I was told the legal matter i needed resolved was very simple and would easily be resolved in 3 months. 10 painstaking months later we finally finished. The legal team there repeatedly missed their own milestones and timelines they gave to me and lied to me about the causes of the delay. When I would ask them why we didnt meet milestones that we clearly discussed during in person meetings they would state that they had no memory of the claim even though email conversations we had proved otherwise.If you work with this company I would advise not using Jon or Dom. If you do, I would recommend sending them a email after every meeting you have with them summarizing what you talked about during the meeting and having them confirm it so that you have documented and confirmed records so that they cannot pretend what was discussed did not take place in the future.

I would never recommend this place due to the lack of communication and the lies that they told me. Ryan Beck told me he would file a motion for me for 2500. When the motion was ready to be filed it was totally incorrect, trying to go after child support for a kid that didnt even live with me. When he was told thats not what we had agreed to Ryan proceeded to charge me for the corrections. I have asked for a refund ever since and have been told that 2500 dollars was a minimum fee. So i will be filing a claim on Ryan Beck for the full amount since it has been 7 months now.

In April of 2018 I was involved in an accident in Kentucky while being there for a friends dads funeral. As I was reading through each paper to check the importance of each, I couldnt help but feel the weight of heartache, judgement, and feelings of worry I once had, that use to keep me up many of nights. The best decision I ever made was hiring Ryan Beck as my attorney. He took on my burden, so I didnt have to carry that load anymore. He fought for my child, as if he were his own. I cant help but feel an overwhelming joy and accomplishment today. Ryan Beck fought an arduous battle for me with custody and child support. He was so remarkable, that my child has an amazing life and a great future ahead of him! I am truly blessed to have Ryan in my corner!

I hired Will Zevely for a criminal case in June, 2016. I retained his services and made a down payment amount for $700. He showed up to court with me and extended the court date a month ahead so that we can figure out a game plan. Once the court date came, he expected the rest of the money from me, to which I told him I wouldnt be able to make a payment for a few weeks. He got irritated and requested to the judge that I find a new attorney because I wasnt able to pay him the rest sooner. He basically stole $700 from me without lifting a finger. He is a thief and is no better than the scum he represents. Not only that, but for most cases, he charges $2,500, and he doesnt do any work for you. Most of the time, he isnt willing to fight for you and wants you to make a plea. Do not hire him unless you want to throw money down the drain.

Called initially to find out if the firm could help me with an injury case. Jonathan Hart was not willing to take that case but said he could help with my other case. I explained in detail I was injured and would not be able to work for some time. We came up with an agreement and Jonathan took $500 to start the case. We also went into detail prior to him taking payment that I would want a jury trial. We discussed $2000 for a jury trial which he later increased to $3000. Mr. Hart was fully aware of my financial situation when he took me on as a client. The case repeatedly got continued. I paid $300 in December again explaining to Mr. Hart I was a single mother of 5 children. I just recently was able to go back to work. In January Mr. Hart emailed me stating he was filing a motion for dismissal. He had not worked on my case. I fully intended to pay, but again I explained Mr. Hart my financial situation. He wanted me to plea out. I am innocent and wasn’t going to. Mr. Hart didn’t file but I didn’t know that. He wanted me to come in to his office, once on a day where it was extreme weather and I couldn’t make it. I asked for a phone conference. He never called. The second time I didn’t have a sitter. Again, I asked for a phone conference. Mr. Hart then emails me a week prior to trial stating he is motioning the court for dismissal.I had every intent to pay but I explained in detail my financial situation. He should have never took the case knowing it was going to be difficult to pay on time. Especially when I verbally told him multiple times. I did pay in December. Mr. Hart shouldn’t have took payment in December. Mr. Hart didn’t want to have a phone conference because he wanted to bully me in his office as he had previously. He Doesn’t care about your case, he wants to take your money and will tell you anything you want to hear, he will want you to plea out. Beware Dont Waste Your Money find another attorney who cares.
