Dr. Nate Irwin is the BEST. Over the years he has treated me when I have been in pain, and I finally came to understand the benefits of preventative care. I am 40 and I feel better than I did when I was 25.

I called this morning with an awfully tweaked lower back and they squeezed me in in between patients to make sure I got all the treatment I needed. The most friendly chiropractor I have ever seen

Nate is the best chiropractor I have ever seen. He has even helped me recover from bad physical therapist! His office and care is comprehensive and they take a wholistic approach offering much more than adjustments. The treatment plans I have had over the years have helped my pain immensely. This review is long overdue as I have been going to see Nate for 13 years now. I’ll never go anywhere else. He really cares about helping people be as healthy as they can.

I started My Advanced Healthcare Chiropractic plan a week ago. The commitment to better my health by the entire staff has been absolutely amazing. From the Drs to the trainers, massage therapists & the admins.. I feel I am in great hands and that my journey to good health will be obtained.

I really wish I would have read the reviews before I came here. This place is a scam coming from someone that had been a massage therapist for 6 years. Dr. Janessa (not sure on the spelling) did not listen or even look at the pointless pain locator reports you had to fill out every time. She just kept doing the same thing every time resulting in making me even more out of alignment. The physical therapist Joey was a joke. Didnt show me my stretches on my first visit although Im sure I got charged for it. He had me hold stretches for 30 min. Which when I went to a good Chiropractor they said thats excessive even for body builders. The massage therapist did not have the experience or technique to get to the muscles that were needed. I needed pec work done and wanted to stop her and train her how to properly address those muscles.If you need a real chiropractor and massage therapist is recommend Dr. Hand.I was in an auto accident and to cover their behinds they wrote my symptoms were relieved but that I slept wrong and work was causing my back pain. What a joke. Their physical therapist suggested this $50 pillow to relieve the neck pain that the doctor was making worse.Please save your money and see another doctor. Dont get screwed over like I did.Also want to add they bribed me to give a good review, so dont believe the good reviews.

I arrived 18 months ago in constant low back pain. Some days the pain was dull but after a long day on my feet I could barely walk. Fast forward to today with adjustments and a physical rehab plan, I am in little to no pain. While their system is not a quick fix; it’s systematic and it works. My health is back to normal but most important so is my quality of life. I highly recommend Advance Healthcare, Dr Irwin and team.

I have been going to Advanced Healthcare for a few years now, after suffering from back, shoulder and neck pain related to 2 car accidents, getting bucked off a horse and in general, having scoliosis. Over the last few years, my pain has been significantly minimized and I can function as a normal human being!! The team there is very helpful and treats me as an individual, even giving high fives when I show up! They created a plan to fit my needs, yet I know I am in control of my own treatment every step of the way. They also have amazing massage services there. Michelle is incredible!

Best chiropractor in ft collins. Went in with major back pain from sciatic nerve and stress. Dr. Owens had me pain free after 20 minutes. I couldn’t say enough good things about this place. They are fair priced and knowledgeable. Seem to listen and actually care about helping their customers rather than making money. What a pleasure to have Advanced Healthcare in my hometown.

The staff is super friendly and really care how you are doing. They are knowledgeable and forthcoming with what to expect in your treatment. There are also no surprises with financing as they explain it all up to you upfront. Additionally, Dr. Erwin is very thorough in his exam and adapts his treatment to what the patient wants to get out of the experience. Moreover, Dr. Erwin is also very careful at balancing what is medically most beneficial regarding long term and short term goals.

The physical therapy, chiropractic and massage therapy I have gotten at Advanced Healthcare has been very helpful for me to treat a neck injury and get ongoing care to stay active and healthy. I also ordered some amazing orthotics called Foot Levelers that have eliminated foot pain during my fitness routine. I have received great care for a reasonable price.

Quick to take your money but when you cancel within 24 hours its hell to get reimbursed. Left several messages and no return calls. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

I am a Canadian, travelling in the US for a few months. I’ve been battling severe hip pain for 10 months, and my back and neck were really tight, also contributing to a lot of pain. We were visiting a friend in Fort Collins, and she gave me a groupon coupon to use at your clinic.Your response to my problem was immediate and enthusiastic. The whole team was on it!! Everyone went over and above in my care. I had just a week there to get my treatments, and you fit me in every day. It was intense, but in the end, I was much more flexible, and had my range of motion back. The hip, however was diagnosed through xrays, as needing a replacement. Disappointing, (as I’m very active) but so good to know. I can now pursue health care for my hip when I return to Canada. Knowledge is power. Thank you each and every one of you-Dr. J, Jerrika, and Lacey especially, as well as the front desk.

