Very disappointed. Office cancelled my childs appointment twice! 1st time they were still waiting on paperwork. 2nd time Knowing they were going to receive my co payment Paid In Full at another time they decided to cancel appt. and told me they would call to reschedule once they receive payment.My problem is why wasnt I offered to make a payment towards my balance so my child could get his braces that same day and pay remaining balance at a later date. I already paid 80% so I dont understand why Hanger didnt offer to set up a payment plan Now I have to watch my child limp and fall another 2 weeks or longer because doing whats best for the client is not important.😪
