We visited this place to obtain my husbands birth certificate. The customer service was wonderful . One of the workers great you at the door and directs you were to go and provides you with the paperwork needed. The two employees that work in the back processed the paperwork very efficiently. Very good example of customer service.

Just FYI for anyone trying to make it there by 5pm—you know there closing time. You actually have to by 4:30pm... They need to update there time!!!!

Horrible service ! An error was made to my daughters birth certificate and now I have to pay an attorney due to the incompetence of the person who provided me services.
