Verts carries the best products and has the best staff. Ive been shopping on both Med and Rec sides for multiple years and have never had any complaints. I have recently had especially helpful experiences with Hunter, Ananda, Shannon, and Kate, but all of the employees are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Everyone who works here is such a gem, but Lenea is especially kind and helpful! It seems like the staff is always working towards peak efficiency, which is so appreciated. I love Verts!

There are so many dispensaries in town and this one really is special. It feels like a warm hug when you enter because everyone is so friendly and helpful. This is a small business so they really do cater to your experience. Ashley helped me out last time, she was very informative and knew the product well and was able to make recommendations based on what I was looking for because of her knowledge base. I like the variety they carry, lots of options. You can even order online and pick up same day!!! They even have the best lighters (they say Verts on them in a 70s style rainbow, so groovy!).

By far the worst place to buy anything! Waited in line for 40 minutes because anyone that does an online order can walk in and cut everyone who has been waiting in line. Then they try and say they CANT SHow you the shatter. everyone shows me the shatter first and they have done it In the past. The budtenders are just getting lazy here. Go to Aces place better prices and better product.

Easily one of the best dispensaries in Fort Collins. The website marks down their prices in a way that essentially discounts what you would pay in tax at other dispensaries in the area - game changer. Nowhere else around where you can get amazing quality name brands (like Cookies) for $50 out the door. Not to mention that it is one of the only local dispos that doesnt have an expiration date on Loyalty Points. My budtender, Jameson, has helped me on multiple occasions like getting me bomb discounts on my birthday to finding me the best products for my price range. Special thanks to Mitch as well for answering all my questions and maintaining a certain vibe for the store that seem to keep it running smoothly and makes me want to come back weekly. . . Stopped by to grab a few essentials and met some of the coolest people. As soon as we entered we were greeted warmly and the beautiful lady, Maria, at the front treated us like family. When we entered the facility Ashley, our budtender, was very professional and knowledgeable about the product selection. My wife and I were very impressed by the selection and prices. Great dispensary with high quality products for great prices. They also have a great reward system so make sure to sign up before you purchase! I visited Verts after my tattoo artist recommended them to me. He called Verts the best in Fort Collins. He neglected to mention that Verts has one employee in particular, named PJ, that will change your freaking life if you’re lucky enough to meet him. Every single employee we interacted with was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. But PJ is the reason I’m telling all of my family and friends about this place. PJ is the man. I love PJ so much that if he has any enemies, they’re now my enemies. Verts is a welcoming and really lovely establishment filled with people who obviously love what they do and care about doing it well, but PJ made this place a whole experience for us and we remain obsessed with him. He’s a gift. If you’re ever in Verts, ask for PJ and prepare to have your mind blown.

This sad customer couldnt afford premium hash so he proceeded to tell the budtender it was overpriced. apparently he does research for CSU. Someone should tell him to stay in his lane when it comes to cannabis, and stick to his field of mediocrity.

Verts is my go-to and is by FAR my favorite dispensary in town. PJ and Maria (as well as all of the budtenders here) are incredibly helpful and patient while I explore more variety in my intake. Their prices are competitive and the loyalty program ROCKS. Friendly, fun space and a great variety of edibles, green and gear, Verts is a joy to visit!

While Verts isnt my normal dispo, because my son works for OA, I go to them when Im in a hurry, and cant make it all the way across town. The customer service is always awesome, but yesterday I received EXEMPLARY service from Drew. I always remember to ask my budtender to round up my debit purchase so I can tip them, but I was in a hurry and forgot. I felt horrible for not being able to take care of him the way I do for all of my budtenders, but he was so gracious. Hes truly the sweetest! Thanks, Drew. The next time Im in, itll be a double or triple tip for you.

These guys must have some really intense screening process when selecting employees because every single person who works there is amazing beyond belief. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they are kind and make you just want to talk with them for hours on end. They ask you about your day, and make you feel so good! God! I’ve been a loyal Verts customer for a while. They’ve always got a great selection. If they’re out of what you want, there’s always another excellent option. The staff are super friendly and helpful. You never feel rushed, and online ordering is seamless. My highest praise goes to their customer service. In the years that I’ve been shopping here, I’ve only ever had one issue, and the resolution was absolutely above and beyond. This is a great place that greets you by name once they recognize you. Budtenders are always kind and mostly enthusiastic about being there! Prices are very affordable for their quality and they have a diverse selection. Only once had an issue and it was resolved quickly. Taylor helped me out today and was attentive and courteous.

