The staff was friendly but not thorough in there job. I have not been satisfied with my glasses! The bifocals were positioned to high on the lenses. They just handed me my glasses and didnt do any adjustments. It has been a few months since getting them and I have tried to adjust to them and I felt the price was a little high. I will be returning to my former eye care people!

If I could post a - star I would. I had my glasses made by them and I took them back and had them remake them. I just took them back again. The glasses have the same problem ad before. Ill never go back to them for glasses. Im going to get my money back.

I had a(n) appointment which I shouldve read the reviews first------this place is horrible---they arent friendly,they dont explain the service you need or the service youre about to get, they dont return your calls,they dont apologize for their mistakes, nor do they help you find glasses that your insurance or no insurance pay for( they also overcharge you)I will never use them again or refer anyone to the them.(big dern lesson learned)

Had my first appointment today, and my doctor was very nice and explained the minor complications to me about my eyes with Type 1 diabetes just as well as my previous doctor in Ohio did for 6+ years. The wait was not long at all for my appointment, and the Glasses center was quick and simple to order me a new pair of glasses with my new prescription lenses.

I have been a customer for several years. When pee dee optical was in its previous location on Cheves St., the staff was much more friendlier and helpful. The guy I think his name is Kip or Chip was great, he knew his job and how to interact with customers. Very friendly. I really miss him.

Customer service is not good!
