This is the best place EVER for physical therapy. They push you, but never too much. Caitlin is so sweet and really good with getting to know my needs and always makes sure I have homework (which I love)!!! They really are the best!!!

The staff is friendly. They explain everything and make sure u understand it. They have helped my son heal amazingly. He has a traumatic accident and the staff there have been so helpful in making him feel comfortable and okay with everyday life.

This is my first experience with TOC physical therapy, as it has been several years since the need for therapy obtained from another local practice. I would without hesitation recommend TOC. The office is clean and is applying current CDC guidelines during your therapy session. The staff is friendly, professional and efficient with establishing a treatment regiment to address your needs.

The therapists are very knowledgeable. They are very professional. They have helped me to be more positive about the outcome of the weeks of therapy. I am happy to say I am better than I ever thought I would be when I started therapy. This is the place to come for help!

I’m just so amazed at how professional and Thorough, Doctor Palmer was. He asked so many questions, he examined everything even areas that I didn’t mention. He took time to listen to our concerns and explained so well what he felt was going with my body. He examined, he came with a plan and now finally after seeing so many doctors in the area, it seems that we have found the problem and a solution. We are grateful for his diligence and care. His staff was just wonderful, caring and professional. I Definitely would recommend Doctor Palmer.

I was leery about going to physical therapy the day after I got my cast off. When I got to PT, I was met with smiling faces and they even used my name when greeting me at the reception desk. I have been well pleased with my therapy. Mrs. Sally has been very good about answering all my questions and reminding me not to push too much to get set back. The whole staff is happy to be at work and they actually care about their patients!!!!

Love my therapist Caitlin! She is a personable Professional who works hard to help me with better mobility& less pain! If I ask questions & shes not sure she finds out and gets back to me. Although the staff is professional they show compassion with a friendly smile.

A former skeptic, I now know that targeted therapy can change my body to improve movement, strengthen weakness, and lessen or eliminate pain. I highly recommend the TOC physical therapy in Florence. I have had a lot of physical therapy in the past but I love the one on one care that I get from my therapist Joel he is really great he pushes me hard but I know I need it to get back to where I need to be with my ankle. so if you need any kind of therapy I highly recommend the TOC center in Florence they are great people and they care about your needs.Trust me you wont be disappointed

I couldn’t be more pleased with TOC. I requested therapy as a last resort. I had no clue how to help my son recover from his injury and help him get on his feet again the way an 11 year old should be. Not only has he built strength and improved, he is doing things with ease that he hasn’t been able to do in a couple years. I didn’t even realize some things were a problem until he would come in excited about his progress. When your child comes in and says “Hey Mom, I can run and it doesn’t hurt!” That’s big! The entire staff we have dealt with at the Florence office has been amazing! Joel knows his stuff and created a plan that not only met our current needs, but surpassed them greatly! He cares about his patients, as well as the other staff, and works hard at helping them reach their full potential!