Hands down best chiropractor I have ever been to. Dr Irwin has a true understanding of how the spine works. And I like how they explain what they are doing. I suffered for years with neck and back pain and visited numerous chiropractors. These chiropractors addressed my symptoms but not the cause of those symptoms.My experience at Advanced Healthcare was different in a very positive way. The initial exam was thorough and they took the time to review my problem and most importantly identify the root of my problem. Dr. Nathan Irwin designed a comprehensive program that addressed the root of the issue. In addition to chiropractic adjustments, I completed stretches and exercises and massage treatments and was taught how to continue treatment (stretches and exercises) at home, which are all necessary for effective recovery. I had regular check-ins to follow up and make sure my injury was healing.I have been very impressed and satisfied with the care that I have received. The staff at the office are wonderful, I feel like I am visiting family and friends when I go in for my appointments.

I received a deep tissue massage from Melanie. I am a runner and she focused on my legs and tight muscles in my hips. The results lasted for days! I am going back next week.

My kneck has really improved an the nots in my shoulders from the massages are gone. I didnt realize my body was so out of whack until everybody started working on my body.

I am very frugal with my money ever since I changed to a high deductible plan three years and am a miser when using our health funds. I saw the advertisement on Facebook about non-invasive spinal decompression. I have advanced deterioration in my lumbar and cervical spine. First, the staff is extremely friendly and competent. The office manager, Jada, does an excellent job of explaining options and coverage. The chiropractor(s) do an excellent exam including basic x-rays to show you your problem. I came from Houston and never had an x-ray at a chiropractors office. The physical therapists are excellent and the non-invasive decompression is working very well - just what I had hoped for. I went for the package deal - I was very skeptical but I am sold on the concept and clearly understand how treatment for my condition should be approached.. The doctor did an excellent job explaining my condition and the various options I could choose. I will be honest, I initially rolled my eyes at the video, but it was actually very helpful. So I chose the entire package. I have 35 years of healthcare experience so I know enough either to make me dangerous :-) and a challenging patient, I understanding billing and marketing, and know what is a promise of a pie in the sky as a patient. I have been going for three weeks and feel substantially better already.

The front desk staff here is fantastic.I made an appointment for dry needling with dr Robert for a wrist condition. He was hopeful of getting me relief instead of getting cortzone injections.. I did get relief with the first visit. I would have been back for more but unexpectedly moved.Thanks again for the great work!

Healthcare is expensive. You cant expect to walk into a providers office without paying a fee of some sort. Its their livelihood the money goes to. However, you can receive discounts when you look in the right places. Groupon offers a tremendous deal for the office and this was how I originally found them. It was a message package for my fiancé and he, in turn, was presented with a free referral program for me. I received a detailed account into many issues I have, most of which medical doctors do not recognize and have not treated correctly for over 15 years. They took X-rays, did a full assessment, and an adjustment, at no cost to me except my time!! This was the first office that could properly diagnose the issues and assist with the treatment. I did not feel pressured into anything and they did all they could to assist, offering many different payment plans so you arent stuck with a huge bill you may not be able to cover in one sitting. Even if you pay upfront then decide not to go forward with certain aspects of the treatment plan, they will redirect the funds to other areas, minimizing any additional out of pocket expense. The staff is wonderful and while mistakes are made, they are human! We all make mistakes! The doctors properly explain everything, remember their patients and their personal ailments, and above all, CARE about your results. They arent there to scam anyone, they want to help their patients live a fulfilled life without pain from chronic ailments, injured joints, and terrible posture created by our computer-driven society. Not everyone will have the same experience with a place, but if you are looking for a chiropractic office who is very clean, has a friendly staff, offers a vast array of treatment options, is flexible with scheduling, cares for their patients, and provides excellent results, you should look into this office and see if it is the right fit for you.

