I am very pleased with Bright Star and most importantly so happy with my husband’s aide, Amy!The staff at Bright Star is extremely accommodating putting our needs in the forefront. Amy assists my veteran husband in our home 3 days weekly with bathing, food prep, light cleanup and his laundry. We are so lucky to have her and feel confident with Bright Star services.

We used BrightStar to help care for mom. We worked with Alison to get the right type of person for her, and Alison more than delivered with Stacey and Wana.They both treated mom with respect. They made her feel they truly cared for her and they provided the professional care we needed/expected.Thanks to all but especially Alison, Stacey and Wana for your help in our trying time.

Bright Star Care Northern Kentucky has been a lifesaver for my family! They assist us with 24 hour care for my mother. The personnel and staff are excellent. We have four caregivers that we have consistently, Theresa, Rebekah, Cynthia and Reiko. Each one is exceptional! We would not be able to get through this time in our lives without them. They all offer both physical and emotional support. Thank you!!!!

The owner has talking to her clients horribly, they are never on time, they don’t schedule the clients right, and they treat their employees horrible.

Worst place to every work for the owner Accuses you of stuff the scheduler does not know how to do her job and she is even rude and there’s nothing being done about it....
