Debi has been a lifesaver! A friend referred me to her when I was suffering with sciatica- to the point that it was painful to sit, stand, and even lay down. It was starting to become too painful to drive. Massage and chiropractic only helped for the moment, but offered no lasting help. After my first session, my pain was reduced by about 50%. After the 2nd visit, the pain and numbness in my leg, and the stabbing pain in my lower back was virtually gone. I have had 6 treatments so far, and my back pain is almost completely gone- what little pain I do have is more of a mild achy back- and most days stretching exercises can control it. Debi has also helped reduce some chronic neck pain I have. I am starting to be able to go for longer stretches between treatments, but think I will continue seeing Debi for maintenance treatments. Im SO thankful that I found her! The office is very nice, treatment room is calm, relaxing and safe feeling. I HIGHLY recommend Debi!
