Fairly clean, okay prices on food. Kids had a blast bowling. On a Friday afternoon it was $26 for 2 people to bowl 2 games with 2 shoe rentals, if that helps

Blacklight bowling! Wow! Pretty awesome!Took family trip on a Saturday night. It was pretty crowded and we had to wait for a while but the staff were very nice and told us ahead of time so we were prepared. Pros: The food place inside has come a long way since I was younger. Its quite decent food and they serve one person at a time so its not necessarily fast food. They have a game room with several different games Also have pool tables & ski ball in the game room and another separate pool table only room.Cons: game room: several games took my money and were in some kind of disrepair. This is more of a me not thinking/knowing part but but they do serve alcohol by the pitcher so some folks were kind of rowdy so make sure family time is not late night.Oh! Almost forgot! For people that have not been in a long time like me, they can actually set it to raise the rails for kids only when it is the kids turn. So when its somebodys turn that wants to use the rails they magically pop up for that turn only and magically quickly disappear as soon as its over for everyone else!

Good family fun, but a little on the pricey side. Been coming here since I was a kid and now I bring my kids here. I love that they have recently updated the bowling lanes. They look great. There is also a game room with air hockey and a few arcade games. The games are dated and some are barely functional. Theres also a separate pool room. Good times to be had, just a lot of potential that is left unrealized.

This is a nice family friendly place. The prices on bowling are fair especially for the family nights. I personally love the pool room but my reason for giving 4/5 is because its difficult to find a good pool stick so I highly recommend bringing your own.

High prices for bowling was charged 2 different amounts when we played our first hour it was like 43 and change next hour was around 51 and change. The pool table kept messing up so we got our money back on that. Son ordered a pizza it was good.

Supposed to close at 2am . Sign says 2am but turned on the lights at 12am and started closing up while we were playing . I would have loved to play another game .

Bowling was fun but the arcade room had several games that took the kids money without getting to play them.

Food not being served til 430pm, vending machine out of order, credit card machine not working and play stopped due to pending league play - although no league there. Do they want support during covid? We werent the only folks disappointed. Not a good visit.

This place was terrible. Arcade games take your Money, games jam up no refund , cost $5 deposit for use of a Q-ball then the pool sticks have no tips and they dont have any replacements. Employees have major attitude toward customers. For the cost of being here the fun doesnt measure up.

We had a party of 5, and paid for an hour of bowling. We were put on lane 10, which kept jamming up, and the reset button on the computer didnt work. We walked to the counter, and reported the problem, but it took approximately 15-20 minutes for someone to correct the problem. Two members of our party had to sit out on the second game, so the other three could finish another game. The second game ran out of time before it was over, because it took the staff so long to correct our lane problems. 🙄☹

First time I have been there.. was a little expensive. 2 games for 2 people was 40 bucks... thats ridiculous. . Music had cuss words in them.. not appropriate for little children

The staff is really nice and will provide student and military discounts. The only real downside is the price. I have been to Lauderdale lanes countless times and it always feels as if I am being swindled with daily price fluctuations. At times it appears as if the prices change more than those of stock!

I just love the staff here. They went above and beyond for my son who has seizures. Thank you Lauderdale Lanes for hiring those sweet girls!

Food service was good, and quick. Had fun bowling but the security guards were practically breathing down our necks the whole time we were there. We had a large group, mix of adults and children. Everyone in our group was mindful of rules and respectful yet we were being watched the whole time like we were doing something wrong.

My three friends and I went here after our prom last Friday. I suggested this place because I had been bowling once before here and enjoyed it. We bought two games to start, and halfway through the first game, both of the boys had BLIND 0 next to their names on the game screen and couldnt play, because it would skip them. After two or three turns with no change, one of the boys went to ask about it. Long story short, apparently men are not allowed to use 8lb balls because they are too strong and could break something, and one of the staff had saw the boys using one. They were blinded as punishment. None of us had ever really bowled before (one of us had never been at all) and didnt know that was a regulation. When they explained this to staff, they announced there were signs at the counter. They said they would be blinded for the rest of the night, and that they couldnt just buy a new game to start over. We didnt get our money back; staff was not pleasant. If a man using a smaller ball is really THAT BIG of a deal that you dont even get a warning and cant play the rest of the entire night after obliviously doing so, then you need to make it a big deal to tell people about it, not just put up a couple signs. $62 total wasted. We wont be back.

I went last night with a few people and we were basically the only people in the entire building wearing masks. Zero enforcement of masks or social distancing aside from closing some lanes. None of the employees had masks on either. Theres still a pandemic happening, but it seems like this bowling alley doesnt care. I dont think Ill be back.

Really cheap bowl-per-game price/ratio. Also the workers and owner are all very kind and understanding. They allowed me and my wife to finish our game even though it pass time for closing,and were just genuinely good people. The food isnt half bad to be honest either.