Five stars because I love the place but there needs to be something done about the line that forms outside. Wish they would go back to getting online orders in and out of the door first. Made it way better and much more convenient and put an incentive into placing an online order. Either way the line could be better managed.

I shopped around Fort Collins looking to treat myself for my birthday. I visited other stores and realized the quality and service didn’t match my expectations. After a few stops I just gave up hope that the rec market had connoisseur grade cannabis. After a few days of sampling what I purchased from other shops I had enough and I went on the hunt again and I discovered verts.I was treated like family through the whole process and they made it very easy to understand and navigate through their selection (unlike other shops). A young gentleman named Phil made excellent suggestions to me and all of the products I got matched my expectations. Verts carries modern day cannabis unlike some of the other shops that are still in the Stone Age.The service I experienced was top of the line. Phil earned my trust and I now feel I can always go to verts to get exactly what I want. The products I got made my birthday celebration special. Thank you for your awesome products and service. Our order was wrong and my husband left the dispensary before noticing. We went back even though it was past closing time and they were very friendly and understanding of the situation. They corrected our order and because we left store with the first purchase we were able to keep both the incorrect and correct order. All in all 10/10 would recommend. Best customer service!

If this policy is outlined somewhere it should be visible on all of your coupons. The only legal disclaimer on the coupon is that it must be presented at time of purchase. It does not specifically say it must be on paper and cannot be presented digitally.Is there a poster or signage inside of the dispensary that states this policy clearly and visibly for the public? While standing in line I looked all over for any signage that states this policy?To your point I did comeback after grabbing a receipt out of the King Soopers trash can and return to make my purchase. That being said, I do not think managers should be sharing data collected from your POS system as part of any review response.————————————One star until it’s resolved. Manager on duty would not accept my digital coupon despite having it accepted it in weeks prior.Manager could have easily just given me my discount and had me on the way, but instead tried to argue that it couldn’t be tallied if they accept it digitally. Write it on a post-if note or something. You keeping excellent track of how many coupons you redeem, cost you a loyal customer and a sale.Please note that these are the coupons that circulate on the backs of King Soopers receipts. Literally tens of thousands get printed everyday at our grocery stores….most of them end up in the landfill and will never drive a customer to a business. Why get 99% of the way there Verts? Why stop me from handing over a $100 when the bud is already in the container? Such a bummer.

Weve been going to Verts for some time and never been disappointed. Got some bad product (through no fault of their own) and they amended the situation right away, offering us a free replacement and then some. Excellent customer service, have never have a problem with any other product before or since! And their covid response has been top notch with limited capacity. I appreciate businesses who take it seriously.

Truly the neighborhood dispo. Have been shopping here for four years and I believe they have the best green and concentrate in foco. Recently had an issue with a mislabel on an online order and Henry made it more than right. If you are looking for quality and good service this is the only place to go.

I dont love the remodel, it just has way less space And looks like a construction zone in side, I miss the chill vibes they used to give off, also the line is rediulious more often. Than not. And they are not even the cheapest in town! But they have always been nice a that will get you far in life even if you dont have the fasted and the best things! Remember that kids be kind!!!!! Only dispo in town that asks you to blurt out your birthday in a room full of people you don’t know. Slowest dispo in town by far, ordering online has no benefit. Worst reward system I’ve personally seen. Their card readers have been down for weeks, prices are absurd for how bad the wax tastes.I’ve been coming here a long time because they are the closest, but finally gonna start going out of my way to avoid Verts.Edit: the employees are fantastic, just as far as everything else goes I won’t be coming here anymore :/

Love verts but lately everything they have is popcorn, no matter what tier you purchase. I just recently purchased an ounce and I have collected over 30 seeds, not including what I wasn’t able to get out. This should’ve been discounted.. not to mention it was their medical marijuana

One of the best fort collins dispensaries for flower, live resin carts and edibles. The elderberry edibles are new and they are mind blowing i bought them for sleep they have high cbn.
