Very meh. I consider a massage to be a pampering experience. This was not. The ambiance leaves a lot to be desired. No relaxing music. No aroma therapy. The inside of the building need a face lift BAD. Also, the massage kept being interrupted by clients coming in and the massage therapist cell phone ringing. I wouldnt even say the massage was all that great. They never asked how hard or soft I preferred, which is typically the first question when you start. The best way to describe it is its the massage equivalent to your local dive bar. Its fine, it gets the job done, but youd probably only go for the convenience and certainly not to have a romantic couples massage. We wont be back.

The massage therapist was really nice and did good work, and got me back in a timely manner. However, she left the room multiple times throughout the massage and there was a lot of commotion going on in the hall. The door is left cracked open, so you can hear everything going on outside the door. I also noticed she was using her phone during the massage. It definitely has potential, just a few issues that probably should be taken care of.

It is fine, good massage. Nothing above ordinary, need to put more pressure over contracted muscles, usually is the first question before start, easy, medium or strong massage. But, overall good massage and attention.

Oh my! This was a super weird experience. The place is very depressing, dirty, and all around sketchy feeling. They tell you to undress and the doors dont even close. Straight up paper towels to cover tiny pillows that belong in a childs room. Bed coverings are dust ruffles for twin beds with a roll of some paper over the top. Fake plastic flowers laid on the bed. I was given a hand towel to cover my front with during the foot massage part and the door to our room was wide open. I felt dirty leaving this place!

Called Friday morning for 630 for friday night. said no problem got there a little early and at first tried to send me to another location (which was weird honestly) but then showed me to my room. Once in the room a woman came in and said my masseuse will be here in about 10 minutes, was that ok. I said yea since i was early anyway. WOW was it worth the wait and Im so sorry I didn’t get her name but she WAS AMAZING! Asked did i want hard medium or soft. Chose medium and ABSOLUTE RELAXATION INSUED! Will definitely be back!

Exceeds my expectations every time. For years iv had a bad back and have been to numerous remedial massage parlours and i can’t compare anything to him. By far the best in Florence. I would highly recommend.

It was my first time here. I travelled by this business , so many times to visit my Mother.Good communication is a must while wearing mask. I started with 30 minutes, but changed to one hour. More information on different types of services need to be shown.Overall, I was very happy. I shall return for treatment on my feet and a full massage.

Lisa was easy to Communicate with and she knowledge of how to treat my neck was spot on. The pressure was perfect on the first Visit, resulting in instant Migraine relief. The second Visit resulted in harder pressure which relieved the stiffness and Migraine further.I will be following up for ongoing treatment with Lisa to maintain any further deterioration.

Massage was good but was surprised when they demand $20 dollars tip !!!! Very unprofessional. For 30 minutes massage she went out three times to answer the door and to talk to customers. I don’t think I would ever go back there!

They are very busy in the evenings and on weekends, they allow walk-ins but would be better to schedule something as they quickly fill up. Good massage and relaxing environment.

You cant judge a book by the cover!! I found this this through Groupon. This business looks like somebodys house, and I was very skeptical at first. However, all my hesitations and reservations melted away as soon as the massage started!! This was one of the best massages Ive ever had! Plus the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I must say this would have to be one of the nicest places l, with an ambient environment, I have been there for a deep tissue massage that really hits the mark. If youre out for a massage in the area give them a go, I am sure you wouldnt be disappointed.

I paid for 150 minutes and she was on her phone texting most of the time massaging me with 1 hand and then cut me off 30 minutes short. I asked for a refund and they said no you tip her. Horrible service

I had a combination of remedial, sports and deep tissue and left feeling so much better! Great if you get cramps, stiffness or pain from using your muscles a lot.

I called and texted with someone to see what kind of massage I should book since I am pregnant and no prenatal massage is on the menu. They replied and told me a regular massage and instructed to book online. When I showed up for my scheduled time there was no one available to service me and the massage therapist that greeted me said no to any massage since I am pregnant. After waiting for 45 min (was asked to wait 30) for a foot massage, I left as I did not have any more time to wait. I should add that I also had paid in advance since I booked online. Poor communication and very frustrating I drove 30 min for this experience.

Without a doubt, the BEST massages Ive ever had. I was extremely skeptical of this concept to begin with, but the masseuse are amazing. I have a few of my favorites that I keep in mind depending on my body pain level or if Im looking for more relaxation.

The worst massage I ever paid for. They didnt massage my neck or shoulders and the massage table was uncomfortable. My feet were hanging off. My friend and I went together. We were a few early. But at our appointment time, our masseuse werent even there. We had to wait for them to get there. Very unprofessional and poorly decorated. I do not recommend to anyone. Dont waste your money!

I have been to this massage over a year. The location is convenient and they have plenty of parking spaces in this plaza. I always make a reservation before I visit. Once I get there, I seldom have to wait. The staff are friendly and welcoming. My personal favorite style of massage is 60 minutes total body. The massage therapist normally massages my back and smoothes my tender muscles. My favorite therapist, Fei-Fei is really good at targeting my sore muscle areas.Then, she applies massage oil on my badge, and thats how I start to enjoy the Swedish massage. Sometimes she uses hot stones to release my tight muscles before the hot towel stage.I just love their service!!
