Everyone here is so nice! Gina (the anxiety group leader) is amazing. She taught me a lot of great coping skills that I use whenever I am starting to have a panic attack. And they help!!!! She also taught me about radical acceptance which has lead me down a healing path I’ve waited my entire life for. Also, Jessica S is really nice and helpful! She was able to get me clothes when all I had was a backpack with a few outfits.I don’t know if they will read this but I just want to say thank you to everyone who has helped me. You guys made a huge difference in my life and I will never forget it.

These people should be ashamed. I assume the only people that work here are people that cant get jobs at an actual working clinic

I havent been to a consueling office were things just felt so out of place and the scheduler was really rude. It was annoying that when asked for insurance, they were really snide about the type of insurance. Okay, I know I have this type of insurance, but does everyone else need to know too? It was even more unprofessional when the scheduler quipped that it is just another form of Medicaid. So sorry its not Anthem or Kaiser, and why is it such a problem? Apparently there was some confusion when it came to the appointment time and person that we were scheduled to see. It took three people saying that the therapist that we were suppose to meet did not exist and that an appointment was not even scheduled, until someone remembered that yes, that therapist does exist, we just had the first name wrong. I am pretty sure that you have access to a database for a reason, so why the confusion? Could you not look up the patient information sent over to you by another corresponding healthcare facility? When I tried to reschedule the appointment, I was met with a condescending attitude to just come back whenever. Since I have realistic expectations of how an appointment should be set up, I demanded a day and specific time. Oh, also pretty sure that I can fill out paperwork, I dont need you to ask me at the front desk quite candidly if I want to claim Hispanic origins. I know, looks and surnames can be deceiving. On a positive note, the gentleman who was training was very nice and conducted himself well -- the one saving grace.

Had two councilors from this sucktastic business. first one had to spend every session being reminded of what happened last time, which was reminding him what happened before and so on. Never made progress. The second councilor was so focused on making things my fault, and didnt seem to listen to anything I was saying. Every session would start with how are you doing, then would follow into a long session of your wrong Im right nagging wife complex.Getting a ACTUAL therapist, yes one who can prescribe medications and ACTUALLY do anything took a year, and then it was a video chat, which did nothing for real diagnosis, so after ANOTHER 8 months they finally had me see someone. Chatting briefly with the desk staff and their response was, well you werent asking the right questions. I ASKED QUESTIONS FOR OVER 3 HOURS, WHAT MORE DO THEY WANT!!!!

I would highly discourage anyone from utilizing SummitStone Health to fulfill court ordered domestic violence and/or substance abuse treatment. They will demand you forfeit your state permitted right to medical marijuana on probation. When I refused to sign the paper the woman conducting my evaluation attempted to coerce me by threatening to place me in the highest level of domestic violence treatment. This was highly unprofessional and my assessment was extremely biased.I went to other providers and Im extremely happy I did.

Ive had so many problems filling my prescriptions. Why cant I just talk to an actual person instead of listening to an automated message that is repeated in Spanish. And I dont want to leave a message. I want my prescriptions filled! Very dissatisfied!

Go literally anywhere else if your looking for help with mental illness medication, doctor/housewife on skype was a witch with capitol B right off the bat, wasted a month, three 8 hr round trips and untold lost income plus at least 15 bucks each visit up front and 30 up front (once you finally do get a med assessment you won’t agree with) none of which is refundable.
