This agency isn’t a good place to work. I only work as a CNA outside of my regular career as a method of saving extra money. If something happens to you and you are unable to work for them the owner feels she can speak to you in a tone as if she’s your mother or life coach. Luckily I’m a professional and didn’t cuss her out because that’s how she comes across. They do not pay anyone who’s been working or who has been an aide with more than 5 years of experience what they are worth. The agency that I work for told me to avoid this place but I took a chance and now I see why. They are money hungry and send those they need to train to become state certified out with no training at all. This isn’t a good place but if you want weekly pay and $13 or less and hour, this may work for you. I can see that they are struggling to keep people. Actually this just happened tonight. I just got fired from here because I slid off the side of the road when there 3 inches of snow outside and I tried making it to my clients house, they are disrespectful and rude. They are saying I abandon my client when they knew What was going on, but thats okay. And then wanted me to have someone take me to his house. Ive worked as a hha and thats breaking hippa. But thats okay. They have me working over there with out a ky license, and when I did my orientation they gave me all the answers to the test and had me sign everything it took me about 30 mins when it shouldve took me 2 hrs, they dont care about the aides aslong as the shift gets covered. Im okay with being fired from here because I didnt abandon anyone and Im okay from sliding off the road. So thank you for this horrible experience with you guys and Ill make sure everyone else knows how the boss is and how they work.Thank you!Since I cant repost anything I WASNT A NO CALL NO SHOW! MY CAR WAS IN A DITCH OFF THE SIDE OF THE INTERSTATE I TEXTED THE OWNER TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. Sorry I couldnt call them to have a conversation while I was trying to get my car out. Plus an attorney already said I had a case so theyll be hearing from one soon! Plus how do u know what policy is unless you get a handbook that i didnt get lol. Thanks!
