When I first went in it was quick and simple to set up an appointment, but the service was blehh and the lady who cut my hair hardly listened to what I asked for at the beginning. Her breath smelled too, overall bad experience.

Ive gone to Vicki since she started. Excellent service. Perms cam out fantastic also cuts and coloring. Also great prices. Have referred her several times. Is the only one to do my hair. Linda Robinson

Came in to buy some products, found out that it had been reformulated. Looking at the ingredients, it seemed very fragrance heavy now, which I was hesitant about. I bought it anyway because Im out, went to my car, was able to find more of the old formula using my phone, so I immediately came back in to return it. It was a different employee from the one I bought it from, and she was incredibly rude. She pointed to a sign that was sideways on the wall where I wouldnt have been able to see it anyway as reference to them not accepting returns until Covid is over (so, what, maybe 2022?). You need to move your sign to actually be visible and/or state the policy to customers. I wouldnt have purchased if I knew and wont be back. Feels very deceitful and money hungry toward the customer.Additionally, I understand its a company policy but one that makes no sense. Youre open for appointments and force your employees to be in another persons face (the source and highest infection risk) for a couple hours for a coloring but wont accept a return on a product that would be incredibly easy to wipe down and sanitize? Makes no sense.

Vikki at smart style was very professional and kind. She did a great job on my color, took a picture of what I would like done and did exactly that. I recommend her to everyone.

I have to say that I love this placed, Its always clean and the girls working there are really nice and helpful, I had a perm and its turned out beautiful I always go see vikki there she always does an amazing job on my hair. I will continue to go there, she always recommends product for my hair, I love the way it feels and looks.

Set appt didnt call remind me or to say I missed so I guess its ok if they are to busy to call back a customer.

Holly cut my hair and she was wonderful. I love the ladies at this salon and always go there. Vicki the manager is wonderful and Ashley and Amy are always a joy to deal with.

Worst experience of my life, the girl doing my hair seemed like she had never done hair in her life. I didn’t get ANYTHING close to what I wanted. The color bled all over my hair, the color is dull, there is a chunk of blonde still and all over little pieces. I left with went hair and color still all over the bottom of my hair. I didn’t notice it all until I got home and it dried and my boyfriend pointed it out. My hair is so dead and I worked so hard to get to blonde for it to be super dark again. Definitely not the place to go for color

Store Manager needs to be Trained on how to Perm Hair for customer. She talked too much and was not paying attention to her work. Please Do Not Use this Walmart Hair Syylist. Very unhappy!!

I checked in and was told it would be about 20 minutes. No problem. I waited approximately 30 minutes then was told they could not see me today because they were closing. VERY Frustrating. Family before me did not completely have everyone checked in and they took them. I was there 2 hrs before closing. It was not like I just walked in right before the end of the day. I would’ve understood being turned away at the time I was checking in but to check in and then I was told about 30 minutes later they don’t have time. Not sure I will ever go back there again. I would suggest not going to this place for a hair cut

I love this place. I only get my hair done by the manager. Her name is Vikki and she ALWAYS does a fantastic job! She gives me great highlights and takes her time to perfect it. Come here, ask for her and you will see what I mean!

I made 2 appointments for this morning via the Google page to book appointments. I get there 5 minutes early for my appointments this morning and 2 of the women are completely rude telling me that there are no online appointments. I show them my confirmations and again they say no, we dont have that appointment are you sure its this location.Correct location, correct time and date, they still continue to be rude and refusing to honor my appointments.

I had to get my hair fixed and they were the only ones open til 8 pm on a SaturdayThe stylist did an amazing job on my hair!! She gave me a pixie cut and I had never had a cut that short before so I was nervous. It looks amazing! Everyone keeps telling me how great it looks!

Honestly, from the reviews, I went into this place thinking I would leave satisfied - this, however, was not the case. From the second I went in, they seemed like they were in a hurry to get me out of there. The worst part is, half of the beauticians were standing around talking and folding towels when I got there, including the one who cut my hair. The time from me sitting down to leaving the store couldnt have been more than 10 mins. When I got home to take a closer look, heres what I noticed: my sideburns werent even, my hairline around my ear was cut about a quarter of an inch up, and my part was uneven all the way back. I ended up touching it up myself, because I felt safer doing it myself in the mirror rather than going back and letting them do it. Ive had $10 haircuts that were a thousand times better than this. $17 is definitely not worth your time.. I would strongly recommend finding elsewhere to get your hair cut.

Ive come here for over a year for my haircut. Medium fade each time (I was in the Marines, and their haircut stuck even after I got out). Never in my life have i ever had this bad of a haircut. The woman who did it was obviously new, and even after I showed her a couple of photos, she still got it wrong. I just paid and left. Going to Floyds to see if they can fix this horrible mess of blotches and missed spots. What happened to the old crew? They knew how to cut hair. This new team is obviously a failure.

They literally took my eyebrow off, lady was lucky she was pregnant or I could yelled tell she got miserable. She and manager didn’t even say sorry.

I have been getting my haircut here for 5 years, Vickie has been doing it for 3 of the years and does a great job understanding what I want and executing! The staff is super nice and the price is just right, thank you Smart Style!!

Ive gotten my hair cut and dyed here many times and each time i came in Ive never had an issue.. this time my hair cut took way way way too long and come to find out my hair cut wasnt layered the way it shouldve been, so another stylist had to be called upon to fix my hair which resulted in more cutting of the hair.. I had my hair framed in front and even that was messed up and had to be fixed.. Ive never had my hair cut this short and am very very angry that my hair is this short when it was really long to begin with and my shortest layer and longest length are both an inch and half away from where I wanted it

Hello my name is Becky Faircloth and i was in your store today 5/10 around 230pm checked in and was told there are 2 people ahead of me and the wait time was 35 minutes so I went and did a quick shop in Wal-Mart came back in and sat there for 40 min. And watched 2 out 3 girls doing hair color and the other girl just standing around which I did not think you have a receptionist in the shop. So I got up and asked how much longer and she told me it would be awhile before I would be waited on Because they had a someone who did a call in but what I did not understand is why she was not cutting hair and making me and someone else wait. So I left and went to great clips which they where more then happy to help me. So your store either needs more help or they need to get there people to help. Either or the wait time was a lie.

Short wait time. The stylist made sure she understood how I wanted my hair cut. Straight line on my neck trim and very well blended on top.

All the girls are super sweet! Vikki colored my hair and waxed my eye brows. Super satisfied! I WILL be returning!!

I wouldnt recommend this place. I went because I had a coupon, the stylist knew it was my first time there, and she still did poor, rushed job. First off, the coupon included a free shampoo/scalp massage, which the stylist did not mention or even offer as a service. I told her I waned short on the sides a with a trim on top. She asked about specifics and I asked her, as a stylist, what she would do with my hair. She said Well see when we get closer to the length you want. There was no seeing. She just took the clippers and cut down the sides and back of my head, and trimmed the top with scissors. There was no effort to blend or style. There no offer for any suggestions. Just Well see... and then the most generic haircut. She didnt taper or fade at my hairline, she didnt even ask if I wanted it done. There was no effort to blend the short sides with the long top. She lazily attempted a taper by using a comb and clippers where the long hair met the short, but that just resulted in an uneven line down the side of my head. She also trimmed the hair around my ears unevenly. One side is higher than the other. I am not returning, I can get the same or better haircut at a Supercuts or Great Clips for cheaper.

$53 for medium hair straighten with hot tools?? I can get that done at a high end salon for half the price! Walmart should rethink their prices...i was only going to come because it’s the only salon open on weekends
