I initially contacted Mr. Hofler through his website and was pleasantly surprised when he actually responded back to me within a few hours. During the time he was working on our case he remained super responsive and always made himself available for the continuous issues that came up. I felt like he was very approachable and made considerable effort to relate and respond to all of our issues no matter how big or small. The only initial reservation I had concerning his representation was his experience practicing law in this area. He is from the area, but his practice is a fairly new shop in town and I was worried he may not have all the insider connections at the courthouse that comes with years of experience. His hourly rate reflected this inexperience factor properly and was a bit lower than other offices in the area and ended up being a deciding factor when we hired him. We had met with other lawyers in practices that touted years of experience but then tried to assign us with an inexperienced associate fresh out of law school at the same higher rates.
