I love this bowling alley. Great staff and great real wood lanes.

We attended a 70s birthday party for my brother in law. It was a fun time although I hadnt bowled in MANY years. The lanes were in good shape and the updated automatic scoring made for a stress free event by not having to keep score the old fashioned way.

Its a bowling ally. The staff is nice. Havent had a wait yet, but it gets packed pretty quickly.

Mixed drinks and pop are bad. Ppl are slow on waiting on u as u have to wait even though u are the only one in line.

Literally standing at the desk for an hour with no one in sight to get us a lane setup...only here because our normal place is over packed and we wont be back.As I was called a liar for my review that I left WHILE STILL THERE, we literally played Help! By the Beetles after about 30 minutes and got chuckles from other guests. Also when the girl came back she said she was outside waiting on her food to be delivered, which as someone who doordashs is ridiculous. Food delivery would have brought her food inside to her and she didnt have to wait from the time she ordered until it got there. I understand needing a lunch break but you cant have just 1 employee running the whole place if they are gonna dip for that long.

Great people probably the best bowling in NKy, great music and family fun. Cant wait to come back

We had a good time. $12.00 bowl as many games in 2 hours, or other $$ amounts + shoes 👟 Bathrooms were clean. They have some foods and drink.

I really enjoyed myself. I havent been in a long time. By my 2nd turn I got my groove back & I felt relaxed & enjoyed the company I was with & the music in the background. Fun crowd, good vibes all around.

Fun place to go for a couple hours of bowling. Not as cheap as it used to be. Open bowling is more fun with a smaller crowd, otherwise you feel crammed in.

My go to bowling alley! They have amazing touchscreen hubs where you can see score, change score, set names, see speed, and more.

We had a ladies night and it was so fun! I hadnt been there in years.

I like how they have different specials through out the week. The down side is they do not have bumpers for the little kids and they do not offer food there. You can bring outside food in though.

Mondays unlimited bowling for 3 hours for $12 plus shoe rental. Staff was nice. We had a good experience. Not too many people.

Had a good time but the alley has seen better days. Very limited ball selection, no bumpers for kids (they do have those ball ramps but thats not fun for kids) and just bland. Place needs an update. Negatives aside the staff were friendly.

They have redone the place and it looks amazing and the staff on Sundays were amazing. Very polite and respectful. The only complaint us that it has become completely non smoking so our bowling league and a.few other leagues have decided to opt out of going there anymore. They do allow e cigs though

Worst place ever . NO ONE WEARS MASKS “masks required” but. not even the MANAGER! couldn’t get a refund for games we didn’t play even tho halfway through we told them like make it make sense. Nasty place too and unsanitary. Don’t recommend . Freezing cold bathrooms & old seats.

This place doesnt enforce masks or sanitation. This is a great place to catch covid-19. Of you choose to go, bring a ton of sanitizer, wear a mask at all times, and dont stay too long

Went last night. Super disappointed!!! Very dirty, staff doesn’t wear masks nobody cleans after someone leaves. Their was over 100 people with no masks on. No social distancing. Not good

Me and my wife got there at noon. We had a blast.. Celebrating our 43rd wedding anniversary. The owner was awesome. He treated me and my wife very good. I explained to him that it was 43 years since we went bowling and wanted to make memories again. The prices they charge are very reasonable. We will definitely be back. Thanks Don and Vickie Stulz

It was ok. Asked for 4 games for 4 people. Got rang up for just one game. Bought another game. Not selling food so there was no reason for my family to stay any longer.

Very rude staff.Somebody knocked over a bucket of beers that the staff did not clean up from the last people on the lane and were extremely rude about it.

Florence Paul has a very friendly atmosphere and pretty good service. The lane conditions are definitely very good. I like this bowling alley because its easy to access, the lanes are pretty good, and they have pretty good food and other items you can get that are economically priced.

We never been there before, and we traveled almost 50 miles to get there and had a blast! The staff was so nice and helpful and even though I had gutterball after gutterball it was so much fun! Gutter granny is my name now! We will be back ( after I play on my phone first) haha

There are a lot of updates that make it look really nice.

Ive been bringing my family here every week for a couple months now the service is rough at best. The lanes always mess up. They stack people on top of each other for no reason unless the other 20 lanes dont work I think we will go somewhere else next week

It has definitely been renovated since I was last there. The bowling shoes looked practically new. The drink prices were decent and the $2 shots were fun. We did the unlimited bowling for 2 hrs and it was a lot of fun. Looking forward to coming back!

