I went in with a list of about 30 frames that I found on the website. Staff were very friendly and very patient with helping me look at each one on my list and guiding me to the perfect pair of frames! Bonus for using vision insurance…free pair of readers to prevent neck pain when working on my desktop computer!

The doctor and the consultation lady was very friendly to my mother, but soon as she got her glasses it all went down hill from there. Ms. Collet was saying my mother did not know how to wear her glasses. My mother has been wearing glasses for nearly 30 years. She also talked to my mother as she may have been a child she will be 73 next month. Blaming her for the glasses not being suitable. Ive seen several reviews from I think all the way back in 2018 or 2019 about her doing the same thing over and over. She is the General Manager and they say she needs to be retrained. I dont see it like that at all. She needs to be terminated she was somewhat rude to the other employees in there. My mother said as long as Ms. Collet is GM or has anything to do with them she will not be back and here she is sitting with a $400 plus glasses that she cant read or see anything with. They were not fitted not the progressive lens work right away it take 10-20 minutes for the sun to activate them.

I lost my old frames I bought in 2019 at an Eyemart in Michigan, was devastated because I have worn glasses since I was 10 years old and they were BY FAR the most comfortable pair Ive ever owned. I had zero problems with them the last 2 years, my lenses never scratched, and I never had to get them fitted from the day I picked them up. They were able to look up my model/brand and had 2021 version of the same frames in store! I geeked out! I am very happy to have them again with my updated prescription and very satisfied with the help I received in finding the same ones! I dont think I will ever buy glasses from anywhere else. Good service, get your glasses the same exact day within an hour of picking then out, and amazing quality. I highly recommend!

Very friendly and personable staff!! Making an appointment was easy and we actually got in to see the doctor at our scheduled time! Dr. Brooks was very professional and explained everything well! This was my sons first eye appointment and she was warm and welcoming making him feel comfortable throughout his exam. I want to give a special thanks to Rahkise for her wonderful personality and helping us pick out his glasses and really making the whole experience smooth! His glasses were ready in about 30 minutes, which was really nice. We highly recommend Dr. Brooks and the staff at Eyemart Express.

This was my first visit to Eyemart Express and I was very impressed with the kind and courteous staff. I was made to feel very comfortable and the Dr was amazing! This will be my business of choice from this day forward. I am one satisfied customer!

I’ve always had great customer service here, but today was particularly amazing because I broke the frame of my glasses yesterday, went in and had a brand new pair of frames in literally 5 minutes!! And for free! I would definitely recommend, especially since you get a free pair with your purchase, which came in very handy when I broke mine yesterday!

I was immediately greeted and assisted within the first 30 seconds of entering the store. Mo was very helpful in explaining pricing and discounts, as this was my first time purchasing frames and lens. I purchased 2 pairs: the 1st pair were eady the same day, and the 2nd pair was ready on the day promised. I highly recommend and will use Eyemart for future purposes!

I give it 5 star from the receptionist ,to the optometrist ,and the person that helped me pick out the glasses they were very polite and courteous in give the help that I need and wanted in eye mart. They told me I would get glasses in 3 week came back in 2 weeks.

Associates don’t explain what they’re trying to sell you and make it seem like you have to get all of the extras. I was told my wait would be less than 2 hours. I came in exactly at two hours and had to wait way longer than that. I received my text and was told I had to wait ten more minutes, that was a lie.

Always on point with every question I had. Very informative on pricing and especially helpful in selecting the proper frames for this classy lady’s face.

I came in on Saturday my only day off and was greeted by Kate she was amazing helpful and had a wonderful time picking out glasses it didnt feel like the normal glass shopping. I had fun she was joking with me and had me cracking up laughing. Kate was very informative and when she wasnt sure she got the correct answers for me. I will always return as long as Kate is there

The only 2 things I wasn’t satisfied with was that my first quote for my glasses was lower. Another lady took over and it was a lot higher. They called me on the phone asking me to come back so we can go over things. N the other thing was that it took so long to get my glasses. But I have to kinda excuse that bcuz of COVID and bcuz I got the best lensss with transitions and no line bifocal.

MS. Pat took care of my eye glass needs, she us excellent! Took her time to help me find glasses that looked right on me, since I couldnt tell without my eye glasses. She adjusted them to fit just right, she was patience and kind throughout the entire process. I will see her again when Im ready for new glasses.

I had a prescription from another eye clinic. I arrived at 9 a.m. when they opened and received my 2 pair of no-line bifocal glasses, one with sunglass prescription in about 2 hours. Do not listen to the bad reviews as my experience from the first phone call with Collette, who also greeted me in store til my order was completely finished was EXCELLENT! I see repeated business from my family and friends 💜💜💜

This was my first time as a customer at Eyemart Express, as well as a first time eyeglass wearer. The staff at Eyemart made my experience an extremely positive one. From the friendly staff, to the super fast wait time for my glasses, (under an hour), I was very impressed. The employee that assisted me thoroughly explained all of the options for my new glasses. She even pulled up a contrast and comparison of prices with the different choices for my lenses. I was so pleased and will absolutely be a returning customer

Worst customer service ever🤬 the lady that answered the phone was very unprofessional my exam was not done right I wax not given the right prescription I was given a trial pair to wear and when I called back to asked that I can’t see clearly I was told by the rude receptionist that I would have to come out of pocket to pay $85 dollars more on top of what my insurance covered and the co-payment that I already made . Sounds like a rip off to me and she hung up and when I called back to file and complaint I was given the run around by everybody there because no one knows anything. So now I have to find another eye doctor and get another exam and not be able to use my insurance so if you can’t see well I would recommend you going to a different eye doctor because I went there hoping to be able to see and they made things worse

I was met at the door by a employee named Colette. She was extremely rude from the first word spoken. As I was being waited in by Kate, who was terrific, Colette continued being short and rude to EVERY Customer that walked in. Also she spoke to Kate in the same manner twice. She argued with one customer about she didn’t know how to read with her bifocals. Told her there wasn’t anything wrong with the glasses just she didn’t know how to look thru them. She definitely needs to be trained in customer service. I have to go back on Monday so hopefully she will have a better attitude.

