Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was a visitor from out of state looking for a good dispensary while in the area and found it. Prices were great compared to my usual place. Location is a little tucked away but once you drive up to it, all makes sense. Thank you Aces!

Awesome place!The place can be a little hard to get too at first but by far it is a hidden gem in the Rocky Mountains. Staff are usually very friendly and helpful when they arent super busy. It is seriously the best place to get bud, concentrates, edibles, and carts at great prices!

I had a couple bad experiences here around the time the pandemic started, but I assumed it was nerves. I assumed the workers were just super stressed because the future was so unknown.I stopped going for a bit because I liked the chill vibe this place has. Since the pandemic has, at least, lightened up; I’ve been going in again. I honestly love it & have missed it. The workers are so freaking excellent & they really just seem down to talk & stuff. Never really an awkward interaction.Thank you guys for being the underrated hero’s of our self care regimens.

Love this place. Flower selection is usually above average. Heather was my bud tender and she was great!! She helped me with my order and was very knowledgeable, friendly and got me exactly what I wanted ;)

Ernie was so helpful last time I was in. Not only did he make me feel welcome but when I mentioned that they couldn’t find me in the system last time (even though I’ve been going there for years) he apologized for my last experience and genuinely wanted to make it right. Then he helped me choose some sugar that was delish and even recommended a piece that I’m super interested in buying next time. Always loved this place but never had someone that really seemed to know what I would enjoy like that. Hands down best place in FoCo. Thanks Ernie!

Great experience every time my boyfriend and I have gone in! The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and quick, so you usually don’t have to wait too long (if at all). The reward program is great too! I signed up for a rewards account with another dispensary in town, and they still haven’t fulfilled their offer of a free pre-roll (a month later now) because they “haven’t gotten shipments”. Ace’s Place not only fulfilled their offer for a free pre-roll with my next purchase, but they boasted a better selection and friendlier staff, creating an all around great experience. Highly recommend.

Very unsatisfied. The woman who checked my ID at the door. Put her lug up, like I was just going to run in. Then she took a picture and scanned my DL. Then the lady at the counter took a pic and scanned my DL. No other aces here do that. Very small selection, very rude people. Never again.i say go to the green solution. Dont waste time here.

I always thought it was mine but when I just opened a fresh container I found a nice strand lmao. However I still love Aces 100% but I wanted to bring that to y’all’s attention

This place has changed quite a bit the last few years. Mostly through the pandemic. Ive been going here since it was one register, one counter. Theyve changed staff quite a bit over the years and honestly seems theyve downgraded. There are only a couple OGs left that are super helpful and friendly. Mostly though its a new person every time though so no way to feel like youve been there or welcome when the new staff isnt sure who you are, or what they are doing themselves. I had to correct an employee once with the correct change amount to give back. I dont mind, but mistakes like that can add up for a company. Prices have changed a bit too, specially with concentrates. Quality of the in house Green Rooster concentrate shatter/wax is pretty low. They used to be the cheapest in town with decent quality but no longer. I know they had a problem with the extraction machines, not sure if that could be why. Overall I used to go here cause it was the cheapest, most friendly, and I knew everybody and always felt welcomed. With alllll the new staff changing all the time and prices going up while quality goes down, its hard to keep coming back. It is note worthy to mention, Kylie and Gavin there are AMAZING. Gavin has been there forever and Kylie as well they are super happy and friendly always.

Spent over $100 and this was my experience; Pretty unhelpful and disinterested bud tender the first go around. I’m visiting from out of town and needed some more carts and was looking for recommendations on products. Seemed to just want to push one brand and get us moved along.Made my purchase and went to use the cart “Become Balanced” and found it was leaking from under the mouthpiece. Started to unscrew it like normal and the whole glass cartridge shattered. I’m assuming there was already a chip in it. Tried to return it for an exchange or refund (brought the defective product in a ziplock baggie and you could clearly see all the product had seeped out but was still there) and the man helping me took a glance and declared it was user error and all he could do was give me 30% off my next order.Naaaah, why on earth would I spend more money (already had $50 down the drain from that overpriced, faulty cart) at a place that doesn’t stand by the quality of their products?Tried another dispensary in town and it was a much better experience.

This place is ran by posers...wouldnt let me in because my ID wouldnt scan after standing in line for an hour, my ID was valid and Im plenty of years of age.but since they couldnt do the math they scanned my ID and it wouldnt work. So they turned me away...and to top it off it was 4/20. Shane on them. Thank goodness other dispensaries werent so reliant on technology. Fake stoners all the way.

Ive been coming here for 2 years now, started out great. Good prices and products, thats not the case anymore! their rewards system has changed obviously to save them money not me. Their green rooster concentrates are 1 step above reclaim and they are constantly changing their schedule. which wouldnt be a problem if there was some notice but instead I gotta find out by not being able to get what I came for. Place has potential but seems things are getting worse as time goes by.

I never have to guess what Im going to have to pay, they add it all together for you. The staff is friendly and helpful, and no one ever seems dissatisfied when leaving. Ive never had a problem here at all.

Front door girl was extremely rude when I came in to try and sign my plants over. When I asked about a discount to sign my plants over, she said no discounts at all. I then told her I was told differently the other day and she got extremely rude. Apparently I didn’t understand and instead of explaining to me, she got rude that I continued to ask. I was not rude, I just didn’t understand why I would get told two different things. Apparently they didn’t care about my money or plants.

This place truly makes you feel at home and like youre one of the crew. They have relatively cheap prices and there are always great deals going on, additionally, if you dont ask for the deal they will give it to you regardless and let you know about the deal. Friendly, knowledgable bud tenders help you find the right strain, yet they dont make you feel like they think they know better than you, which keeps the whole experience fun and informative. Definitely would recommend, my go to dispensary in fort collins.

I live in Greeley but dont mind driving the extra miles to get good quality bud along with excellent friendly customer service. Always an informative and educational trip for sure! The budtenders dont just stock shelves and sell the products they actually know about them and if they dont they will go above and beyond to find the answer you need. Aces overall, is a one of a kind dispensary and also dont let location or size fool you!!!

Touch screen menu wouldnt work because you have to put hand sanitizer on which makes the screen wet. Budtender put in minimal effort, made no attempt to sell the product or tell me what was good.

Great service, knowledgeable, kind tenders that really care and know what they are talking about. Great selection of flowers, a colorful and delightful selection of concentrates. The drinks are dank and ice cold. Shopping in the morning helps with the lines.

I love their selection. Their staff is awesome too. However, the complete chaos that is their line to get in is pretty ridiculous compared to almost any other dispensaries in Fort Collins. I mean get ready for 45 minutes + on any given weekday. Their seemingly disinterested behavior towards trying to accommodate a larger crowd is aggravating. Love the place, just dont have the time to go there anymore. Its infinitely faster at Natural Alrernatives with drive time to the other side of town included. I hope they get something figured out to calm the 3 sets of lines down and consolidate any way possible to do so. Also had a lady say that a cracked ID is not good here. Im no professional on the topic but Im pretty sure if it is cracked ALL THE WAY THROUGH is when you can be denied but hey thats just what 3 other dispensaries have cited at the front door so far. Either way: seemed to be in a bad mood in attempts to dampen a customers day.

I am writing a review about how Ace s handles situations. They do an AMAZING job at it. My husband made a mistake in return caused others to make mistakes. But in the end Erynn and Jessica came through and brought tears to a grown man with there hospitality. These two young ladies go up and beyond for the costumer. They have the warmest welcome and the most calming approach and they give such a relaxing & enjoyable experience to customers. They are truly amazing people and bud tenders.
