This place is awesome. Everyone is really friendly and Dr. Jeff is great with the kids. They have modern technology that makes things so much easier. My son had a great experience. No yucky foam in the mouth to take molds for retainers and stuff. My son needed a spacer to widen his jaw and we will definitely be going back here when its time for braces. Oh and you get a cookie after each visit too. :)

Very nice and attractive assistants, always did the most the make the experience pleasurable if you know what I mean. Will be coming back even after my braces are off. Before Twohig Orthodontists, I had an massive overbite close to a 1/2 inch deep. After Twohig Orthodontists, it wouldnt even be considered an overbite anymore. This was an extreme case, but with the expertise of Twohig Orthodontists, they handled closing the space plus straightening my teeth with braces exceptionally. This practice has a level of quality I dont normally see in other businesses. TVs are placed above patient chairs, modern technology is used to further improve your care, and you are granted the privilege to taste some of the best cookies Ive ever had! When I had my appointments, Dr. Twohig and his kind staff made me feel like I was the spotlight, not just another person. I transferred to Twohig Orthodontics a little over a year ago, and couldn’t be happier. They took my case with open arms even if that meant removing the braces I had, and re applying brackets they used. Dr Jeff is a true professional, and is very trustworthy! I had an awesome experience! I originally started the process of getting my orthodontic needs in West Hartford, Connecticut. After having to move to Wisconsin three years into having my braces on, Dr. Twohig was able to help me. He was able to use my existing braces and make the transition of getting them changed monthly great! I highly recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!! It’s a clean, friendly, comfortable, calm and environment for everyone. I never felt awkward or out of place in the building. If I ever needed to cancel my appointment, they were understanding and worked on getting me another appointment. Going as an adult for braces currently. The entire office staff is so friendly, theyve pretty much all had braces as an adult so can relate. It took me 4 consults in 10 years to build up the courage to finally get it done but each and every time I went Dr Jeff was very helpful. Before my first meeting with Dr. Twohig, I was convinced that an Orthodontist couldn’t fix my jaw issue and that my next step was plastic surgery. I was quite honestly, hopeless. I had dealt with such a strong under bite, protruding jaw and cross bite my entire life, that I was certain no one could fix it…as many had tried and the result was never what it was promised to be. Frankly, I had given up before Dr. Twohig even looked at me. At our consultation, Dr. Twohig was optimistic we could get a result that would prevent me from getting cosmetic surgery for my chin protrusion. He was clear about setting my expectations because I was an older adult and so this would take a serious commitment from both of us if we were going to achieve the desired result. With much skepticism on my part, we began a journey that frankly…turned into a miracle. You see, a cosmetic surgeon could not actually fix my bite. They could only shave my chin bone which was a cosmetic solution to a structural issue with my jaw. Dr. Twohig not only gave me the normal bite I had never experienced before, he completely changed the look of my face in the way I had always hoped for but never thought was possible. Another added bonus was that the jaw pain I had dealt with since I was a child has totally disappeared. Dr. Twohig gave me the smile I think I was meant to have my whole life. No longer do I hide in the back row of a photo nor do I shy away from the dreaded selfie. I have a confidence that I have never known. I only have Dr. Twohig and his awesome staff to thank for that. He re-shaped my face…with braces! I had no idea that being treated by an Orthodontist with the knowledge and expertise of someone like Dr. Twohig could actually change my appearance. I don’t know how that works or how he knew he could do it…but I honestly feel like it changed my life. Thanks Dr. Twohig and team for making me proud of my smile again!

My son had a horrible under bite, affecting his bite and speech. We went to Twohigs after hearing great things and Dr Twohig recommended we put a spacer in my sons mouth to expand his upper jaw to relieve some of the under bite. I can not tell you enough how fast this spacer has improved my sons mouth within 14 days only! His speech teacher emailed me the first week stating she noticed a huge difference already in his speech. I am so very thankful to Dr Twohig and the awesome staff he has with him. From the front to the back, I cant say enough how awesome these people are. Thank you for helping my son Dr Twohig! This office deserves more than 5 stars!

I couldnt recommend Dr. Twohigs office enough!!!! The staff is very friendly and the employees make you feel like youre part of their family the moment you walk in the door. I began my treatment there over ten years ago as a high school student and got my braces off before I went off to college. I was very pleased with the result then! Then, when I moved to Oregon a few years ago, my retainers cracked and my teeth began to shift. Recently I visited Wisconsin to see family and scheduled an appointment. They were able to give me a series of retainers which will help my teeth return to their best position: all in under a week! Plus, they told me to call anytime I have issues in the future and they will work with me from over 2,000 miles away. Twohig Orthodontics rightly deserves nothing but five stars!

Dr. Twohig and his staff are the best! They are all so nice and welcoming. Our son is currently in treatment and only after a few months changes are already evident. We had consults at 3 area orthodontists besides Dr. Twohig and Dr. Twohig was the most confident in his treatment recommendation for our son’s unique teeth/jaw situation. Dr. Twohig’s goal was not only to align our son’s teeth correctly but also choose a treatment that would allow for him to finish with the best facial profile possible too, none of the other practices considered that. Dr. Twohig showed us exactly how it would work on a computer model. Honestly, it cost us more to go to Dr. Twohig than the others we had consults with but we are so glad we made this choice and I think it will pay off in his smile in the end.😀Our daughter has also had a consult and is anxiously awaiting her turn - she loves coming with to our son’s appointments.Dr. Twohig is so patient in explaining what he is doing and why he thinks it’s the best fix to my son’s/daughter’s teeth.