Am a brain injury survivor from a car accident in 2004. I decided to see Doctor Irwin after a friend recommended going to this office. It was 6 years after my accident and I was still suffering from migraines and terrible back and neck trouble. Doctor Irwin was the 3rd or 4th chiropractor I had gone to. I pretty much fired all my previous doctors because they told me I was as good as I could be. I was on many meds and seeing a pain specialist and none of it was making me better. I came to advanced health in hopes of making my back and neck better, I just couldnt live in pain anymore. After my x-rays and during my consultation Doc said he could really help my headache. I didnt tell him I had a headache issue so I was impressed that he could tell all my pains from my x-rays. Well, long story short my back is almost perfect, as is my neck. The best part, doc made my constant migraines go away.Advanced Health care gave me my life back! 6 years of pain and agony and most doctors just gave up. I love this office. And now they offer acupuncture!!

I was pretty impressed with the comprehensive exam. Been to chiro/pt multiple times and never gotten tangible readouts that can really show me whats going on.Staff were friendly and allowed me time to really explain myself. Advanced Healthcare has literally been my life saver after suffering a bad horse accident and breaking my neck, three very major surgeries, I honestly do not know where I would be without Dr. Irwin and his staff. My pain runs so high and Dr. Irwin is the only one that can get me any kind of relief. His practice is always very professional and you always hear them laughing and makes you feel like you are at home. For me when my pain is as high as it is, its always comforting to me to come to a place where the employees and the Doctors are always laughing and just enjoying helping their patients. My insurance does not cover me getting tretment here but I will do whatever it takes to be here because its the best care I have received and continue to recieve. At any given moment if I am in a bad place pain wise is all I have to do is call them and they fit me in. Dr. Irwin is an amazing doctor that goes above and beyond his call to help me and has figured things out in my case that specialist havent even been able to figure out. I have sent over 25 people to them and they are all doing great. I cant say enough great things about this place other than if you are struggling with any issues in your body they are worth coming to and consulting with. Many times when you think its issues that are non-bone related that a chiroprator cant help. I am here to say that is the wrong way of thinking because when we are out of alignment it effects nerves that effect just about every area of our body. Come in and give them a try, you wont be disappointed!

Brought my wife in after Uber/Lyft ride of a staff member. Gave them a ride home and they explained everything they do. The first adjustment her migraine came down and had less pain (she has Fibromyalgia, chronic headaches and migraines) all around.

Blatant lack of integrity....referred my 19 yr old granddaughter....sales pitch off the charts of treatment plan based on fear tactics--IF she didnt accept the 90 day plan costing​ $2,300​, it was stressed thru photos and videos of how her spine might look all crooked and deformed, which scared her into signing their credit card agreement....a college freshman without ​mon​ey. Then after I confronted them, came the office staff mistreatment and harassment of her over several weeks. She was told to stop & pick up her records but then told to put it in writing and come back next week. (The law requires a health care provider....to supply a patient, upon request, complete and current information the provider has about the patients diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.... (CGS § 20-7c(b).But when she arrived they would ignore her and wait on others who came in later, and then was told the records werent ready. Returning days later, still not ready. ​Returned a​gain, and told theyd be mailed. However had to call back to remind them to mail them. ​Staff showed her who was boss didnt they! Shes just a 105 lb teenager coming from out of state to attend FRCC and they made her feel like a criminal. She was in tears and for what!​Furthermore, I was made to sign a letter stating that I wouldnt report their office to DORA in order to get them to agree to cancel her 3 yr payment plan. Real professional, doctor. (Theyve obviously had other complaints to DORA and couldnt afford one more).And then when the bill was adjusted, guess what. One doctors visit was charged which was supposed to be part of promotion she came in on (and paid cash for), and one physical therapy device she never received was billed.​ They just couldnt accept not pocketing that $2,300 I guess.Also there was the LIE about the MD being partner in their business. The staff actually told me (face to face) that the MD came down from Nebraska once a month to direct patient care. I called her (Dr Tamara Johnson) and she said that she cut ties with those folks over a year before...Yet they still kept up their false advertising and illegal use of an MDs title to promote their business.They sure talk a good talk. But BEWARE.

Incredible staff that really connects with you and cares about you.

The medical doctors told me I had neuropathy in my feet. Prescription was their solution with an antidepressant that had the SIDE EFFECT of helping with neuropathy. I said no to the drug and went to Dr. Nate. He explained that there is inflammation that makes the nervous system incapable of communicating until the inflammation is diminished/removed. It took a lengthy time to work through this process but the neuropathy is gone.If you want caring, honest care, try Dr. Nate.

The best advice to give is do not go there. I got ripped off and lied to.
