care of my health. I feel comfortable at his office and his staff is professional and helpful. Someone is always available to answer any questions I have or guide me through the exercises. Because of Square One, I no longer suffer through constant pain, and I feel more energetic. I am so thankful that I started coming here and get to live my life without daily pain!

I definitely recommend this place to anyone with lower back pain and sciatica pain. I disgruntled with such pain for several months before attending treatments at Square One. Within 3 weeks, the lower back pain was completely gone and less than 5 weeks, my sciatica pain was also completely gone. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and become part of your family!

The team at Square 1 were very friendly. The traction area is open with friendly conversations. It was great to chat and share stories as we each did our exercises and got adjusted. Very professional and comfortable office.My pain was drastically reduced and my treatment was focused on my areas of pain. I was given homework exercises to do and lots of instruction on how to perform them.

Ill admit that prior to seeing Dr. Chris, I was skeptical about chiropractic. Ive had a long-standing back issue and other forms of treatment did not help. Dr. Chris treatment has been very helpful. Ive noticed improvements in my posture and spinal mobility. Over time, my pain and discomfort has decreased. I will continue to treat with him in the future. The staff is friendly and helpful and I really enjoy Dr. Chris relaxed, friendly demeanor. They also offer health and wellness classes, nutritional advice and host of other information that will help you become healthier all around. Highly recommended!

My husband and I started coming here a week ago, love the staff. They are very professional and treat you like family. I woke up with headaches pretty much every morning and this last week after treatments I have not had one headache, so quick results. And Tiana is so helpful and upbeat. I would greatly recommend coming here.

While the staff were great and treatment went well getting my visits billed to my insurance has been a nightmare. They do not participate in any insurance coverage so you pay first and then wait for your insurance to get billed for reimbursement. I’m still waiting for my June treatments to be billed. Despite good treatment I’ll likely choose to go somewhere else that participate in my insurance.

I’ve been going to Chiropractors on and off for years and after my first visit to Square One, I finally understand what it will take to see results. Dr. Chris took his time to look at my x-rays with me and show me what we need to correct and how we can both work to get there. The exercises I’m learning feel great and I feel my posture improving and my regular body aches diminishing. Getting in for adjustments has been easy and the staff is always friendly. I’d recommend Square One to anyone.

When I came to Square One, I was unable to turn my head to the right to look over my shoulder without severe pain in my neck. After a few scheduled appointments, and being taught the proper stretching exercise techniques, using the available therapy equipment, and being adjusted by Dr. Chris, I am now able to turn my head to the right without pain in my neck. I appreciate the concern of the staff. Josh is very helpful and makes sure the exercises are done correctly, and Raven is great with scheduling appointments around my work schedule. I vote, “best chiropractic business and adjustments anywhere” with professional and fun staff! I have been to a few different chiropractors in town and never had the results or experience that I do at Square One. They tailor each adjustment to your needs (based off x-rays) and use traction machines (plus weights) to aid in the process of correcting your spine and back problems. They also teach you how to use, and provide home healing devices, to speed up your recovery. I’m convinced that after I’m done with treatment, not only will I NOT have back problems, but I will be a little taller, too :)

Dr Chris Gubbels is an expert in scoliosis and corrective spinal care. He has been a great resource for me to be able to consult with him on difficult cases from my own practice. I highly recommend his expertise.

Very friendly staff. Raven and Josh make you feel like you are their only focus . Dr Chris does a good job explaining what he sees and how he can help. It can be hard work but the results so far are great and I feel better, more balanced and taller. He helped me drop my golf handicap in half. From a 2 to a 1!
