After having a bad experience with an online hearing aid, I came to Beltone and was amazed by my experience! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I brought my mother to Beltone here in Florence hoping to get her the help she needed. Her hearing loss is about as bad as it gets without being beyond help. She is also blind so I was worried it was just another crushed dream coming her way. I was happily surprised when Abbie helped my mom get back into life and now I think she hears better than me!

I knew I needed hearing aids for a long time. Tried several places and didnt end up keeping them because it just didnt feel like a good fit, both with the aids and the practitioner in the office. So I just gave up, until I decided to try Beltone for one last shot. I cannot tell you how glad I am that I made the call into the Beltone in Florence, KY. Abbie took her time with my exam, explaining to me every part of the test, not just the results but why the results were what they were and what caused my.hearing loss. Her and Becky were nothing but professional and I cannot tell you how grateful I am that I went in that day. They brought me back into conversations and gave me back my quality of life, for that I cannot thank them and Beltone enough.

I (Marvin Snodgrass) recently purchased a new hearing aid. Even though I have worn a hearing aid for 68 years, I was especially apprehensive this time around! For I was getting not just a hearing aid, BUT 21st century technology using my smart cell phone!! After my hearing test it was determine that I needed the most powerful hearing aid. ABBIE thoroughly explained how to use the cell phone with the hearing aid. The most amazing thing happened; Abbie asked Becky in the other room to call me on my cell phone. My cell phone ring so I answer the phone BUT did not need to put it up to my ear for it transmitted directly to my hearing aid. I was blown away by how loud and clear it was! I was also impress that Abbie wanted to see me every 3 months or so to check the hearing aid and see how I was doing with it at no charge. Now that service!! Thank you Abbie and Becky. My husbands hearing had become terrible, I was constantly having to repeat myself to him. I saw the Beltone store sign and made an appt to get his hearing checked. As suspected, he desperately needed hearing aids to keep him from loosing even more ability to hear. The Beltone staff worked with us & we were able to get him into a pair of aids.
