My father in law , Robert Bunke, was at Crossroads all Oct -Nov 2. While there he was treated w care and compassion , he was happy with his stay although it was a difficult time for him. My father was in need of an assisted living facility after being in the hospital with Covid, and many places were not taking new patients because of Covid restrictions. I talked with Cynthia and explained the situation, she was so helpful and was able to get him in within a couple days. The staff was super accommodating and very friendly with my father. He is bed ridden and requires assistance with most things and was well taken care of at Crossroads. Due to Covid restrictions we were very dependent on the staff and we were not disappointed. Everyone dealing with my father was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure he was cared for and felt welcomed.My father felt safe and felt like he was home while he was there. I am totally confident to recommend Crossroads to anyone that requires this type of care.

Took excellent care of my husband very caring. Everyone from nurses, office help, housekeeping, maintenance and kitchen, therapy was good also.

Run do not walk to any other care center. my opinion! no stars of course.
