I had a very nice experience at Florissant Dental Services. I was in and out in 20 minutes. They were very professional and efficient. My teeth were flossed so fast I started laughing while she flossed them because my teeth are so close together people have a hard time flossing them but she went through those teeth like it was nothing. Not that she was rushing, you could just tell she was good in her profession. Really enjoyed this visit. Keep up the great work!!!

OMG, Terrific. First I am a big dentist chicken and unfortunately I had to have 2 teeth pulled. Never felt any pain beyond the initial numbing. Going back for additional work. Trust these guys 100%.

I had a great experience! I had not found a new dentist since moving to Florissant and I had a filling come out and they got me in the same day. Everything about the experience was great. The doctor and hygienist were super friendly and easy to talk to, the facility is nice and comfortable, and the services are top notch. I will continue to come back here.

They got us in for an appointment really fast. They made my 11yr old son who is deathly afraid of the dentist after traumatic experience with his previous dentist feel very calm and OK with them doing anything they needed to do. They answered all of his questions… and he had a lot. They were very efficient and honest about the amount of work that needs to be done and referred us to a specialist who also got us in a very quick for appointment within the next two weeks. I would recommend this dentist!!! The dental assistant was amazing too!!!

Florissant Dental is a great place to go for beautiful teeth. The staff are so nice and pleasant and Dr. Tyler Carron is superb. He treats you with excellent. He is so personable, nice, polite and always makes sure you are comfortable during any procedure. I cannot say enough about Florissant Dental. Awesome!!!

I love them. They are very professional. I was very comfortable with them.The dentist explained everything in details. During my procedure, the dentist kept making sure I was doing ok. To top it off, they do a courtesy call hours after your visit to make sure your doing ok. I most definitely have made this my dental office.

My new crown came back Two wide, too big , bigger than my bottomtooth .... Very unsatisfied with the service...... The Dentist .....don’t recall his name ....Caucasian young guy with black hair.... has a horrible sense of humor,,, He was trying to convince me that’s the way my Crown supposed to look .....man you’re crazy ....I’m very aware how my crown supposed to look ...as you say I never been to the Dentist ..you don’t know what your doing you need to get more training..... I want my teeth done the right way ...And the temporary that’s in my mouth is horrible .....it’s too big it look like I got a bunch of plaque on my tooth....The lady with the red hair needs To find a different trade .........

Overall Great Experience as far as a dental issue is concerned. The Office Staff was extremely professional, Dr.Pyle explained in detail all aspects of the procedure,his assistant was extremely attentive and accommodating .Very Confident with the skill level of entire group..! Thank You.

My original review was not showing up. Probably because it was too long. Let me be CLEAR. Im not upset about having to pay. The price was fair with the discount they gave me and I can afford it. Im upset that it was like pulling teeth (pun intended) to get them to submit to the insurance company. It took them over 2 months to even try. About 3 hours of my time was wasted and I was lied to and manipulated in the process. I would have just paid full price to begin with if I new what was coming! They can try and blame COVID, but a virus does not keep an employee from picking up the phone. There was always someone working the front desk the times that I was there. Dont waste your time with this business!!!! Dental work was good hence the 2 star review, but good dental work can be found elsewhere.

Florissant Dental is the absolute worst. Not only did they misquote me a price for fillings and then proceeded not to honor the quoted price then it turns out 2 years later Im finding out that they botched one of the 2 fillings. I will never step foot in there again.

This is the best Dental 🦷 facility I’ve been to in a long time. My Hygienist Miranda was immensely pleasant. She was kind, polite, very informative and thorough. She made me extremely comfortable during my exam and cleaning. You can tell she was very experienced. Doctor Karen was a pleasure to meet as well. He kept it 100 with me and didn’t beat around the bush. He explained some various options about cleaning and maintaining my teeth, and didn’t try to pressure me in any way. Finally, Jen went over my fees and payment options and broke everything down really well. She also kept it real and was pleasant. The facility was pretty clean and organized. The overall experience was awesome and left me well pleased. I know going to the dentist can be scary, but as an adult, I had no fears today. I enjoyed my visit, and will encourage my friends and family to visit here!

I had reservations about going to the dentist. But once there and speaking with the staff, all my fears went out the door. They have several safety measures in place to protect both staff and clients. They are always courteous and strive to service. The experience was pleasant and stress-free. I have been to this location 3 times total. Staff has always been friendly and professional. Unfortunately the dental work itself has not been up to to standard. I had more extensive work done on my last visit - multiple fillings, crown put in...(paid in full!!) within the first few months the fillings came loose. I told the staff at the office. The dentist at the time told me I was probably mistaken. Of course almost a full year after I had the work done the fillings fell out. No joke. The dentist was surprised also. They fixed the fillings with no additional charge which I appreciated. Now here I am several months later and the entire crown they put in has fallen out! I called the office who informed me that they will not fix their own faulty work. To all you future patients...I would recommend taking your business to a dentist that will take of your teeth the first time around. Here I am a year later still dealing with subpar dental work. A big regret.Florissant Dental Center Owner- have a talk with the lady who answers your phone. She will know who I am. If by chance she was mistaken and you would like make this wrong right feel free to give me a call.

