Very helpful in administering my covid test and answering my wifes questions regarding the vaccine. Despite being busy, the staff were very patient and we appreciate the time they took with us. Much nicer than I remember this location being.

The best Little Clinic I have been to! Super friendly staff! I was in and out in under 10 mins & my prescription was ready almost immediately after my appointment. 10/10 would recommend visiting this location

I had a virtual visit. Everything went great until I got to the pharmacy and my prescription was wrong. I called the location my virtual visit took place (Mall Road) and sat on hold for 45 minutes. Tried calling customer service and was told to keep calling. Eventually after 1.5 hours someone answered, and was very short and rude about fixing a mistake they made. This took all day to resolve and was for time sensitive medication. Terrible service.

This Little Clinic doesn’t even Deserve a 1 star review. It’s considered a “Walk-In” Clinic for a reason. Of Someone walks-In, you see them. I was turned away at 12:30 pm(I have pneumonia) because the receptionist said “they were booked passed closing time”. If you’re scheduling appointments, and no longer taking walk-ins, then take that advertisement OFF your website, and off the Wall of ALL of your Clinics. You cannot call yourself a walk-in Clinic if you can’t help sick patients walking in! SIMPLE AS THAT!

Terrible!! Was just there today, October 26, 2020 at the Florence Mall location. Staff came back from lunch promptly, but then took about 10 minutes to talk and clock in. Then, ignored patients who waited. First one in line, me, waited the longest. No friendliness or respect for my time. Worst experience there ever! Usually staff is friendly and caring, just not today!

Everything about my experience from start to finish was a complete and utter aggravation met with rude people. after that experience, all I want to do is walk around spreading covid-19 instead of getting tested and treated for it.Company that makes much money as they do cant even keep a website up.

The lady technician at the front desk was extremely helpful and very compassionate. She said this was not her usual location, I’m not sure which one she came from. The female doctor was very good and very concerned to ensure I did not leave without having all of my questions taken care of and my meds prescribed.

For a budget clinic I got exactly what I needed. Was it perfect? No. But for someone uninsured who didnt want to pay his p.c.p. $180 for a physical, this was the right choice.Id also like to mention that due to some missing paperwork on my end. I was told I may have to come back and redo the physical. Costing money again. Since I had to have it done they could have left it at that and made me pay again but the nurse practitioner took it upon herself to find out I didnt need another appointment and called to let me bring in the paper and finish it.

Had 2 girls that needed flu shots but forgot my insurance card. ok fine, my mistake. i finally got thzdx them the insurance information it took 35 minutes to put it in the system and then another 30 minutes to be seen for 2 flu shots.

They help you great, but as others have said, they take far too long.I also registered online. Get there and have a 40 minute wait to get into the room. Then Im in there for over 40+ minutes while they take other people that got there after me and take care of them first.I think the entire visit was close to 1hr45.

They get the job done, but take a very long time to do it. I registered online before I went to the clinic. The wait was an hour and ten minutes longer than the estimated time given to me when I registered in advance. They definitely need to work on their effiency. Treatment was average at best. I would recommend checking into other Kroger clinic locations.

I come here every week for a shot. The staff is awesome, the nurses are super nice and theres almost never a long wait. I love this place!

Arrived at 4:20 pm Tues afternoon with plugged ears. They took my details and physicals, then 15 min wait for doctor (?) who irrigated my ears so I can hear again. Paid with credit card and walked out at 5:35 pm. Pretty good find for an out of towner.

I came here to get a Dot Physical. The staff was Great, my appointment was for 3:00 was in and out before 4:30 .

I will never go here again. I had to be reseen for the same exact problems.

Gave my child ear drops, said they went into the eye. Glad i checked, could of blinded him as far as i know.

Did the save my spot online. My registration number I received via email didnt work at the kiosk. Stood at the front desk for over ten minutes being ignored by employees. Finally left and went to the walgreens healthcare clinic and was taken care of promply there.

Long wait time though only myself and 1 other registered for visit. Slow, impersonable staff and service.

They never answer phone been trying for days.

There was no line when I arrived and it still took them two hours to get me in and out. I also did not agree with the diagnosis and the bedside manner was garbage.

Didn’t help what I came in for and want me to dish out another $100+ to be re-seen for the same problem. Will just go see an actual doctor.

Never answer their phone so we could make an appointment. Left our number for a call back but never received it.
