I have been coming to this office for about 4 years. I have brought my kids (9,8&5) and the office staff is amazing! The optometrist is so personable and makes the experience feel safe and fun for the kids. I appreciate the professionalism as well as how they walk my kids through each of the procedures and make sure they feel comfortable. I really enjoy bringing the family here!

I was able to take Notice to the Professional Manner of Arnett Vision Care immediately upon reception. After managing to obtain an appointment in a very quick response time and efficiently receive an eye examination in thorough logistical and an excellent time frame. They even had the advancements to do an examination without eye dilation which was more than a surprise at the time for me. Professional. Responsive. Efficient. Thorough. Impressive Quality of Care and Service.

Dr. Day was quick and thorough. Then I went next door to Eyemart where Colleen took great care of me. She explained the different lenses and what they did, she helped me make a decision about which frames to get, she worked out the best price for what I was getting. Super pleased from start to finish! Oh and I got both pair in around 45 minutes!

Very Covid conscious, I felt very safe. The exam itself was thoroughI was impressed with the technology used. Dr. Aren’t took her time and explained everything to me and made sure I was given the correct prescription. The result—- I can actually see now with my first pair of glasses. Thank you

I went in yesterday for an eye exam to get some contacts. Procedures are in place to ensure patient safety during this pandemic. I was impressed with how committed to cleanliness and safety they are (patients wait outside until there is an exam room ready, temperatures are taken as soon as you walk into the door, waiting room is cleaned after each patient, patients were asked to wash their hands upon entering the back rooms, exam rooms were cleaned after each patient as well, all staff were wearing masks). The staff was extremely friendly, apologetic for the wait- although I hadn’t waited very long, and courteous. My exam was quick and thorough, the doctor was friendly and understanding of how masks can cause fogging on the optical lenses. I will definitely be back and recommend this practice to anyone who asks.

First time in the office and first eye exam ever. The doctor and staff were terrific. They took their time and made sure all was done efficiently. This office is taking safety very seriously as well and I watched them wipe down every item and machine that was used both before and after my exam. Very pleased! I get my glasses in a couple of weeks and can’t wait!

They where very friendly and attentive. Had Colleen who waited on me. She was great. Made sure everyone was safely distance and sanitized all areas.

I have been going here for over 10 years and just love Dr Day. She is so personable and really takes the time to talk to you. She is just great to work with. I am a diabetic and she has done my eye exam, she knows my history and has taken such good care of my vision.

Quick in and out service. Theyre not very kid friendly or iterative. I didnt expect them to be all goo goo gaga towards my child. But she was very straightforward as if she was talking to adult. My child is six. I would definitely recommend them if you have older children or youre an adult. I would explore your options if you have younger ones.

A.V.C is wonderful. Very pleaseant Staff. Very knowledgeable. When your getting your eyes check its a good feeling when the doctor knows what they are doing and are patient with you. Im confident my prescription is correct. And I will be going back.They practiced the whole social distancing really well and they kept the office very clean and sanitized. Follow their process to get into the office. Be patient and youll have a nice visit.

Dr. Alex is the first doctor who had ever personally called me to check on me.My experience with this office and especially Dr. Alex over the past month has been above and beyond any level of service I have ever received.Ill never go anywhere else again.

I had emergency back surgery and it completely skipped my mind that my daughter needed new glasses before school. Her grandmother took her here and they were amazing. Got her in the same day and her glasses were ready in just a couple hours. She can now start school being able to see! Thank you so much for making life a little less stressful!

All of the staff and Drs were super nice and really patient with my 9 year old son. It was his first eye exam and he was really nervous but the Dr. did a great job with him and he walked out excited to go get his first pair of glasses. They were able to schedule my husband, son and I all back to back appointments. I would definitely recommend this practice!

My kids were on spring break. We had plans and didnt make appointments. When we arrived the woman at the desk told us about the wait time and when 3 walk ins could get in. Our wait was short and they were able to get all 3 of us seen within 40 minutes. It was great and I appreciated it very much!

So because of my crazy schedule i could only make it after they closed. Or shortly before. They stayed open for me. That is great customer service in and of itself. But the staff was so friendly. And the doctors seemed very knowledgeable.

The office would not serve me because I was in a wheelchair and they were not ADA compliant and could not accommodate my wheelchair. Absolutely no excuse for this.

Love the Doctors. The receptionist was not very friendly when I checked in or out. I felt like I was interrupting her day. I told her that I had left my post card for $10 off of my visit, laying on my table. She said ok and charged me full price. I visit every year and think she should have been more accommodating.

I just had my first visit to the office yesterday and it went very well. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I went to this office because I got vision insurance that my regular doctor doesn’t take by accident. As soon as I got there I felt a little uncomfortable because the whole staff is behind a huge mirrored window and you feel very unwelcomed sitting in a room by yourself. The front staff is very minimally helpful/nice. They messed up my billing, with my insurance as well. Also, I don’t know if maybe it’s just my regular doctor but she always gave me trial pairs of contacts to last me until my next shipment of contacts came in whether I ordered through her office or not. I called them and they said since I didn’t order through them they couldn’t give me a pair to last me until my contacts come next week. I thought as a patient of a professional practice you do anything and everything to make your patient happy especially when it comes to their health. Anyway, I will say I did like the doctor I saw but I will definitely be going back to my regular doctor.
