I switched to this pharmacy when I moved to Florence. I have had nothing but good experiences. The staff is always friendly and caring over the phone and in person. I am happy with switching to this pharmacy from my previous. Thank you to the staff for all of their hard work and dedication in taking care of their customers. 😊

I am forced to use Kroger by my insurance company and this pharmacy is horrible! I agree with another reviewer that at the drive through they are letting people wait for their prescriptions! It should be a quick trip through but that never happens. They have untrained techs that create multiple trips back to the pharmacy because they don’t pay attention and could care less if they cause problems with your medications. My refills are supposed to be β€œauto orders β€œ but they had the nerve to tell me that I need to make sure they get refills!! It’s a joke with this place and if I could use another pharmacy I would definitely do it.

I have used this pharmacy for years, they need more staff yes, but they always have a smile on their face and always very professional everytime i been there.

Drive thru takes FOREVER. I think they let people drop off prescriptions And wait for them, because it can take a half hour sometimes for one car to go through. If your dropping off you should be made to go park elsewhere then come back. Anything else is incredibly rude to people waiting for a quick pickup.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Everything takes hours if not days to fill prescriptions. And yes, I said days. Multiple times I have come here and have been told that they are out. Walgreens is another 10 minutes from here but I can promise you will still be in and out faster than waiting for this place.

They do not stock many drugs here. They get them from a pharmacy in Louisville. It takes up to six days to have your prescriptions filled. If you dont pick them up 3 days after you request them they send them back. So if they dont show up in 3 days they cancel it. Been there 4 times for a prescription. They never have it and by the time it shows up they send it back. They refuse to let me speak with whom ever runs they pharmacy, the store manager has no control over the pharmacy. Not worth the fuel points.

Well I would have givin a review of 0 stars today due to the pharmacist rudeness and his tone all because I had called twice trying to understand how it is that I picked up my prescription on January 14th and January has 31 days in the month and my prescription had only a 30 day supply and they are saying I cant refil till tomorrow which if you count calendar days thats 31 days because of the month before having 31 days so now Im behind a day. I was trying to understand how that is calculated and then tried to even ask so even though my prescription had a 30 day supply and you somehow arent counting the last day of the month that I didnt have meds for. They only count 30 days in any month so if you hace a prescription and a month that goes over 30 days save from your short months eventually so you will have enough to get you through cause I didnt have that chance yet.my complaint is more than not getting them today but the fact he couldnt take the moment I needed oto put my mind to ease. This is the first time Ive been put on a medication that I feel everyone is judging me for and they dont know why I was even put on it to begin with. Dont pretend to know that if your on that medication your like everyone thats on it . Sorry so long but Im upset. And will be switching pharmacy tomorrow before I go get it. I cant afford to waste my time on someone that will not help my mind understand their policy and how they calculate. He said he needs a calendar in front of him to show me I had my calendar pulled up just explain. He was so mean and I never got nasty but I did call him out.

Very poor customer service and treatment. All but 1 time since beginning to have to use them after transferring from Walton has there been an issue. Last time was the worst, was very upset after having my medication withheld from me. I could understand if I was a completely new customer, but have been using them for some time. Only doctors can call in prescriptions.

Horrible service. Tell u a time to pickup prescription and still not ready! They need more help at the drive through as much people use this service. Happens every time I need my prescription when Im sick!!! Im not the only one complaining either!

When I called the pharmacy today, I spoke with Nina. The reason I was calling was to see if I could transfer a prescription from Walgreens to Kroger because Walgreens didn’t have the medication I needed. For starters she hung up on me and when I called back she was the one to answer the phone again. I pointed out the fact that she had hung up on me and she scoffed. Throughout the duration of the phone call, she had a terrible attitude and was extremely rude. I will not use this pharmacy ever again.

Unfortunately i had a really bad expirence here on last Friday night. I felt that i was talked down too and belittled by just one of the pharmacy techs. Everybody was so helpful and so nice to me except the one female. I wanted to cry by the time i left the drive thru. We were having insurance difficulties and She was not helpful at all, didn’t answer any of my questions. She had told me that my insurance was terminated and told me in a very alarming way that if i wanted that prescription i had to pay for it. Which is completely fine but i was talked to with a very snobby attitude and no help. I had called today and the tech took his time to figure out the issue and called me back and explained everything perfectly and made me feel so much better.

Long wait times when dropping off and waiting. So i decided to drop my script off at 3:30 PM and came back at 7:30PM to be told they never even filled it. So it’s a lose/lose either way. Still...waiting... πŸ˜’

Very disappointed they always have problems with my prescription not being ready at the time they tell me and when I call I get put on hold for 10 plus minutes with no response ! I use to love kroger pharmacies and now it’s becoming more and more disappointed on behalf of the here customer service!