We came in and just bowled one game but had a lot of fun for our short visit. For 3 people to bowl one game including shoes, about $21. Everything is touch screen and easy to understand, and everything was kept pretty clean. The environment was country music on a pretty powerful sound system throughout the business, and family friendly, even on a Friday night. Everyone seemed to get along very well for a venue that serves beer, where no signs of any threat of safety even came to mind. Local police are on site and are parked in the entrance way to the business and have a obvious presence, which improves the safe feel for people with children, etc. Theres a gameroom, pool/billiards area, birthday party area, clean restrooms, and probably a few other things but thats all I personally saw. I kinda feel the price was a tad bit expensive, but its probably average in comparison to other bowling alleys. Also, the lane beside us received a free pitcher of coke and a large pizza in a free random giveaway, which happens regularly from my understanding. Overall, Id say two thumbs up if youre out for a bowling night.

An older woman at the service station was very rude. I understand youre having a bad day you dont have to take it out on your customers. Remember youre in the service industry treat your customers like you want them to come back.

Had a wonderful time!! My son is autistic and the staff made sure to make his first bowling experience the best!! We will be returning every week. The 45 minute drive is well worth it. KeAndrea and the other girl there are awesome. Thanks ladies!☺

I give them 0 stars. Bowling here was the worst experience ever! The workers were very rude and the workers acted like they were to busy to help us with our request. Poor management on top of everything else. Will not be back to this place ever!

Ive been coming here for years. Wish they were a tad cheaper, but this has been a pastime for me and some long time friends for a while. We consider ourselves to be our own unofficial league. Always tough to judge the wax patterns, but thus the nature of the game I guess. Only alley in town.

Me and my family enjoy our time here. Between the bowling, pool, and arcade we have a blast Everytime. The food/drink service is very quick. The only downfall is one of the female employees acts as if she hates being there and remains very rude Everytime we visit. If it wasnt for her, the place would get five stars.

This place is a rip off. We took our two daughters for a night out . it was 35.00 for the four of us to bowl one game in an hour we started the seconds game 1 frame in they cut the lane off on us. 30.00 and this was on a Wednesday plus the sodas and food we spen almoat 80.00 for and hour. You cant smoke indoors either. We had trouble getting the game going to start with and no compilation of extra time or anything was offered. I would recommend you go to jasper or somewhere else to have fum for a cheper price chuckie cheese is where we wished we had went afterwards and we will next time.

I wish there was a 0 star because thats what I would rate this place. The moment we walked in I wanted to leave. A woman who worked there was yelling at us because someone needed to walk by and we were not aware. And then the ladies behind the desk were talking and taking their time to get to us. It took about 10 min before the lady who yelled at us said were just talking you can go over there. Afterwards our lane messed up at least 10 times. We constantly were at the counter. The women were rude the whole time. I shouldve asked for my money back when I had the chance, if it were for not my youngest sister wanting to stay we wouldnt have. If the nearest bowling alley wasnt 30 miles away we wouldve went somewhere else. We will not be returning to this location because of the customer service and the constant having to be at the counter to have our lane fixed. Save your money and go else where. Was not in the slight enjoyable.

My friend and I come there very often, almost every weekend, and we are super pleased with the service! Ashley is always kind and helpful, making the experience much more enjoyable.

An average bowling alley. The place smells like smoke, and prices are fair. They do offer very good student discounts though, so if youre in school show them your ID for a cheap game for you and your friends.

2-8-20 We arrived at 7:30 and got on the list for a lane party of 5. We were told it would be about 1 hour wait. After 1 hour we asked about how much longer and was told 30 minutes. 45 Minutes later we were told we were up next. 30 minutes later and a lot of people starting to bowl , I asked when we could get a lane and the lady could not find our name on the list. She was the one who took our name and continued to tell us just a little bit longer. We left after 2:30 hours without bowling and not on the list for a lane. I’m not sure if the problem was the computer in front of her that she didn’t know how to use or the meth she was clearly on. I will never go back to this place again!!!

Used to love this place but went tonight and had really bad service. Me and my boyfriend went and we bowl with the bumpers mainly because he has a muscle disorder that prevent him for standing to long so that way he could go up and just toss it and at least still make it down and hit some pins. And as always asked for bumpers and the woman said no yall r to old for bumpers and I explained the situation and the then said thats not my problem yall are still to old for them. And proceeded to tell me it looked like nothing was wrong with him. You cant alway tell if someone has something wrong with them. If it wouldnt have already paid we would have not even bowled.

The place was clean...however, Im trying to understand... if they close before midnight or even 11:30pm...then why the hell are their hours listed as open til midnight?Stay open til midnight as listed or change your closing hours.

Last night a group of 10 of us went here after our prom. When we tried to start our game they wouldnt let us add our tenth person because one of us apparently hadnt paid. We were not allowed to bowl until we took all ten of our recipes to the counter. After being called liers for about the tenth time it was discovered that the lady who had taken our money (who had an attitude with us from the second we walked in the door) had put one of our guys on another prom groups lane. They wouldnt let him bowl with us until he paid AGAIN!! They agreed he had already paid but apparently he had paid for the wrong lane! I asked them if they couldnt just take the first payment and put it towards our lane since he obviously wasnt going to go bowl with the other group and they said oh we arent going to make him pay for his shoes twice just the lane. Despit this comment he still paid the exact same amount twice. Being a good sport he didnt complain once but if it had been up to me I would have gotten my money back and we would have left and not come back. Working in service myself I can tell you thats not how you interact with costumes or run a business. Long story short they had HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service and I will not be returning!