I had to move and find a new dentist. I never know how to tell what place to go. I went to this place and I loved the atmosphere. The front desk people were really nice. My dentist and assistant were really compassionate. It did feel like I was in good hands. I will be back!

Dr.Pucel and Toni did a amazing job on my filling. I really appreciate their knowledge and relaxing experience.. I got to enjoy a movie.. don’t get any better than that! :) I would recommend this office to my family and friends.

Every single staff member were extremely nice, caring, and professional! Dr. Carron is extremely knowledgeable, with impressively kind bedside manner. He has a wonderful ability to convey information that makes the idea of more work needing to be done approachable. I can tell that every staff member at this dental practice genuinely cares for their patients.

From the time I started coming here, I’ve never been disappointed. The staff is always nice, friendly, courteous, and professional.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt it necessary for Florissant Dental. Ive been twice now, once for an initial exam and once for fillings. First off, their hours are so accommodating to working professionals. Often it isnt realistic to take time off for appointments. Having evening options is so valuable. Second, I havent had to wait for more than 10 minutes for an appointment once I arrive, despite the fact that they are a popular practice! Ive seen two different dental assistants (so sorry if thats not the correct title!) and they were both great. They explained everything they were doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout. And the dentists themselves were great! I also love that there is a small discount for paying in advance for services (gotta get those savings where you can!). Finally, after having my fillings they called that same evening to check in to see how I was doing. TL;DR: Great Practice, Great Value, Highly Recommend!

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Im so happy I found Florissant Dental and I have referred a family memeber to come check them out. They make you ease and will answer any questions you may have. Everyone is professional and explain everything thoroughly without talking down to you. I felt no judgement from the staff and so happy I chose to pick Florissant Dental. Thank you to the three ladies who checked out my mouth. Dr. Brennan, Jessi, and the young lady who worked side by side with the doctor. The office is easy to find, clean waiting area, and all the rooms are sterile and kept organized.

So accommodating!!! I called at 6pm and was shocked to find the office not only open but they we’re able to see my 6 year old son for an emergency. Dr. Sean put my son at ease and explained everything he was doing. He made the trip to the dentist fun with a special trinket from the treasure box! Great experience!

They were “in network” for patients under my insurance plan but “out of network” when it came time to pay the bills. Rarely was I serviced by the same dentist but assigned to whomever available. The services estimates were rarely accurate, requiring me to pay additional and unexpected fees. I was once asked to pay ½ the fee up front, in order to schedule a future appointment. The most uncomfortably experience was a cavity where the dentist drilled and cleaned the tooth, handed the tools to the assistant (the one previously assigned to the bib, spraying water and handing him the tools) and left the room. She filled and finished the tooth.

I love this place. I had a lot of small issues that I let go for a long time and they helped me fix all of them. They laid out a treatment plan for me and told me exactly what I could expect going forward and everything went as planned. I had about 6 visits over the last 2 months. Even though I had neglected my teeth they never made me feel like I was dirty and irresponsible like other dentist have in the past. They even give you a blanket when you’re being treated. It was small but made me feel 100 times better because I was afraid. That shows me they care about the patients comfort and well being. I am a patient here for life unless I move away. Great office

My phone asked me to review this place. I normally ignore it, but I figured I had a good experience so Ill leave one. I got a root canal and crown from Dr Sean earlier this week. I was really worried about it, but it wasnt bad. Best part is that the crown is tooth colored and you really cant tell anything ever happened. Also love the text reminders they send. If not for that, I would have missed my appointment.

Found this location on the internet and made a visit seeking relief for a toothache. Several x-rays were performed and the problem was diagnosed. Although, I had to be referred to an oral surgeon for a Wisdom tooth extraction, I will definitely return to this dental office for routine and preventative dental services. Tracey and Dr Carron were wonderful and caring and went to great lengths to find out what was causing my pain. I was seeking a new dental office and I have definitely found it with Florissant Dental Services. I highly recommend this business.

I never leave reviews but thought this may help someone who has the same fear of dentistry that I do. I have been going to Florissant dental services for a year now. I sent my son in first to try them out. I know I am mean. He has no fear of dentistry though. The nurse was very thorough and knowledgeable. He did not have any complaints and thought the technology was cool. Shortly after his visit I had a toothache at 2 o’clock on a Friday. I never thought they would get me in on the same day let alone that late on a Friday. Especially since I wasn’t even a patient. I thought I would need to have a tooth pulled but they were able to save it. I do not have dental insurance so they came up with a plan to work with my budget. They also recommended the laughing gas which was really cheap. I think it was around $10. It’s good stuff. I guess the nurses saw that I was white knuckled lol. She also turned the TV on that was directly in front of me to distract me. I was surprised I didn’t feel anything while they worked on me. They also asked throughout the visit if I was doing OK & let me take a few breaks. After the visit I was still numb and was worried I would be in a lot of pain later. I did have some tenderness but nothing more than that. Later that evening the nurse called me to check up on me to make sure that I didn’t have any questions and to see how I was feeling. I have never had a dentist office do that. I was blown away by the compassion and level of care that I got. I still have not been the best dental patient But I do what I can. They are very honest but not pushy. I can appreciate that. I will definitely continue going there.

