My experience has been pretty good. The supervisor is very nice and sweet and reasonable. Once you work with the clients , you will be began to get attach to them. The clients will began as well to get attach to you as well as the family members!#Supervisor and Nurse are the sweetest Ladies I’ve known😇

It is the best company I have work with in South Carolina. If a situation comes up, staff work with you for a solution. Staff are efficient in keeping conflict at a minimum. I think it is a wonderful company to work for because it is a humanitarian effort to help people who are in need. If you do the job you were hired to do, you won’t have a problem. Tender Care is not perfect yet but they are striving and advancing toward the goal.

I have worked for this company as a registered nurse for more than 5 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my professional relationship with Tender Care. The Company is attentive to both the needs of their clients as well as their employees. I would recommend this company for employment and home care to anyone.

The worst place ever to work they unpay you dont get paid properly on time. No gas Reimbursement you dont get paid for miles and if the system got you where you cant clock in it sends you to the Resolution time and it take 2 to 8 weeks to get paid this company is the worst company i have work for also get paid 8.50 to 9.00

This the worst company to work for they dont want to pay you for hours the system took from you..Please dont work here.

Do not ever applied here this is the worst home health care to ever work for I had to quit because I didnt get paid and still have not received my money this company is ridiculously unstaff save yourself from a headache please you can do better and get paid miles with another company