I enjoy bowling at Florence Bowl. The people who work there are pretty friendly, the lanes are well kept and everything works for the most part. if youre a snack while you bowl person they dont have many offerings for you.

Lanes are in poor condition. So dry you cannot keep the ball the right side of the lane. Ball return not working right. They have no food. They need a good Manager/Owner

Great looking lanes and score keeping software/display. Nice and open in sitee area and along main thoroughfare. No water fountain(s) was kind of odd. Cans/glasses not cleaned up after league ended, before next bowling event. Nice hospitality.

A rather outdated but fun place to kill time. We regularly visit Florence Bowl but wish it were updated a bit. Lanes are inconsistent. Sometimes they are so slick you fall. Other times so dry you cant slide. The bathrooms are pretty terrible. All in all though, better than other alleys in the area.

Went there for a charity event. Nice place, well kept as bowling alleys go. Would give an open bowl night a try in the future.

Amazing bowling ally, great place to hang out with friends. There is a variety of food and drinks to enjoy, 2 claw machines, and bowling balls for most hand sizes. Great atmosphere, and its only $1 to pick music to be played. Definitely would recommend.

I would give 0 stars if I could!!! Went there on a Saturday night. They were busy, but there were a lot of open lanes. They said it would be a 30 minute wait and there were 2 groups ahead of me. 45 minutes later, I went back to the counter and waited in line for over 10 minutes because the guy working the counter walked away and nobody would help us. When he finally came back, he said that we were next and it would be 7 minutes. We waited for about 20 more minutes and still did not get called, but the next 3 groups in line were given shoes and open lanes while we stood there waiting. Left very angry without bowling. DEFINITELY WILL NOT GO BACK!!!!

First time bowling in years, but my family and friends were able tyo bowl for 2 hours that night for one price. Worked out wonderful because we did at least get 4 games in. I would rate 5 star but the machine kept messing up the scores and turns, but they did give us more time due to the equipment failure so it was great time.

Thank Florence Bowl we had a great time with the Birthday parties. The boys loved it!!! The electronic scoring is great and a lot easier to use than anywhere else we have been. WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE Thanks!!

My family and I are staying here for a get away weekend and wanted some late night fun so we decided on bowling. We first went to the Super Bowl in Erlanger but walked right out. We then came here and there were plenty of lanes open and the prices were really good plus free show rentals. The beer was cold and had a good variety of alcohol. I would definitely recommend this place and come again.

The computers for scoring kept bugging out or whatever, but it got sorted out and managed to bowl

The staff isnt very friendly, especially the manager. The lanes always break. We were there for 40 minutes, played one game. No refunds. I love bowling, but I will not be returning!

Our entire family of 6 people called ahead to the bowling alley to check for open lanes, they said they had open lanes all night. We show up within half hour later, only to arrive to 15 lanes un-open and denying us service because there is a large party arriving within the hour and one on the way. This is not the first time this has happened to us at the same bowling alley by the same lousy service. We will not attempt to give our business to this bowling alley again.

The staff is excellent, the beer is cold, and my kids love the bowling. the lanes are always open and working. The place as a whole is great, I have had my 6yr old and my 8yr olds Birthday parties there and my kids, there friends and family all had a blast...THANKS FLORENCE BOWL!!! SEE YA SOON

Fun family evening

Not too bad of a bowling alley. its definitely an older place, and it shows in the shoes and bowling balls. The price isnt bad at all for a couple of games and shoe rental. Drinks/alcohol are decently priced as well as food. It surprisingly caters to the younger crowd as far as music on the weekends which is fantastic. We came at another time in day and it was a lot of slow country music, when we came later in the night on a weekend it was dominantly pop and rap. Lanes fill up quick so make sure you get in when you can! We had a party of 4 and honestly had a lot of fun.

$2 shots, great facilities, and nice staff. 5/5 was great fun, would recommend for family nights out.

It is extremely hard to get a lane and you smell smoke inside the establishments. Would not recommend for nonsmokers. Im very sensitive to that smell and my head is killing me.

Was in a sketchy area. Kind of tucked away. The music was not family friendly. But have a huge selection of lanes and besides rge bathroom it was clean.
