Very nice and friendly staff. The young lady that tested my hearing did all she could to help me. My hearing is really bad, but she made me feel comfortable talking with her.

If anyone needs Hearing solutions, you will not find a better company around. I reached out to them to help me with hearing aids for a special friend of mine who is 103 years old and in the nursing home. They were fantastic and had someone available the very next day to go to nursing home and give her a hearing test. Before they left, my friend had her hearing aids in and we were beyond excited. I had the pleasure of taking my grandfather to Ears 2 Hear today. We had such a wonderful experience. Jane explained the test, results, and the different hearing aids with simplicity. The receptionist was very pleasant. My grandfather is 95 and his face lit up when the aids were placed in his ears. This will give him a better quality of life. We are grateful.

Both of my hearing aids had died and my audiologist had taken a new job. After checking to see who worked with the hearing aids I have made a called and was able to get in the next day. They had to be sent off but are working great again. Staff were great!!!! Already recommended to my mom.

My father died last year at the age of 97. He had hearing problems for as long as I can remember. He had tried some other hearing places but when he found Ears 2 Hear it changed his life. They knew exactly what he needed. My mother is 90 and she now has hearing aids. Jane has been so patient and made adjustments for her. When Mama forgets what to do Ashlynn talks her through it on the phone. These ladies are so kind and willing to help. I have some hearing deficiencies now but I know where to go for help! My dad is turning 90 years old in Sept. He is in great health except for poor hearing. It is so important to our family that he be able to do all the things he has always enjoyed and be able to communicate with us. Ashlynn and Jane have helped us do that for several years now. We upgraded to the new Oticon hearing aids last week and These ladies took their time to make sure that we understood exactly how to use them. My dad even stated that he would rather pay for hearing aids to be able to use Ashlynn and Jane than to pursue other options from the VA. We just dropped by the office and we were treatment as if we had an appointment.He had a hearing test and shown a selection of aids and the price range. I carried my 92 year old mother here to recieve her first ever hearing aids. We were greeted by Ashlynn who made us feel welcome and eased the nervousness and apprehension that comes with first time visits. Jane did the hearing test and made mother comfortable. I live in another state and they both have accommodated for my visits. I just met these two wonderful ladies this morning after accompanying my sister Ida Mae Cobb to an appointment. Jane Heath, audiologist at Ears to Hear, was recommended to us by our former audiologist who took a job elsewhere. We are quite pleased with the service we have received. We ordered new aids for my husband and they were ready the NEXT day. Jane made sure that everything was right with the new aids and had us come back the next week to check that we were pleased with them. Ashlyn made sure we remembered the appointments. Wonderful service and much better hearing!

My Aunt has been a client of Ears 2 Hear for some years. I have just become acquainted with the office in recent months while bringing my Aunt to her appointments. Jane and Ashlyn treat my Aunt with great kindness and respect. They both have been very helpful in accommodating my Aunt’s needs ...For example, more frequent hearing aid servicing and specific timing for appointments. They mail batteries that she might need between visits so that we do not have to make an extra trip over. My Aunt and both always comment on how nice they are each time we leave an appointment.

My mother has been with Ears 2 Hear, Florence, South Carolina from herfirst ear in equipment 30 years ago until now. She resided in South Carolina. My Mother moved in with me 3 years ago. She now lives in Hillside , New Jersey. Although she does not reside in South Carolina this office has taken care other needs. We have sent her hearing aides back to be fixed several times. They have done the job and sent them back free of charge. This company is dependable, reliable and they make sure the customer is pleased. Jane Heath is an EXCELLENT audiologist!!! After my husbands hearing test, she showed us a diagram representing his hearing loss and recommended different hearing aids. After we picked up the hearing aids two days later, Ashland did some research about the tv connector and we received a call with this new information before the close of business that same day!
