The service and support from Moss Compound Pharmacy has been stellar. They acknowledge my order, deliver when promised and packaged to withstand the elements in South Carolina. Their price for the compound I use has been very competitive.I have no hesitation in recommending this local Florence business even though I live in the Charlotte area.

Moss closes at 1PM on Fridays. I got there at 1:15, right after my doctors appointment with my prescription to drop off. The pharmacist, Brian, made sure I got my prescription before what would have been a very long weekend. I will recommend them to everyone.

Bryan Ziegler at Moss Pharmacy is absolutely Amazing! He spent time with me to figure out the issues I was having and did Not stop until every dose of medication was adjusted specifically to my needs. He is incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything to me so it all made perfect sense! I can always email or call him and he always answers any and all questions and is very easy to talk too! I can not recommend Bryan enough!

I just used Moss for the first time and the difference is unbelieveable!! They called me when they got the prescription from my doctor to go over everything. I picked it up after they closed and was told that the pharmacist wanted to speak with me about the medication. When I called, he was so helpful, patient, and very thorough. I cant believe the difference in this and my box pharmacy. Amazing experience!

Called to see if they would fill a pet prescription. Not only did they fill it, they made the dosage easier for me to measure (from 2.5 mL of 4 mg changed to 1 mL of 10 mg). They spoke with my vet to confirm and they made it chicken flavored and oil based so it’s easy to give. They included a top for the bottle and measuring syringe that’s easy to use. The pharmacist consulted with me when I had questions and was very thorough. Thank y’all for making a rough week with my pup so much better!
