Had a meeting with their initial contact. Gathered all information and then accepted the case. Simple case with video easy win. I received my welcome letter and then the Monday after I received my we are dropping your case. No reason, no call no nothing. Funny they say the are here for you but if they have to do something I suppose like work then they arent for you. Go somewhere else the staff is friendly but thats it and I cant have a receptionist represent me no matter how nice she is!

They were great throughout the process. Always helpful and called to check on us. Elizabeth even called to tell us happy birthday on our birthdays, and even called for thanksgiving!

I first heard of George Sink when I saw how he showed up to a little boys birthday party with all the cool party favors. I then began seeing commercials and billboards. I have a friend who now works there and she loves it and I never hear nothing but positive things about everyone who has used them or knows them.

In a victim of my doctor. Had a near life experience. Called George sink for help. I was transferred to like 2 different people with little grammar skills. I did spoke to an excellent woman. Mrs maria . she told me they would call me back. Today I got a call saying they cant take my case asked why . the lady. stated they didnt say. They probably worku g with my accusers or support them. Very unprofession, I wouldnt recommend anybody to them

After speaking with them regarding my case they said they would get back to me within 3 or 4 business days. Two weeks later I received a call after I called back twice to get an answer. No biggie people are busy. The assistant not the attorney said I had a case but they could not assist me which is disappointing. I felt like my case though valid wasn’t enough money for them to take me on as a client. Maybe they would have preferred I state I could no longer work so they could have chased the bucket of gold at the end of the rainbow who knows. They have great reviews so I felt this would be a strong attorney to represent me. I was told by others that if you are a vet deal with an attorney who only does VA related or medical malpractice cases. The whole thing made me feel like maybe they are ambulance chasers and just want money and only care about you if you can make them more. I do thank Mr. Sink for serving our country but your company has failed local vets in my opinion. Will I still get a Christmas Card this year?

I rear ended getting off the highway in April and was referred to this firm by a previous client. I contacted their office and they sent someone out who took pictures of my injuries, asked a few questions, explain the process and ensured me I was in good hands. A paralegal reached out to me and set up my physical therapy. I finished that around July and they reached out again to let me know the next steps for my case. Communication was very scarce with them working hard on not only my case but others as well, which was understandable. We touched base again in December with a finally settlement but still had issues with medical billing final reports. My lawyer notified me about the issue but while they on final amounts I was offered a check upfront while they took care of the rest. Im completely satisfied with the outcome and would recommend anyone to use George Sink and his team.
