Low quality and high prices! Cartridges are double the price here than other dispensaries. There are plenty of better places with higher quality products and cheaper prices.

I have been coming to this place for almost 2 years. Every budtender that has helped me has been awesome.However, the manager Kris has gone above and beyond to help me out each and every time weather it was a recommendation or making sure I was taken care of. I love seeing her friendly smile in their every time I walk in.Overall, this is a wonderful place and I will be a lifelong customer.

Came here because I heard good things about this place but am away from home and usually dont buy from anyone but in my hometown. Turned out the staff was very helpful and kind, especially Dorothy. This place knows its stuff. If you have questions about anything, they take the time to make sure you understand, and get the things you need. I go to the CBDepot also and both places are worth mentioning. I will always recommend this place to anyone.

Ive been going to this store for a few years now on a regular basis and thought that they always had good products and friendly bud tenders. Today I guess I needed an extra 15 cents because I used up some store credits, and my bud tender Dorothy offered to spot me so I didnt have to pay another atm fee to get more money out! Overall a great experience and day at KindCare. To start the two girls at the front desk were AMAZING (I believe their names were McKenzie and Kelsey). I was greeted with an open door which never happens anymore. My bud tender was Desirae and I was amazed at how knowledgeable she was of the product and how easy it was to interact with her. So Ive been a member here at kind care for about 3 months and before that I was a red card holder for about 10 years. Just a little background I did my own partaking of watchin something grow from nothing. Now Ive tried a lot of different dispensaries. Im not saying they dont have great herb as well but as for the medical side I can not get not even equal to what kind of gives their medical patients every single time and if they dont have the strain we like they will get it for us at that same percentage. I have not walked out of there with anything under 25% since I started going there very few dispensaries can say that so my hats off to kind care good job guys

Today was my first visit! Not only is the operations side of the business fantastic and laid out really well but the customer service was phenomenal! Today Rose helped me make some decisions, and pointed out some really neat history of the product we decided on. She was very kind and certainly deserves a raise!

I have been doing business with KindCare for years now, and they still continue to meet and exceed expectations. It is also a plus that there are many faces that have been working there just as long. I placed an online order on 4/20 around 1:45 and had a pickup window between 2:15 and 3:15. I got a text saying my order was being worked on at 2:15, so I waited outside at around 2:30. At one point I showed an employee that message around 2:45, she said its not the confirmation, and told me that I could get in line and wait like a regular customer and shop that way, but didnt offer to check on my orders status. While in the regular customer line I asked another employee if I could come in and shop even though I had an online pickup, which I would cancel afterwards. That employee told me I cant come in and cant cancel, and I had to wait for my online order confirmation, the confirmation that never came. I eventually left after 2 hours of waiting outside for the online order confirmation text, thinking maybe they are really busy, but the order confirmation never came. I go in the next day, today, and ask if my order is still there and its not, fine whatever. I explain to the staff how my order, which they can see on their computer screens, never received the confirmation text and how no employee would check on it the day before or let me in to shop. They told me it was ready on 4/20 during the pick up window, but I couldnt get my order or any discounts today, even though your staff KindCare didnt do their job, take care of the customer. I normally have decent experiences here, but this was really frustrating. Being told conflicting things by employees, never receiving order updates even though my order was ready, and staff not wanting to or being unable to make things right. I just felt like the staff didnt want me shopping there and spending my money, which is weird and frustrating right?

Dorothy W. was very friendly and able to knowledgeably answer all of the questions I had pertaining to the desired effects of the medication I was after!
