Staff dont get in contact or update you. You leave messages and they dont return them til you call the place and they claim they responded but your phone has messages from them. Dont waste your time with them. Very unproffessional and rude. Also they screw up your ss claims because as we know ppl are having them on the phone and they check in person only.

Attorneys you don’t know, attorneys you can’t trust

I worked mostly with Matt Nakajima and Ashley Anderson. They were wonderful to work with. They are very professional, understand the importance of your time, and take the time to explain things you may not understand fully. I could not have asked for a better team of people to have on my case.

They are terrible. They dont keep you up to date with your case. They dont make sure the correct information is put in your case. They will completely screw your case up. I woud advise you to find someone else or you would have better luck doing it on your own. Any halfway knowledgeable person could prepare a case better then these people can. Everything that the case needs to have done they will send to you to fill out so you can send it back to them and they can mail it in and get credit for it. They are scam artist if they happen to win your case.

I got into a wreck and my car was totaled. My insurance company refused to fix my car or to pay my medical bills based on what they said was a coverage issue. Matt Nakajima got involved and got the insurance company to reinstate my insurance policy, pay for the total loss of my vehicle, and pay all of my medical bills. I was scared I was facing financial ruin and he took on a large national insurance company and changed the whole situation around. My wife and I cannot describe how relived we were and how grateful we are.

All my questions where answered I was very satisfied with my lawyer.
