My back hurt so bad, my neck was stiff from sleeping on it wrong the night before. I literally called so many places, trying to find somewhere I could get a really good massage to get the knots out of my back. I called Summers Place and they literally got me in the same day! It was literally the best massage I’ve ever gotten. I will definitely be back. Super professional, made me feel super comfortable, the atmosphere and whole visit was awesome.Really appreciate what you do there. If you want a massage that’s affordable and from people who actually care, book here.

We went today for a couples massage. I was very impressed with how clean and comfortable the place was. My masseuse was very attentive and made sure the pressure was ok. I especially loved the hot stones! Everyone was so nice and friendly. I definitely plan on making a massage here a regular thing! Thank you!

Used to be my favorite place until the lady at the desk lied and also gave my appointment away to another person as I was arriving. She told me I can come back later and lied about telling me to come 10 min before the time (this policy does not exist she just lies for money). I spoke to the owner and hes very nice but after much consideration realized the woman working at the front desk did not even make an effort to apologize to me at all - also said she called me to say shes giving my appointment away and lied that I was 15 min late. Just disgusting that she made no effort to correct her wrong doing. Money grubber always trying to upsell me. Just be aware!

I cant say enough good stuff about this place. Best massage EVER!! Defiantly give them a try. Very easy to set appointments and they are always ready when you get there.

This place is awesome! A really good deal for a 90 minute massage. They did an incredible job and left me feeling completely new. Making an appointment was super easy, barely an inconvenience. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely 5 stars. I have been for many different massages through Groupon and I won’t be doing that anymore because I found my home that puts me to ease. They are very welcoming, and know how to find your painful muscle points to work out. I will be returning, highly recommended!!! (Busy working mom that knows when she gets a great massage!)

Went into a deep tissue massage it was absolutely 100% lousy there was no deep tissue whatsoever I walked out feeling the same way I walked in. They might as well have been rubbing lotion on me me. It was the worst $300 driver spent on top of the fact that they bother you in by giving you some kind of scrub cleanser and tell you to wash it off in the shower. If your larger man with muscles don’t bother going in. At least the person that I had had no idea what I did tissue massage. My advice stay away from the places that have Asian women

I visited because of the great reviews of this business. The massage started out great, but my therapist Lucy/Nini quickly offered extras. When I declined, the quality decreased and my 60 min turned into 45min.I will return again based on Summer`s great reviews and give it a second chance. Everyone has an off day sometimes and deserves a second chance. Hopefully I don`t end up with the same therapist, that is not what I come for.

Enjoyed an amazing 40 minute massage and 30 minute foot reflexology with hot oils and hot stones! The ladies there were very nice, accommodating, and professional! I have learned to not judge a book by its cover.... this place was truly amazing! Could have used a warm blanket to cover up with because I’m cold natured but the hot stones helped take care of that.

I called Summer’s Spa and I was able to get an appointment right away. The masseuse taking care of me was very professional and very knowledgeable on every massage performed. She was always aware of the pressure she was giving out, and making sure I was okay with it. This is the BEST MASSAGE I have ever received. The hot stone is amazing, and make sure you get the body scrub, it smells and feels wonderful!!On top of the amazing massage, the spa was very clean. I felt very comfortable in the spa throughout my whole visit. I WILL be returning, very soon!!

The massage was wonderful, great pressure and it felt amazing! The one and only downfall was my massage therapist took a call in the middle of my massage. Other than that though, no complaints and I will definetly go back!

Jenny gave the best massage I’ve ever had! Great technique and For the first time out of many massages I felt truly hard pressure and felt it truly was a deep tissue massage! The body scrub felt incredible whereas I’ve never been a fan before. Jenny made sure I felt comfortable , was very kind and personable. I made my boyfriend go later the same day to get a massage and I will be going back. However feet are not included in full body massage you have to get a combo package for feet although she did say if I asked for feet she would have fit my feet in too. Only other downside was the table didn’t get very warm. Still best massage ever.

Ive made Summer my personal masseuse. I travel 100% for my job in construction, and out of all my travels she is hands down the best masseuse to work out the knots that i aquire doing my job.Good, heavy pressure in the key areas without doing more harm than good like other shops Ive been around the country or even around the area.

The spa environment is very comfortable in summer, and Susan, the masseuse, is very good. I think Ill go there again.

I had Jenny. She had the perfect pressure and did a great job! She discreetly has to answer the phone on occasion during the massage for bookings. I would definitely use them again! I have not had that through of a massage since I lived in Asia!

Lucy is a very good Chinese medicine masseuse! Her massage technique is very professional, the technology is very good, and the accupressure massage is very comfortable! Summer Spa in Florence / Erlanger KY is THE BEST! I literally created a Google account to leave this review. Hands down, this is the best massage I have ever had. I had the pleasure of seeing Jenny. She was extremely professional and polite. The massage was very competent, best Ive ever felt. You feel warm and welcome when you step in the door. The environment is very clean and relaxing. All ladies need to give this place a try! This was was the best massage, my wife and I did the 90 minute special with hot oil, hot stones, and a full body scrub. The body scrub is amazing!!! Very LGBTQ+ friendly. They put us in a room together for our massages and the music was great and our masseuses were very kind and attentive. Skip the Groupon and just go right in, when I called to make the appointment they had a lot of availability and were very professional then as well.

This was the most incredible massage Ive ever experienced. Jenny and Lucy have training in asian massage techniques which can make trigger points and sore muscles feel incredible. If you have a lot of aches and pains, Summers massage will have you feeling like a new person without needing to see a neuro or orthopedic surgeon. The best part about Summers massage is that it is easy to schedule a massage without having to join a club or wait weeks to be seen by a licensed massage therapist. This is a very clean facility going way above state mandated sterilization during the Covid-19 outbreak. The hot stone techniques and oils are very relaxing and therapeutic. The Asian design and warm atmosphere of the spa make one feel at ease and relaxed!!