This is a difficult time to operate a Business with Covid 19 Virus. But I must say the service and the attention paid to detail was outstanding. O Mega, the associate that took care of my wife and I was Exceptional. If im not mistaking she was there to train the other associates. If they will follow her they will succeed. Thank you Omega.

I went to Eyemart Express on Friday, August 16, 2019 at closing and Mr. Ty Jordan was so awesome. He didn’t rush me, he allowed myself and 2 kids to pick out the glasses of our choice and he also showed us others that he had to get for us. Mr. Ty has awesome customer service skills. He previously helped me last year as well with glasses for my son. He was one of the reasons I returned to purchase glasses this year.

We had our eyes checked and bought our glasses from eye mart. The staff were efficient and very friendly. They made the whole experience professional and “pain free”.

They were great doctor worked with me and my husband to get us in on my only day off in 2 weeks as we work different shifts. Husbands glasses were ready in about 20 minutes for both pairs. Mine had to be sent to corporate for an odd prescription but still took less than a week to get. Very happy will go for safety glasses for husband and sun glasses for me.

I thought this place was good at first.. Got a set of glasses from here and they were pretty good to start, then one of my lenses kept falling out. I had to tighten it myself a couple times but once it kept doing it I took it back and told them about it. No problem at first, they said it was because small screws were used so they would just put in longer ones and Id be set, no charge. That was good, wish they would just have went with the longer screws in the first place since the glasses are made right there, but hey, stuff happens. I got it fixed and didnt complain. Well guess what, it happened again, but this time when the screw came loose one of the lenses fell out, and since i was out in public i could not locate where it had fallen.. Turns out they only changed the one screw and left the other one small instead of just putting the longer one on both sides. So the short one that they didnt change was the one that fell out this time... Even though I just bought these glasses not too long ago they are telling me I have to pay $50 for a whole new set of lenses because that one was lost. Not gonna happen.. Ill take my business back to the eye glass place on Irby Street instead...

My whole experience was wonderful, a helpful friendly staff. From the eye exam to the tech that made my glasses it was a great experience. And fast too, I had my glasses 90 minutes after walking in the door with a 45 min eye exam (20 min wait while my eyes dilated). Will recommend them to everyone with vision issues.

I took my grandson into the store around the first of the year and was thrilled with the service. Two months ago he broke his glasses and I requested a new pair. After 3 weeks I havent heard anything from them and I called, they said they had sent them to the wrong store and would reorder. 2 months later they called and said they were in. Went to get them and it was the wrong frame. Got into confrontation with them and they said its the same ones he has on and I told them those were 4 years old and didnt come from here. His ones we were replacing was solid black. They asked me if I wanted to reorder and I told them he had to have some glasses because the others were not strong enough. So I had no choice but to settle for those. Really disappointed with them. Will not be sending nobody else there. Need to step up your game.

My husband and I was very pleased with professional service we received from the eye doctor and the eyewear staff. Christopher was very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. He said that he could get the glasses that we wanted for under $200. Even with the transition lenses for myself and color lens for husband both pair was $383.24. Our glass were ready in less then hour. They forgot the color lenses on my husband pair but they corrected the problem before the end of day before they closed at 5. Yes, we will purchase in future.👍

The store manager was very rude to all the customers on 7-7-2020 . After spending over $700 on glasses I was treated rudely. They got my money twice their first time and last time.

Daughter needed glasses before she returned to school after fall break. She had an exam done at Ocean eye I Charleston, but the glasses were on order for an arrival time of 3 week waiting period. I call Eyeglass mart since my kids were already in florence. Took my daughter there, had many questions to ask about the promotions. Promotions suck. They tell they apply to certain age groups. Well the sales rep I had I was very dissatisfied with because, you couldnt hear him for one, he was asking personal questions that had nothing to do with the reason I was there. The associate offered what he claim was price match of free scratch resistance and UV protection which is what comes with polycarbonate lenses. He also claim you had to get those lenses for kids under the age of 18. So I didnt believe him on that. The glasses were ready in about 30 minutes. The next day I call back , because I wasnt pleased with my experience. Ty the Lab tech answered. I asked for the manager and he said, he was the manager. I said, I had a problem with a purchase I made yesterday. He said, can I help you. I said, well, you sold me glasses yesterday and I dont see on my receipt the Uv protection or scratch resistance competitive price with Walmart. He said, well I didnt sell any glasses yesterday, it 2 Ty s that work here and the lab tech. So I explained my ordeal and he apologized for the other person behavior, which I think he shuldnsho have but thats good customer service on his behalf. Very friendly and thorough lab tech/ manager. He made me happy by the end of our conversation. I appreciate great customer service ,being that Ive been working in customer service for 20 plus years. He deserves to have that General manager position. Great job , to Ty in the lab at the Florence SC location. Very knowledgeable young man. Thanks! I didnt have to drive another 2 hours just to resolve this matter.

Loved my daughters visit!! All of the staff were friendly and helpful! It was easy to get and appt, we didnt have to wait long, their pricing is affordable-they even accept Mcleods insurance! We were even able to get my daughters glasses and prescription sun shades the same day! It only took about an hour for they to have them ready! AWESOME experience!!!