I love this dentist office! They are incredibly flexible. They offer to notify you of later or earlier appointment slots and have various payment options that fit your lifestyle. They truly do all they can to ensure you feel comfortable while they make sure your teeth are in good health!

Both my hubby and I go here routinely and have had the pleasure, yes I said PLEASURE of getting our root canals done here. Dr. John Landgraf is extremely knowledgeable and patient has done a wonderful job each time... (and both times were complicated!) All of the assistants are extremely kind and welcoming and go out of their way to make it a comfortable visit and answer any questions you have whether its tooth health related or insurance related. Highly recommend if you want a painless and pleasant dentist experience!!!

My 10 year old son (who is not afraid at the dentist office and does not cry easily) was getting a filling. The dentist gave him some kind of shot to numb the area and then began drilling right after. My son was in obvious pain and was crying. It would take a blind and deaf person to not realize that their patient was writhing in pain. I was sitting across the room and could tell that the dentist was not stopping. I had to stand up and tell him to stop and tell him that my son was crying and in pain. The dentist did not even make eye contact with me as he gave more numbing solution and then continued with the procedure. The dentist tried to make small talk with me about how he had the exact same work done a couple weeks ago and was also in pain. Not once did he or the others helping him acknowledge that they just hurt a 10 year old boy or apologize. It was as if I wasnt even there and that my sons comfort didnt matter to them. It wasnt until I was leaving the office and told the receptionist to cancel all the future appointments for my family (8 of us) that this dentist looked at me and tried to make pathetic excuses for himself. Unfortunately, I should have left this practice months ago because this is not the first time a filling or tooth work has been painful for us. I am giving 2 stars because the girls at the front desk and the girls who do the regular checkup cleanings are always very gentle and kind to my family.

I have always had bad teeth starting as a young child, and have always been uncomfortable with dentists. I was very emotional having dealt with both a heart attack, and breast cancer this past year, and Dr Claire, and the young lady that was assisting, were bothvery compassionate. I was in severe pain this morning 8/29/2017......and I happen to see that they were close to me so I called and was able to be seen the same day. The staff are extremely friendly they make you feel like family. Dr. Shawn I believe that was his name bedside manners are super friendly he keeps you at ease he understood my pain and managed to work me into his busy schedule all in one day. I had my four front teeth prepped for crowns this afternoon. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I left with thorough instructions regarding home care. The temporary crowns were very well-prepared, but the color I chose was too light; however, that actually helped me when I chose the color for my permanent crowns at the lab. The anesthesia took awhile to wear off, but I was able to eat a light meal for dinner and have very little pain. I am looking forward to getting my new crowns in a couple of weeks.

LOVE LOVE this place. I was referred to them by a friend because my old dentist office (pine Lawn dental) waiting time was 3 hours even with an appointment and i got sick of it. FLORISSANT DENTAL IS THE BEST DENTAL PLACE EVER, everyone is so sweet and caring especially Hannah. They designed a plan to fix my teeth and I am so pleased, i never leave reviews but for them I had to. I got in and out quickly. THEY ARE GREAT I PROMISE!

So let down and disappointed. I had to wait almost 3 months to get in for their new patient special which was cleaning and x-ray for intro price. They took all kinds of x-rays but never cleaned my teeth. I asked if all these x-rays were included in new patient cleaning special and they said yes. Also, it was going to take over 2 months for appt to begin some kind of deep cleaning they said I needed which was going to cost sky-high. They charged me same price just for the x-rays without cleaning my teeth. At least they could have honored their special and did the cleaning until I could get back in to begin the deep cleaning procedure. Never again.

I had an emergency root canal. The staff was very attentive, and I felt at ease during the procedure. I also received a follow-up call from the office the next day. Florissant Dental will continue to serve the needs of the Bland family!

I needed a tooth pulled today. I called them as everyone else close by was closed at 2:00. They offered for me to come in for consultation and Xrays. Long story short, everyone there was friendly, compassionate, and professional! 90 minutes later, I was home, with the problem tooth gone! Great technology used and awesome bedside manner by all! Was a shocking and strangely wonderful experience for a dental office. Extra shoutout to Dr. Pucel and hygienist BreAnn! We’ll be back!

If I could rate a zero I would. These people have no clue what they are doing. They drill on whatver tooth they want and don’t pay attention. Did a full root canal on the wrong tooth. And still charged for them to do it on the correct tooth. They numb you and have you sit so long you get numbed again. Totally worse dentist worse customer service. Get someone who can pay attention!
